## GroupGreeting Reviews
  ### 1. Great way to create a card for a large group to sign!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

This was a fantastic way to gather a wide group of people together to sign a card for a colleague. Former colleagues and students from all over Canada and the US were able to sign a retirment card. It was such a wonderful suprise for the guest of honor!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

No downside that I can think of at all! I was able to modify the page contents to fill the card up more evenly by moving them to make a nice balance. Once I figured out how to do that it was easy to manage. So the only downside would be how strangely some people signed and made odd page fills (if that even makes sense).

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to manage a large group to sign a card without major delays or running all over the office with a card in a folder!

  ### 2. Easy to Use and Collaborate On

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda R. | Service Delivery Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

- One link that can be shared among team members
- Interface is easy to use
- Easy to include/collaborate with remote team members
- Nice that gift cards can be included

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

- Some of the card designs seem a little odd
- Not super intuitive on how to add a gift card retroactively to an eCard that's already been set up (but not yet sent)

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting is an easy way to share and include all team members (both in-office and remote) in congratulatory/sympathy messages for all team members and clients as well.

  ### 3. The Joy of GroupGreeting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We work remote and GroupGreeting has allowed a way for us to still celebrate the special milestones in the lives of our employees. It is simple and yet special, and we are thankful!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Honestly, I think there could be more aesthetically pleasing fonts, but otherwise, it's pretty great.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting allows to all celebrate one another even though we don't see each other on the daily. It's sweet.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> We're glad to hear that GroupGreeting has been a simple yet special way for your remote team to celebrate together. Your feedback about the fonts is noted and we'll strive to enhance the aesthetics in the future.

  ### 4. Great experience, could be even greater

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Intuitive and easy to use. I also think the pricing is fair and great. We use it for all of our office birthdays. It's sustainable.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The user interface can be a bit clunky at times and I wish there were more features.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have many people contribute to a card in many different places.

  ### 5. Great way to coordinate cards at work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Fantastic range of cards for all occasions - makes it really easy to coordinate celebrations for colleagues, even if people are working remotely. GroupGreeting also sends helpful reminders about send times, and it's easy to access VAT invoices from the account portal, so the whole process is very smooth.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It can take a while to sift through all of the designs page by page! But there's also a lot of choice, so not necessarily a bad thing.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use GroupGreeting to arrange cards for people leaving the business, and it's lovely to give everyone the opportunity to send a message, even if they're working remotely.

  ### 6. 10/10 Highly Reccomend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley K. | Office Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We started using Group Greeting at my work in March 2020 when COVID came, and everyone worked remotely. We've actually kept it ever since, it works so well and is a great alternative to paper cards which usually get lost or tossed! It's also nice because people can write larger messages without having to worry about filling up a small card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes the cards get sent to junk, but as long as the person knows its coming; or we can give them a heads up. I think it also depends on your email security settings. We had our IT whitelist the sender domain so that we didn't have the issue anymore.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving paper, easier to have multiple people sign cards and no limit of message text. Saves us going out to the store, having to purchase a card and passing it around the office for people to sign secretively.

  ### 7. Easy to use with cute options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I can move dates around and change designs, and re-open cards, get my receipts and know who opened and who didnt

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

prices is a little too high for a virtual card, no discounts are given or reward points, loyalty etc

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not having to go to the store or pass the card around

  ### 8. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

It is so easy to use and share, and love that you can download your card as well.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Can't say there is anything that I dislike about it!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

  ### 11. Easy to use, fun cards to choose from

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefania T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The annual plan is very helpful - it makes it easy to keep track of all our team's work anniversaries.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It might be nice to add more cards that have <3 year work anniversaries. I see a lot of 5+ years but we don't use those as often

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celebrating our team's work anniversaries

  ### 12. Love Group Greetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that I am able to set up birthday cards and get them signed even though not all of our team members work from the office. Also the option to add a gift card for the recipiant

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Its hard to choose the best one from all of the great card options that are on the website.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have lots of employees who work out in the field or even some that work over seas and with group greeting we can recognize everyone on their special day and everyone is able to sign and say something on the cards.

  ### 13. Great option for hybrid/virtual teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karine T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the variety of designs, themes, and messages on Group Greeting. They have somethign for everyone, and any event/situation. The interface is intuitive and they make it easy to collaborate with a team to share the card and collect messages from everyone.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing in particular I can think of to improve. It works well!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us gather messages from our whole team (we are a hybrid/primarily remote team) so getting folks organized to signing a physical card is challenging. Our team is also quite large, so an electronic resource that everyone can access is especially appreciated.

