Grow.com has a great team supporting its customers. They have most of the integrations that most people need, but if they don't, they have some great recommendations for warehouses. They're very smart, and I enjoy working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it promotes itself as a BI tool, I believe it doesn't have all of the BI qualities. It's a tool that allows you to create your own analytics, and metrics and has it refreshed often throughout the day. The tool does not do the thinking for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still some limitations on effectively connecting data sources to Grow, but that's certainly not something that they are completely responsible for. It seems like there is a trend in all of the negative reviews. Once you decide to cancel, all communication is cut off and you are blacklisted.
I am still a paying client of grow because after canceling 3 months ago, they will not respond my organization. I've reached out several times.
After we joined 18 months ago, they changed the system which made it impossible for our company to use it.
It made building connections very difficult and complicated.
