Convenience and the GRUBHUB employees are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The food is delivered hot and in excellent quality. The app is easy to use and allows specifications needed. The only thing I don't like about GRUBHUB is how expensive it is to use but that is inherent to any online delivery/pickup service. Everything else appears to be working well. Easily order a delivery or pickup order from a restaurant or a grocery store. Many options, at least in New York City. What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants? Once you select a dish with the choices in it, you can't return to edit your selections in it. When I have a busy work day, either at the office or at home, with many back-to-back meetings preventing me from preparing food on my own, this app is truly a lifesaver. I like that they'll deliver directly to wherever you specify, including to a homeless person that we bought/ordered the food for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. There was 1 time that the driver accidentally hadn't driven as far down the alley as we'd specified, so he was delivering the food to the wrong person, but we were able to contact them & get it fixed before they gave the food to the wrong person. They make it much easier to get food from some restaurant to a someone in a specific area, so I/we don't have to actually drive to the restaurant to get the food & hope the person is still where we found them when we get back.