  ### 14. Love group greeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Medicine | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love using group greeting! It's an easy way for my team to with co-workers a happy birthday, send out bosses day cards, greif cards, and thinking of you cards. Our team members always feel special when they recieve a specailized card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing I wish was different, is that I could buy a package of cards without them expiring. I started buying single cards because it seemed each year I would have a couple that expired.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to keep team morale

  ### 15. Great for large groups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We have a large team (30 people) spread between 3 locations. Group greeting allows us to celebrate milestones and anniversaries easily and be inclusive of everyone!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The password reset is difficult, i don't like that you have to go in to your profile and change it, I'd rather change it immediately like most sites vs it giving you a secret standard password. I also hate the gift card option, that should be a field you add, not something you have to search to turn off.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognizing and celebrating our team that is spread out over a few locations.

  ### 16. A good way to send birthday cards remotely

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizzie F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I work in a remote company and this is a great way to celebrate peoples' birthdays remotely and easily. You can also upload your own card and use the service, so it's pretty cool.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I would love if there was a platform to create your own card easily attached to this service, but overall it's a good service and does what it says it will do. No real complaints.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It easily allows us to celebrate birthdays together even though we are a remote company. It allows us to recognize individual employees in a creative and fun way.

  ### 17. Fast & easy virtual cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

For our international team, sending out virtual cards for work anniversaries and birthdays is a great way to celebrate the team. We love that images and gifs can also be added alongside text messages to put a smile on someone's face.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be great if international gift cards can also be added, some of our staff are based in the EU and it would be amazing if, alongside the virtual cards, they can also receive gift cards that they can spend in their home country.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our team works virtually and they live far apart from each other in the world. They don't meet day-to-day, celebrating work anniversaries in person would be impossible. GroupGreeting solves this issue by giving our team an option to send messages and shoutouts to each other for important milestones.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!

As far as gift cards go--we offer gift cards in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We plan to add more countries in future updates!

I hope this helps!

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

- Ease of use
- Plenty of fun, creative cards
- Interesting way to share birthday wishes
- Great reminder options

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

- Could be a little more streamlined with getting to the final step
- The price could be better for sure, single cards feel a bit pricey for what you get
- Could be easier to customize cards

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it simple for such a large group of us within our organization to streamline celebrating birthdays with continuity and style!

  ### 20. Excellent, easy to use service

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I really like being able to send cards to my team virtually. The flexibility with editing, adding fun gifs, and a variety of text options makes the card even more meaningful! I love that it automatically sends to the group on the day and time you choose, as well as the ever changing card designs! They're great!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't noticed any downsides besides the emoji's were taken away.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits our team by staying connected. We're able to celebrate each others anniversaries, special events, birthday's, and more through an easy virtual but meaningful process.

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Fun fonts, easy to send out, lots of options. Being able to attach a gift card is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Best way to give recognition to all your employees for every occasion. Wjether it be for birthdays, anniversaries or get well cards, the selecting is wonderful.

  ### 28. Makes my work easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

How many options are there for card covers? Love that they are always updating the options to choose from, so this gives me (as the person who picks the cards we use) a wide range of options that goes with people's personalities.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Not much to dislike; the site is user-friendly, the price is reasonable, everyone loves it, and they have a good range of things, tones, and occasions.
I want to add a small edit button to the covers, sometimes, the design is excellent, but the wording is not a proper fit. This is me clutching at straws, as the site is mostly perfect.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending Farewell cards. our company is hyBRID. We have staff all over the world, so it helps that everyone an sign with ease and in their own time. During the pandemic physical leaving cards were not feasible, we have been using GroupGreeting ever since.

We use Group Greeting for team birthday cards. Prior to the pandemic in 2020, we used to pass around physical cards for everyone to sign. ### 34. Perfect solution for remote teams!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing we dislike is there aren't many new card designs released very often. We've found that we have to "recycle" through the ones we've used for other team members.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the problem of having a virtual/remote team, but wanting to show solidarity in celebrating together!

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We were always losing cards sent around the office for signatures. Group Greeting is so easy to use and allows up to distribute to everyone at the same time, including our CSR's working hybrid. All of our Management Team has access which is helpful if someone is out of the office. Our participation has significantly increased and the team loves the recognition. We also use the cards to celebrate Customer special events.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I would love to see more business related cards to say thank you for your business or we apologize for our error etc.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to do last minute and meaningful recognition.

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Our team is all-remote so it is hard to keep up with birthdays and special dates. With GroupGreeting we are able to keep up in a fun way by sending virtual cards.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I can't think of a single thing that I dislike about GroupGreeting. Maybe just work on adding more variety of cards? Was there a card for Pride this year? That is literally all I can think of.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting solves both the issue remembering to send birthday cards to staff, and allows everyone to sign. It is a great value to company culture for us. A++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gillian B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's so easy to use, and has an amazing array of cards from which to choose - plus you can create your own if you want to.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It always asks me if I want to include a gift voucher, and we don't because this is too expensive to do for everyone.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GroupGreeting for all the staff's birthdays and it's an easy way of getting other staff to sign the card, which saves me time. It also saves wasting paper.

