**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Flywheel has dramatically increased our level of efficiency. Our end users with little to no SQL experience can easily create audiences over complex data sets in little to no time. 

The Flywheel team is fantastic to work with, and they are highly innovative as they are always looking to improve their product.'

The number of destinations has allowed us to take an omnichannel approach which helped us make unique and compelling customer (fan) journeys.

There are no dislikes. We have some internal red tape to work through to maximize the product.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Thanks to GrowthLoop’s CDP, we’ve reached a level of automation and efficiency we hadn’t experienced before. The platform helps us connect data, audiences, and campaigns across channels with ease, supported by responsive experts and an AI agent that makes daily work smoother. Most importantly, we can clearly see the business impact, not only in media metrics like CPC, CPV, but also in GMV/spend efficiency. GrowthLoop became an essential part of our MarTech ecosystem, empowering our team to make faster, data-driven decisions and scale personalization at speed.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

The platform’s full potential requires some initial setup and cross-team alignment, but it’s absolutely worth it!

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using GrowthLoop, we struggled with manual audience building, inconsistent data flows, and long activation times. GrowthLoop solved these issues by centralizing our customer data and automating audience creation and activation across multiple channels. Now, our marketing team can launch personalized campaigns faster, with fewer dependencies on tech or analytics teams. The built-in AI agent and expert support help us optimize our workflows and performance. The biggest benefit is the measurable business impact, we can clearly see improvements not only in media efficiency (CPC, CPA) but also in the GMV/Spend ratio, which proves that the platform truly drives growth.

The consultants and team you get to work with are what really stand out. The product itself is good and well supported, but the staff who are there to assist you feel like the premier feature.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Some of the AI features still feel like they’re in a work-in-progress phase, but I’m confident the remaining kinks will get worked out.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The GrowthLoop Team has done a phenomenal job supporting us from a data engineering perspective. They’ve helped not only on the technical side, but also by clearly translating what real-world applications can come from those technical solutions. In addition, they do a great job layering products such as Audience Builder on top of these data solutions, creating a positive user experience for people who are less data-savvy.

Speed to activation is a big plus. Being able to quickly build and distribute audiences to their specific destinations has helped us process more campaigns and move faster overall.

The easiest way to build an audience. All you need to do is point it to as much data as you can, and it helps from there. I also really like the number of connectors it comes with.  Customer Success Team is the best—they stay with you and support you throughout.

None so far, since it’s only been a year.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

The fact that it is a composable CDP and once we established the connectivity to GCP, it took minutes to map in our datasets and start building audience and journeys. I also like the flexibility it has to use the model functionality to do complex selection logic that may have rank and partitioning involved. Lastly, the client support has been stellar during the on-boarding process.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Currently, any attribute that the user needs to export that is not on the primary dataset must be configured as a custom attribute. For the client I work with, most of our 'export' attributes are on not on the primary dataset so we 'feel' this a bit, but probably not a big deal with other clients.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop composable capabilities solves the problem of campaigns taking too long to go to market. Once the requirements of a new campaign have been solidified, I would estimate it go to market in less than 2 sprints even if new data sources are needed.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop has been instrumental in helping us streamline audience creation and activation. Their support team is outstanding — they guided us through on-boarding, ensured we were set up for success, and helped us identify and launch our initial high value use cases 

One of the standout aspects is their willingness to accommodate custom requests. For example, they helped us make audience information available via our personalization API, which was a huge win for our team. They also iterate quickly, making improvements and addressing feedback at a great pace.

The platform significantly reduced the time it takes for our marketers and product managers to build and activate audiences across multiple destinations. Compared to our in-house application, GrowthLoop made audience creation at least 10x faster and significantly increased the number of users (esp non technical) that were able to create audiences, allowing us to scale personalization efforts efficiently. Additionally, it has enabled us to execute on customer segmentation across our marketing and on site experiences.

From an integration standpoint, the process was smoother than expected (esp since we already had the key datasets such as customer identity, events, etc ready to plug in)

Overall, GrowthLoop has been easy to work with, making it a valuable tool for our personalization efforts across product and marketing.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

The dataset and dataset group setup can be a bit tricky to configure correctly. It’s important to think through how these structures align with your specific use cases to avoid rework.

