Having used GTMB for just over a year, I’ve seen a steady stream of feature enhancements that have significantly improved the platform’s usability and overall experience. The team is incredibly responsive to customer feedback -whether it's suggestions, recommendations, or pain points, they genuinely listen and do their best to incorporate those insights into the product. Even when a feature isn’t currently supported, they consistently offer thoughtful workarounds to help us achieve our goals.
I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Nisha (who has played an extremely helpful role in supporting the migration of new pages), Sundar (there's too much to be said so keeping this short- always providing amazing support & guidance), and GTMB's fantastic back-end IT team (who has sat through many of my feature video requests)! Our weekly meetings with them have been invaluable in helping our team fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. Their support ensures we’re maximizing the value of GTMB, and whenever we run into questions or issues, we know we can count on them to find a solution quickly and effectively! Honestly, there’s very little I dislike about GTMB. The team is always working hard to roll out new features and provide excellent support. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the pace of feature releases. While very exciting to see the platform grow, the frequent updates can sometimes feel overwhelming from a customer perspective- it can be a challenge to keep up and ensure we’re optimizing all the new functionalities.
