How easy it is to navigate. I am new in the insurance world, and it didn't take me much time to grapple with the ins and outs of Guidewire Billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found any concerning issues with it; if I ever run across a question or anything, all it takes is a quick and straightforward call to get it handled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It shows when it was invoiced and due and paid all on one screen. You don't have to search for documents to see when they sent a bill to the client. You can also look at transaction details such as account number of payment which helps when someone calls and wants to know if a client or mortgage paid or what account they paid it with. Billing centre has plenty of actions to take control of how our customers payments are made, suspended and canceled. There's also plenty of information about history of payments which is very useful as an insurance representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Information is everywhere. It can be very overwhelming when it comes to where to find what. As well as this, some side tabs are very oddly named, making it hard to understand what category of information the menu contains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall the project was a success and we have implanted Guidewire Billing Center. The application is a huge step up from our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