We’d love to see more guidance and documentation on best practices for setting up different data types, such as user attributes, product details, and events (or even a recommended setup based on your particular industry / type of product)

Additionally, while GrowthLoop enables audience sharing across teams, actually getting multiple teams to use the same audiences or adopt a consistent naming structure requires internal effort. Without coordination, it’s easy to end up with duplicated audiences. More guidance on governance and best practices for managing audience consistency would be helpful.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop is solving several key problems around audience management and personalization. Before GrowthLoop, building and activating audiences required heavy technical involvement and coordination across teams. Our in-house tooling was slow, limited in functionality, and difficult for non-technical users to operate.

With GrowthLoop, we've enabled marketers and product managers to independently create and activate audiences across multiple channels, including email, on-site personalization, and in-app experiences. This shift has not only accelerated our speed to market but also allowed teams to experiment more freely and iterate on personalized experiences without waiting on engineering resources.

Additionally, GrowthLoop has helped unify our audience strategy by centralizing segmentation logic. This has reduced duplicated efforts and improved consistency in how we define and target customer segments across the organization.

The ability to support both out-of-the-box functionality and custom workflows (like integrating with our personalization API) has made it a flexible solution that fits well into our existing data stack and business processes.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Growthloop has been a very helpful tool in how we utilize our database. It has helped us tremendously in tapping into our database while integrating with all the services/platforms we use (email & paid advertising). The platform is very easy to use and we have been able to train multiple team members with non-technical backgrounds on how to use it, which they have been able to grasp in a very short amout of time. Considering the technical heavy-lifting that the platform does for us, it has saved us a lot of time and internal resources, allowing our team to focus on strategy over technical implementation. Their team and speficially Nolan on their team is a rockstar and has been a great resource to our team in both resolving any ongoing issues (very quickly) and also introducing new and innovative ways we can be utilizing our database. The implementation process was very smooth as well. We recommend Growthloop to any team looking to streamline their data ingestion and capitalizing on internal data assets.

We have not had any issues with Growthloop that were not resolved quickly.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Building/sizing real-time audiences and exporting to performance marketing platforms like Meta and LinkedIn is a breeze thanks to GrowthLoop. What used to take a painfully long time - and was only limited to static lists - is now a thing of the past. It has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our paid advertising efforts as we're now ensuring the right messages are getting in front of the right users.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

It's not a "dislike" per se, but it feels like some of the audiences are not as straightforward to build as it seems they should be. Similar to others, I don't think this is GrowthLoop's fault and likely just the complexity of how we define things internally.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Growthloop has made it a lot easier for people who aren't proficient in SQL to set up their own lists. Growthloop has also helped limit the number of queries and data extensions we need to create for each send. We can set up all the list logic within Growthloop so that less needs to be done within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Implementation and ongoing support have been great as well, the whole Growthloop team is very helpful. They reply right away and have even added features for us that we've requested.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Exporting non-contact lists has been a bit of a challenge but the Growthloop team has helped us with workarounds.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a program to get data from Snowflake and send that data to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our social networks.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

We do a lot of campaign building to target individuals who meet a specified criteria. GrowthLoop takes a process that is very time consuming, upwards of an hour, down to almost nothing, less than 10 minutes! It is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, and you don't need a lot of background or training in order to be proficient with it. I build multiple campaigns a week and use GrowthLoop for almost all of them!

We work with a small team from GrowthLoop to help with organizing our data and supporting our other business needs. They are incredible! They are super personable, very intelligent, and always quick to find a solution. They answer questions in easy to understand ways and use layman's terms, so you don't get lost in the typical data verbage.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

I don't have any downsides or dislikes for GrowthLoop.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes a lot of time to organize campaigns manually. GrowthLoop offers an inerface that is easy to use and slices the data for us. It cuts the time it takes to create a campaign down significantly and allows us to focuse our time reaching new customers rather than sifting through current ones.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

With a complex ecosystem of data points, GrowthLoop has majorly simplified our marketing partner's ability to create the audience segments they need. Instead of cobbling together an audience in our email platform and hoping the data points are up to date, our campaign managers can confidently create and vet audiences. 

This will be a huge help as campaign managers seek to send more targeted, strategic messaging to specific audiences.

Customer support has also been top-tier, with members of the team always eager to jump in and troubleshoot/answer questions.

