The complaint I hear the most from the staff is the extra time it takes to download documents and going through all that one by one to prepare their cases. It's an accumulation of many small features that add to significant efficiency gains. Duplicative data entry is greatly reduced and eliminated entirely in many areas. Growpath has the ability to pull almost any piece of data that is being tracked and use it for metrics tracking, or workflow management.