  ### 42. Great for co-worker's birthdays

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that there's a wide variety of cards, for any occasion and for and from specific people. You can schedule the time the card is delivered and you can send the link out to anyone's email address so they can sign the card. I also like that you can add in gifs and stickers so that it's not just sentiments and signatures.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish you could send it to multiple email addresses. It would be nice to send the card to their personal email address as well as their work email address. So they can access it from anywhere.

Also, it would be nice to have a distribution list of people that you usually invite to sign and to be able to send the card out to multiple people directly from the site. It would be nice to just click on the names to send an invitation to sign out.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing really, it's just a nice way to recognize someone for their birthday or retirement.

  ### 43. Easy for signers to access and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth V. | Associate Director, Strategic Communications, Office of Technology and Digital Innovation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love GroupGreeting because it is easy for users to access cards and sign them. It does not require each signer to creat an account and now photos can be added.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I would like to be able to use search terms to find specific cards. For example, my boss owns a Pug, and it would be convenient to be able to search all cards for relevant content.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreetings is a great way to recognize employees as individuals, not just cogs in a machine.

  ### 44. Great tool that makes keeping morale up easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The ability to plan ahead. I put my whole team in for the year... all cards are prepped and ready to send out

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

That I have to keep sorting by delivery date. But really it is ok.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to send cards out for the team to sign, making everyone's bd special.

  ### 45. Best greeting e-cards for work and everything else!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pahola P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It is so easy and friendly to use. Have great designs on e-cards and fantastic selection options for everyone's taste. PLUS the prices are awesome. I love that you just send the link to a coworker for everyone to sign in, and that is it, your can forget and know that the recipient will be congratulated on time without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

In reality, nothing to dislike. Is super easy to use, has great prices, and has fantastic designs. Great for group signing and the best part is that you send the link for everyone to sign and forget about it.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a budget, congratulations to coworkers without hassle. Easy to use and very fast to set an e-card (plus a gift card if you want), in one place. You just resent the link to folks for them to sign and done.

  ### 46. So easy to use and the cards designs are great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmy A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I do wish there were more options for milestones of work anniversaries.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Group Greeting allows us to have all our team members sign the card and helps us from having to physically mail out cards to our team. As we grow it makes it much easier!!

  ### 47. It's a great way to acknowledge remote employees!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that I can pick cards and schedule cards out

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish I was notified of cards that I have scheduled out so I dont forget to send out the link for others to sign

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote employees and building teams, GroupGreeting allows me to acknowledge birthdays, etc with the whole team chiming in.

  ### 48. Best option for group ecards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting has a variety of cards available for birthdays, congratulations, condolences, etc. It also allows users to upload custom images to use as cards. But what I like best about GroupGreeting is seeing what everyone signs before the card arrives at the recipient. With the ability to insert gifs and images, staff can express themselves beyond the written word.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The administrative settings are confusing as I am no longer in a supervisory role but cannot select another person to be the "Team Lead." I have checked the FAQ section but have been unable to find a solution. However, I believe that an email to support will likely resolve this.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team struggled to get everyone to sign a card before a person's birthday. With GroupGreeting we can email all staff (minus the recipient) with the link to the card for folks to sign. GroupGreeting also reminds us when a birthday approaches, which is handy and a nice feature but we have an Outlook calendar for birthdays.

  ### 49. Bringing our team together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica P. | Global Awareness Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Group greetings helped our hybrid team stay connected during the pandemic. It felt nice to receive a card via email that all our colleagues from around the globe could sign with ease. Even now, our team looks forward to it and we are mostly back in the office. It's a simple gesture to share our supportive culture while showing we acknowledge someone on their birthday, maternity leave, going away, and other occasions. For the price at the annual rate, you can't beat that. We suggested doing away with it but the feedback was overwhelming from the team to keep it and luckily we were able to. GroupGreeting helped our team feel included.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing. Has always been easy to navigate.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is global so it is nice for team members to not feel left out of acknowledgments. Our workers in Singapore can participate in a simple birthday wish for their counterparts in California. That sense of inclusion is a very big grabber.

  ### 50. GroupGreeting is a great business tool to acknowledge your colleagues!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We use GroupGreeting to send birthday eCards to our employees. It is a simple and easy tool for making birthday celebrations functional in our virtual, work-from-home business model. We can still connect, acknowledge, and encourage each other without being the the same room. We have been using GroupGreeting for 3+ years now!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I like that they have recently added gift cards as an added benefit which better aids in the electronic/virtual world we do business in these days. I wish they had a store or marketplace gifting option where you can allocate a certain number of funds for the recipient to select a gift that will be mailed directly to them or whatever address is inserted. This would give a more personal touch to e-card and e-gifting for the virtual business realm.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birthday celebrations in a virtual business model
