That in addition to customizing each email even though it's automated. I also love the new search filter for investments/series. It helps us target companies more specifically. I love that they keep the bounce rate under 10% as well. **What do you dislike about Growbots?** I wish I was able to filter by technologies that the companies I'm targeting use. As we're a data management tool, in order to target companies, we would need to know what kinds of BI tools they're using. Unfortunately, right now, you can only filter by front-end tools companies use, which doesn't really help us. **What problems is Growbots solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to fill our top of funnel with more leads and quality ones at that. We were using Apollo before Growbots and we'd always get bad data (people who aren't at the company anymore, etc). The determination of what constitutes a cold or warm response is not always accurate but this is not that big of an issue. The cool thing with them is that they have a high degree of availability on Chat and we are able to get anything answered very quickly. They are also very responsive to new product features that we come up with. The GrowBots team is very receptive to feedback and continually updating their tools. **What do you dislike about Growbots?** Typically, help is given by live chat which seemed to be a downside but has been fine. The team provides images and videos of how to do anything that's a little more complicated.