The search can be a bit clunky, but definitely not a deal breaker.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop allows our campaign managers to self-serve audience creation which saves us time and also helps ensure they can get exactly the audiences they need.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop both creates technology that enables various teams across our company to come together to produce better marketing and customer experiences as well as a customer success team that has created successful adoption. Technology is only as good as the people using it! GL has both.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Not unique to GL but there are some harder data and integration situations on the paid media/advertising side of the business. But I feel hopeful we have the team in place to figure things out in a fashion that works well for our business.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growth Loop is enabing the paid media team to created sophisticated, unique audience segments for cross channel customer marketing campaigns. It also helps reduce waste in acquisition programs with custom and accurate customer databased exclusions. Lastly, we feel Growth Loop will help inform our business intelligence about multi-touch attribution and customer segment insights.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

We love how easy it is to use GrowthLoop. As a result, we don't need to spend a lot of time training our users or writing lengthy training documentation. Insead, we can give a brief overview of the tool and our teams can easily begin creating audiences on their own. 

One thing that stands out is how the tool is customizable to fit our data needs. We have many data sources across many teams, and the GrowthLoop Tool can easily adapt to our needs.

We also love how knowledgeable and prompt the GrowthLoop Team is. When we make a request, we can count on them to act with urgency and provide accurate results.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

We don't have any complaints! The GrowthLoop Team and audience builder tool have been great to work with.

GrowthLoop is helping us build audiences across various teams, channels, and data sources. It's helping us automate manual work. Instead of having to write custom SQL for every new audience request, we can point our team to the audience builder tool for self-service. It's helping us create audiences quickly and at scale.

GrowthLoop is the best! It is very user-friendly and intuitive making it easy and efficient to create audiences. They have connections with numerous destinations supported with automation, making this platform a one-stop shop to pull and build lists for both campaigns and analysis. They have a great customer support team that is always looking to improve. They seek out our feedback and act on that to make our experience the best possible They go above and beyond to help us beyond our use of the platform, helping us move, manipulate, and integrate data.

I have no negative feedback to give about GrowthLoop. They hear out all of our pain points and turn around solutions quickly.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop helps us create audiences with ease for campaigns and analysis. It also helps ingest data and push it directly to our CRM platform. It benefits us by increasing our efficiency, helps us target more qualified contacts, avoid the mess of dealing with spreadsheets.

The GrowthLoop Audience Builder is a simple, yet powerful tool for audience segmentation and orchestration. We deploy it on top of our data warehouse for easy-to-use no code audience and table creation. This capability allows my data team to focus on modeling and data integrity and hands over the keys to audience creation to our stakeholders in Marketing.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop would not be a great platform for small businesses with simple needs and/or centralized data. Those organizations might stick to the typical Marketing Automation Platforms. If your needs are more advanced or you have data silos, GrowthLoop is a great fit.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop helps my organization slice and dice data, creating production-ready audience tables in minutes instead of days or weeks. It allows us to model data on the fly via "traits" vs. having to create bespoke columns in our data sets.

GrowthLoop's ability to quickly pull together various data sources into actionable resources makes our team incredibly dynamic. Not to mention, the customer service provided by the GrowthLoop team is second to none. They have gone above and beyond to set up the tool with the best functionality for our team, and have created a must use environment across multiple dpartments.

I don't dislike much about GrowthLoop as any pain points that we normally experience, are quickly addressed by the GL team.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop allowing my team to build templates, adding more data goverence to our audience selection and allowing us to leverage are complex logic in a way new to the process resources of my orgainization can operate an audience selection without needing the full tribal knowledge on how our database is structured.  The GrowthLoop team guided us throw this implementation and was very much a partner in developing our use cases, as well as providing neccassary support to see ease of use for my organization.  They were are also very flexiable to new features and listen to our business needs.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

It's hard to find what I dislike about GrowthLoop.  As expected with any implementation and launch of new features there's going to be a learning curve and bumps along the way. The GrowthLoop team is supportitve and commucates any issues well ahead of time.  They also share new features frequently.  Like I said hard to find something I dislike about GrowthLoop.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop is solving for manual audience selection and getting the files to our endpoints quicker.  GrowthLoop has made it more effcient for my organization to deliver excelence.  I'm now able to allocate resources to add value in other areas as GrowthLoop has solutioned the daily whirlwind.

