What do you like best about Guesty?

Guesty is such an excellent property management software to use! There are endless features, and my rep, Taylor, is always there to help me with questions. I never have to wait long if a problem arises and I need guidance; she is always there for my team and me! I cannot recommend Guesty enough for property managers! Keep it up, Guesty! What do you dislike about Guesty?

What do you like best about Guesty?

Guesty constantly adds new integrations to the platform, allowing us to efficiently manage our entire tech stack. We also love our CSM Kari! We work very hard to use integrations and tech to improve our guest experience, and Kari is there for us to answer questions and quickly resolve any issues that arise along the way. Also, we love that Kari truly values our feedback and passes it along to help improve Guesty's products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guesty?

As mentioned, Guesty is constantly adding integrations and expanding its in-house tech. While we love that, the challenges they face are similar to most high growth startups in that new releases can have bugs that aren't always resolved in beta testing. It's a consequence that we're willing to live with, given the excellent customer service that we receive along the way and the tech we can access before other PMS systems. What do you like best about Guesty?

What I like best about Guesty is the user interface and how user-friendly the software is. It is straightforward to train my team members on this software. Compared to other property management software I have used, this is hands down the most user-friendly and contains the most features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guesty?

The major downside with Guesty is still the lack of phone or real-time support. We get an assigned staff member to help us with onboarding and ongoing operations, but sometimes you may have an issue that you need immediate help with. However, tech support responds fast enough via email most times. I hope they will add phone support in the future. Also, price-wise, they are on the high end of the spectrum. What do you like best about Guesty?

There are so many PMS platforms to choose from, and we have stuck with Guesty over the past four years. Over the years, we have seen the platform evolve as it responds to the rapidly changing vacation rental market. Throughout, we have seen a thoughtful and customer-driven approach. The technology is extremely user-friendly, making navigating easy for our team members in the field. At the same time, it is robust enough to pull complex reports when we need them.

Most of all, we cannot say enough about the PEOPLE who work at Guesty. Carmen Corio, our Customer Success Manager leaves no stone unturned to resolve any issues, no matter how complex. What do you like best about Guesty?

The best thing about Guesty is the amount of time they save within a working day, keeping everything in one tab, helping us to manage our teams and automate the guest experience whilst keeping it personal. In addition, the personalised support from Hazel via email and weekly meetings is super helpful, always kind and very patient. With my understanding of Guesty being 0 a few months ago, i now feel incredibly comfortable in the tool and know there's a great support network to reach out to should i need it. The team at guesty are incredible people. They help us with any issues as soon as they can. Working with guesty as made my life incredibly easy. I can simultaneously manage prices/calendars for all my platforms/listings. Reducing chances of inconsistency.
