Although I like the ability to creat lists and send emails, I would like a better reporting function with flexibility and real-time dashboards that you don't have to run. Growbots takes cold B2B outreach and makes it easy and time efficient. The interface is super intuitive, the information and contacts on leads is accurate, and the emails coming from your server lets you control everything. I was concerned about the quality of the customer service I would receive since the company is located in Europe but that has never been an issue at all and customer service might be what I like about Growbots the most. I dislike very little about the platform. The determination of what constitutes a cold or warm response is not always accurate but this is not that big of an issue. I like that you can utilize the service as much or as little as you would like, depending on the kind of outreach you are looking for. Also, the customization in how the messaging looks and feels is authentic and personal. I find this valuable knowing it does not look overly "general" or "bulk" like. The Growbots platform generates leads I would never have found on my own, not to mention the countless hours I would have spent to get a fraction of the results. The features in Growbots are well organized and integrated with useful tools to maxmize results. The platform may be a bit confusing at first, although it's because there are so many great features it takes some time to understand them all. The filters and tabs are helpful once you understand how to use them to gleen the most insights to the activity. I will say that their customer service is top notch. They are readily available and go the extra mile to be sure all my questions are answered, often with a hands-on approach to ensure I complete the task and understand it fully. We like that Growbots sends emails via our Mail Server, not their own. We have had many, many deliverability issues using other providers to send marketing emails, including our CRM provider HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We honestly don't have anything we dislike about Growbots. The cool thing with them is that they have a high degree of availability on Chat and we are able to get anything answered very quickly.