As a marketer, I appreciate how easy it is to access GrowthLoop and explore data yourself. Previously, I had to submit a ticket to have a team build audiences for me, but with training, I'm able to do so myself and explore potential opportunities for additional campaigns. It's also extremely helpful to see how much overlap your target audience has with others within the platform.

Also, working with their team is very easy. Great customer service!

The UX could be improved, as it can be timely navigating back a page. But overall, I don't have any complaints!

GrowthLoop helps me to gauge the audience opportunity for my marketing campaigns. Once I find the right audience I want to target through choosing a data set and narrowing filters, I can easily export that audience to Marketo, Google, and other platforms in just a few steps.

It is also easy to set up and manipulate based on our own designed filters. The only issue I have is that there are some natural bugs that happen and need to troubleshoot. With the backend being so complicated, i understand there will always be issues to be resolved.

Growthloop has been extremely helpful in allowing our club push data from external sources into our CRM. It has also been helpful for our Ticket Marketing team in allowing them to build and maintain audience segments for marketing campaigns. The Growthloop team is always quick to respond to questions and very hands-on in helping our team discover new use cases and opportunities within the platform.

One of the only pain points has been onboarding our Ticket Marketing team to build their own segments. I feel like this has come a long way, but it took time to get them comfortable with using the platform and understanding the data well enough to be able to go in and grab what they need. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide an easy data lookup location with "friendly names" that our users could refer to when looking for data to use in an audience creation list.

Growthloop's dropdown-type interface makes it easy to learn. I began using Growthloop a few months ago and am now very comfortable using the tool. It is easy to search audiences by name or other characterisitics, and exporting to various locations is seamless (email, Facebook, etc.)

One thing I would suggest is to have something in the audience builder for users to see if that audience is being used as an addition or exclusion to another audience. This was it can be easy to determine if an audience can be deleted to clear space.

I've worked 6 years integrating CDPs within our organization and all have been great. Having a CDP as an integrated and integrul element of the technology and data infastructure is very enabling. 

One thing that I've learned through the years is how difficult it can be to maintain duplicate records of data, one that exists in your warehouse and another that lives in the CDP. With Growthloop, that fundamental challenge doesn't exist. Because it can sit on top of your existing datawarehouse, it follows the structure of your existing data models.

Furthermore, the identity resolution strategy is entirely your own. Instead of relying on a predefined identity matching strategy of a tool that will ultimately be different than your own, you can build exactly what you need and how you need it.

Additionally, because it can sit on top of serverless technology like Google BigQuery, you don't need an army of engineers to implement and maintain it. You bring the strategy, GrowthLoop can bring the enablement of that strategy.

Lastly, the team is great to work with. They are passionate about their project and eager to further your business.

We have been using Growthloop for almost a year now and have truly enjoyed our experience. The onboarding process with Nolan and team was seamless! They were always very quick to respond and have been great at answering all of our questions. They even went as far as building a custom API connection with our AI email vendor so we are able to send lists directly from Growthloop to the tool. 

Our initial need for Growthloop was to empower our marketers to pull targeted customer lists on their own without the need of our analytics team. Our marketing team are now the power users of the tool. Not only has it allowed them to pull customer lists, but also inspires them to be creative now that they can easily see what data we have access to on our customers.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

We have not had any downsides using the product yet. We look forward to continue using all the functionality the tool offers.

Our analytics team was spending hours each week pulling email and paid media lists for our marketing team. Growthloop has completely replaced that process and has further improved the overall end to end cycle by pushing those lists directly to our respective email and paid media platforms. GrowthLoop works seemlessly within our existing architecture. The GrowthLoop team has been invested in understanding our company's particular use cases, challenges, and concerns, and the platform offers flexible solutions to meet our needs. Growthloop makes it simple for users from different diciplines to come into the platform, create audiences, and build syncs, with minimal guidance. In areas where features have been missing, or not offered as needed by our organization, the GrowthLoop team has been very responsive in getting those requested features into production.

Not a dislike, but a challenge that we will need to navigate as we continue to bring more users into the platform is cloud cost, given that each sync or audience manipluation translates to a real-time query to our data warehouse. What I like best about GrowthLoop is its ability to provide healthcare audience builders in the enterprise space with a robust and user-friendly platform for creating highly targeted marketing campaigns. **What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

The UI and overall functionality is great and at a high level it does what it says. But, we did not have out-of-the-box needs and for us to invest in this tool, we needed a more robust solution and they really delivered.

