Gryphon ONE Pricing FAQs

Is Gryphon ONE free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Gryphon ONE does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Gryphon ONE pricing best suited for?

Gryphon ONE's pricing structure is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations with significant outbound calling operations and regulatory compliance obligations. According to G2 reviewers, the majority of users come from financial services, insurance, security, and telecommunications industries, with enterprise-segment reviewers dominating the review base. These users consistently highlight DNC scrubbing, TCPA risk reduction, and call tracking as core needs. The Foundation Edition fits smaller organizations beginning their compliance journey, while G2 reviews of Gryphon ONE indicate that mid-market and enterprise teams in heavily regulated industries derive the most value from Advanced through Enterprise tiers, where automation, AI analytics, and multi-channel compliance capabilities are fully unlocked.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Gryphon ONE?

Gryphon ONE does not offer a free version or free trial. According to G2's pricing data for Gryphon ONE, all four tiers require contacting the vendor for custom pricing. The Foundation Edition serves as the entry point, covering basic DNC compliance via portal-based batch list processing for phone channels only. Gryphon ONE's higher tiers progressively add multi-channel support, Salesforce integration, AI-powered post-call analysis, real-time consent management, and enterprise-grade in-call compliance monitoring. G2 reviewers note that features like automated call blocking, conversation intelligence, and real-time transcription are reserved for Advanced, Premium, and Enterprise editions, making upgrades essential for organizations needing comprehensive compliance automation.

Is Gryphon ONE considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Gryphon ONE generally reflect strong satisfaction, with the platform averaging high ratings across enterprise and mid-market segments. Users in financial services, insurance, and security consistently praise its DNC compliance accuracy, call tracking, and peace-of-mind benefits. However, a few G2 reviewers explicitly flag Gryphon ONE's pricing as steep, with one enterprise accounting reviewer noting the cost seems high and a telecommunications reviewer citing yearly costs as higher than competing vendors. Despite these concerns, most reviewers indicate the compliance protection and risk mitigation justify the investment. For organizations facing significant TCPA liability, G2 reviews of Gryphon ONE suggest the value proposition is strong, particularly at scale.

"Gryphon is one of the leading solution providers for Do Not Contact space."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gryphon ONE?

Lot of functionalities for Do Not Contact solutions are inbuilt and the team is experienced in the legal rules around DNC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gryphon ONE?

We faced some challenges implementing customized solutions, felt that our organization took ownership of testing the solution during implementation. Being upfront about cost would be helpful. Eg: We did not know that getting files for auditing would be added to transactional charges. Yearly cost is on the higher side when compared to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
