Also, we are able to achieve bigger account coverage in lesser time through automated and personalized follow-ups. **What do you dislike about Growfin?** There is nothing that comes to my mind currently. I don't see many downsides with Growfin. **What problems is Growfin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Growfin we had difficulties maintaining customers' details and account statements. With Growfin, accessing the details of your customers including statement of accounts is just one click away. Tracking and managing our team’s performance was never this, giving us complete visibility into the history of collection activities on customers for each collector. ### 4. We'd like to see some additional reporting features and functionality. **What problems is Growfin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenges were to build out automated AR reporting, track communication with customers regarding past due accounts, and personalizing our notification process.
