It makes a difference. They also are consistently communicating. They never go “radio silent” and always keep you in the loop on the next steps.
They are very quick to follow your suggestions and adept at working on a variety of marketing projects. I have requested assets ranging from landing pages, sales pages, lead magnets, video editing, etc. I have also had them work on an email newsletter for a client. Everything is done with high attention to detail and a focus on over-delivering. They even captured the voice of my client in a way that made the final deliverable seem very authentic. They are very good at what they do, and their pricing model is fantastic. If I hired freelancers on Upwork to do what they did in a given month, I expect it would cost 2-3x as much. Plus, I'd have to spend time vetting them, conducting interviews, sending over login information, and so on.
