According to the contract there is a minimum fee of 3 dollar for each reservation and if a reservation is cancelled the commission is based on the host pay out.

I found out Guesty is charging me 3 dollar for every cancelled reservation altough the host pay out is 0.

A cancelled reservation is no longer a reservation and there fore the minimum fee does not apply.
