What do you like best about GrowPath?

I like that GrowPath has a great feature for tracking client information. It has a dedicated workspace for every case where all correspondences, updates, and notes are well organized to help me locate what I am searching for conveniently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowPath?

I have to export and manipulate the data in order to get the kind of information I need. This interrupts my workflow and adds an additional level.Reporting features in GrowPath appear to be awkward and do not seem to offer personalization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowPath?

This product is fully integrated and has everything you could ever need to successfully manage a high volume legal practice. It is intuitive, easy to upload documents, has a seamless mail merge feature, has a click to call feature, and provides the ability to communicate easily and rapidly with colleagues by adding them as note reviewers. What do you like best about GrowPath?

It has proven to be unreliable, and costly. The team, at GrowPath is not responsive. Provides poor customer service whenever we have questions or encounter any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowPath?

What do you like best about GrowPath?

The case management tools are incredibly intuitive and make managing cases so much easier. It helps law offices automate mundane tasks, provide visual data insights and collaborate. What do you like best about GrowPath?

The best features for our staff seem to be the client texting, email integration and the ability to look up client/case info quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowPath?

The complaint I hear the most from the staff is the extra time it takes to download documents and going through all that one by one to prepare their cases. We use a local server to store all files so they use that to organize and lay out their documents in preperation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowPath?

GrowPath allows us to customize based on our specific needs. Client communication is perfected with this software - ability to call, text, email and send letters within a few seconds. Everything is saved to the individual case, including emails. Tracking the life of a case is extremely easy and you can set automatic reminders if an action is needed.

What do you like best about GrowPath?

It's an accumulation of many small features that add to significant efficiency gains. Duplicative data entry is greatly reduced and eliminated entirely in many areas. Growpath has the ability to pull almost any piece of data that is being tracked and use it for metrics tracking, or workflow management. The ability to integrate with Outlook to reduce work documenting case communication is a significant plus

What do you dislike about GrowPath?

For older cases with large numbers of notes, they can be slow to initially pull up. But once loaded it is a breeze to go through the notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowPath?

Growthpath allows users to work at very fast pace. The amount of information displayed at your fingers tips without having to click too many links to get what you need is incredible! Also, the ease in which the software works with email and telecommunications systems saves an incredible amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No issues. The support team is terrific. If there is a problem that occurs the Help Desk is on it in no time, albeit I think I have only used the Help Desk once in a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowPath?

GrowPath is completely integrated and has every feature needed to successfully manage a high volume legal practice. GrowPath enables you to see all case-related information on one page. It also permits rapid communication with the ability to add colleagues as reviewers on notes entered into each file. GrowPath also allows users to easily save e-mail communications to each client file. The ability to link reminders, case status, and contact features makes for ease of use.