We got off to a kind of rocky start as our initial AE/implementation resource didn't really know the product, didn't seem to really grasp what we were looking for, etc. It wasn't long before our current AE - who I believe was the first person's manager - took over and everything changed.

Since then our concerns, comments, suggestions and kudos have been received and responded to almost immediatelty. A suboptimal UX was dealt with while on a call with a ticket being opened with the support team. There were things that didn't really work for us but while we could have adapted, the GrowthLoop team developed a workaround for us. Sure it's scalable to other clients/verticals, but we didn't like something, boom, they changed it. 

At the end of the day,  the tool easy to use and relatively easy to implement but what has really stood out in my mind has been top-notch customer experience.

Aside from the rough beginning, I suppose it can be a bit frustrating to not have the specific solution available immediately, but the dedication to providing that solution by the GrowthLoop team more than makes up for it.

I can see normalized filters and select operators to build my audience from my connected data sets, as well as join to other data sets, see audience overlap, and make real time adjustments to my active syncs. Growth Loop connects and pushes data seamlessly to snowflake which can be picked up by our automation platforms and maintains clean segments. Customer support and partnership with Growth Loop has been top notch.

I have been using Growthloop app since january. They helped us implement the app in a short period of time. The app is great and easy to use. We have been using the GL app very frequenrtly because we create alot of journeys for media vendors. As time goes on GL app has been updated with multiple new features that were useful for us.   Also i have been working with James and few other memebers of GL team since january as well. They are very quick to respond and help. Even when something breaks in the app, they are quick email away and ready to hop on a call anytime they are available.

I wouldnt say there are alot of downside to GL, sometimes implementing change does take some time. But it is understandable that they are a small company with multiple clients

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Our company has used Growthloop for the last few months and log into the product a few times a week.  It is very easy to use and does not require knowledge of coding or SQL.  They took care of the entire implementation and met with us on more than one occasion to ensure we understood how their product functions.  They have been very responsive to any questions we've had and have taken a hands-on approach to correct any issues we've encountered. Once we had our database connected and the audiences filtered their program takes care of the rest.  We appreciate the vast array of ways to filter our audiences to get the right output we are looking for. Integrations with SFMC and Meta accounts have been as easy as hitting the export button.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

We've had a few interface issues with dropdowns that fall below the window or database fields refreshing in the filter drop-downs.  When these items were brought to their attention, they've responded right away with a solution.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

I’ve been really impressed with Growthloop. The user interface is super intuitive, and when I had a question, Walter Roosa was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

While we've encountered some initial user errors (on us!), we believe investing more time in setting up default configurations will significantly improve our experience.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're now seamlessly integrating our first-party data into paid media campaigns, a feat previously hindered by manual processes.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

I can't say enough about the GrowthLoop team and product. The product allows us to focus on data driven marketing goals while the customer support is always there for us and is a continued relationship even after a smooth implementation process.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

At this time, there are no dislikes that come to mind.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growthloop is helping us solve an issue we had for more in depth audience building by using data that was stored in separate data warehouses. It also is assisting in real-time return on investment success measurement.

Easy to use, privacy safe, and customer support has been great!

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

We've had some issues connecting the tool with Google DV360. I think the issues are more on the Google side of things, however it has delayed use of our data for about 4 weeks.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing our 1p data with media platforms to target directly or create lookalikes to target with advertising. We're more sophisticated with our targeting strategies by using our 1p data, we can better target high value customers resulting in less wasted media dollars improving our ROI.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop excels at simplifying data exploration and audience targeting. It allows our marketing team to apply complex logic without needing deep technical expertise, streamlining our processes. The support from the GrowthLoop team has been outstanding, with their flexibility and commitment to meeting our business needs making the implementation smooth and effective.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

There’s little to criticize. While the initial rollout had a few minor challenges, the GrowthLoop team was quick to address them, providing excellent communication and regular updates.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop has automated our audience selection and data syncing processes, saving us significant time and resources. By eliminating manual tasks and integrating seamlessly with our data warehouse, it has enhanced our efficiency and allowed us to focus on more strategic initiatives.
