Open architecture, features, and usability. There isn't a problem they don't have a solution for. Our CSMs have been top-notch. Guesty keeps our company afloat. We manage about 100 condos on the beach for short-term rentals, and Guesty keeps everything together. So many different reports can be run with any filter, resulting in millions of different reports right at our fingertips. Our investors LOVE the owner's portal; they can make, change and cancel their reservations, see the current calendar for their properties and see past statements. Guesty's customer service is phenomenal; any time I use the Guesty Help Center, they respond within 24 hours and always with an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guesty is a great platform to consolidate multiple properties and listings into one user-friendly reservation system. THe Tech support and customer support is what sets them apart from the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our account manager, Joshua Spencer is the best! We've grown to 50 listings over the past couple of years and Guesty has scaled with us. We've added the accounting module and analytics module since we started. There are cheaper STR PMSs out there, but you get what you pay for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you don't have enough listings to have an account manager, the help desk sucks. We tried the 24/7/365 help desk support as well and that just didn't feel ready for prime time at the time we tried it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guesty has addressed nearly every area of need by engaging in our business, listening to our feedback, and evolving their product. The software is best-in-class, but its people like Kiersten Warner (our Guesty account manager) who have proven to be the difference between good and exceptionally great. Guesty has an excellent, user-friendly interface for internal and external customers. We found it simple when onboarding new team members to maneuver within the platform. Compared to other competitor products, it's generally a more friendly UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside to Guesty, and why we ultimately migrated off the platform, is their volume handling and integrations were lacking. We have a wide assortment of booking channels and pathing needs, which Guesty was unfortunately ill-equipped for. I'm sure they've made some strides since we migrated, but this was our challenge. Support is 100% Awful. They only reply once every 24 hours and regurgitate the same useless info. They do not even read what they've sent prior they resend and ask the same questions over nad over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
