The absolute best thing about Guru is how it eliminates the "shoulder-tapping" culture by creating a single, verified source of truth that lives where we actually work. I love that the Trust Score system. Seeing that 100% verified status on our Customer Support cards gives our team total confidence that the playbooks we're following, like our "Root Cause Analysis" or "Live Chat" procedures are up to date. The browser extension is a game changer for our support reps because it surfaces knowledge cards instantly without them having to leave the customer conversation to dig through a messy Google Drive or Slack history.
