The WhatsApp API integration is quite stable and works well with HubSpot for sending marketing communication at scale. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to automate campaigns, trigger messages, and manage templates. Delivery rates are reliable, and it handles large volumes without much issue.

I have used 2-3 wa service providers, including gupshup. but the gupshup UI felt different.. as a indian user its very easy and convenient to use domestic service providers and gupshup is one of the great option of it. their customer support is always on time. if any things breaks directly from meta's end then gupshup team proactively looking with them and helping us on real time.

I mostly use this platform for whatsapp template approval, sometime when I create the new template and refresh the page then the new created templates take a time to reflect on list section.

Gupshup is really easy to use, their real time support help us to solve problems and integration new APIs on real time. also their pricing is also convenient. so if I look at overall level gupshup is one of the great vendor which help us for our journey of growth.

We have been using Gupshup for quite some time now and our primary use case has been for SMS, RCS, & WhatsApp channel. There are a lot of players offering these services, but none come close to the quality, support, and the advanced capabilities gupshup has. The chatbot builder has been very instrumental in realizing the roi of WhatsApp & RCS channels. Our PoC is very responsive, and will cater to our queries/request with the utmost priority and makes sure that it get's closed asap.

There are no major drawbacks as such in my experience.

Support from the team is fantastic. Every time you need to run a large scale engagement or we need some innovative solution on Whatsapp they are always helpful.

We have very heavy Whatsapp outbound messages volume. The API to send message has sclaed really well.  The Way we receive the callbacks are also very reliable.

The CSMs have been very proactive in making sure that all the latest features of WABA are accessed by us and slo used in a proper manner.
