## GroupGreeting Reviews
 ### 1. GroupGreeting is a MUST!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan H. | Office and People Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting has been amazing for our company! What I like best is the large variety of design options that are fun, personal, and creative! I also LOVE how easy it is to send to our employees! I am talking SUPER EASY. It asks for their name, email, and the date/time you'd like to send it and BAM - email the sharable link out to your card signers and that is it!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't found anything about GroupGreeting I haven't liked in my 3 years of using this service. It is convienent and a true mainstay at our company for all the good it has added.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting is a service I found at the beginning of Covid-19. We were a company that was fully in-office and all of a sudden we were all remote. I needed a way to still send birthday and work anniversary cards out to each employee and everyone have the ability to still sign. Finding GroupGreeting has helped our hybrid workforce still feel incredibly connected and the card receiver to feel very special. We have loved all the card options, the ability to customize your font, choose your color, and even add gifs. Makes things feel very cool!

 ### 2. So convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love how easy it is to create a unique card and easily share with people to sign. And being able to schedule it to send automatically means I don't have to remember! It's great!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing I can think of..................

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to physically take a card around to others and also catching people on varying schedules

 ### 3. Great for our Coalition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The ability to have multiple people in various locations send a birthday greeting to our coalition members. Also, being able to schedule the greetings is fabulous!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't found any dislikes with group greeting.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a way to send birthday greetings between our coalition members without having to physically get 60 people to sign a card. We found group greeting and it has helped us greatly. I love that you can choose the card cover, schedule the greeting cards for the person's birthday so we don't forget, add pictures and gif's to the greeting and send it out to all coalition members to sign. I also like that you will get a warning if you are placing your message somewhere that someone else has already placed their greeting. The group greeting is something small that we started to recognize our coalition members and they appreciate the small gesture.

 ### 4. Lovely way to stay connected!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Easy to organize group greetings - getting everyone's participation is a breeze with the shared link feature.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Cost is higher than I would like it to be.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying connected in a remote work setting

 ### 5. A great asset for our remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie M. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Our company switched to remote work, which means it is more important than ever to reach out and provide recognition and celebrate team members near and far away!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing; I find it easy to use, with a wide variety of card options for every occasion.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting allows our teams to celebrate each other easily in a remote work setting.

 ### 6. Group Greeting is fun, engaging and user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna Wang S. | Assistant Director Medill Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is simple in the sense that it is very user friendly which is helpful for those that aren't tech savvy to be able to sign the card. On the more tech savvy side, I enjoy being able to add gifs and pictures which can further enhance the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only downside is the fact that I have to pay for it - I've been asked why I can't just go to a free group greeting card option. Or I wish that if I purchased 50 cards, it could roll over or I could create a more custom package. I really only need 20 cards max a year.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the groupgreeting functionalities and ability to reach a larger audience. The thing that I really like is being able to add the gifs and photos - it adds a more personalized touch and also fills some dead space.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

 ### 7. OFFICIAL Showing you care.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ingrid c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

That I can enter several months staff birthdays in advance. Helps me do a task totally not on my radar that is assigned to me. Reading the various cards cheers me to the mood to get it done with a smile.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing yet. I personally am challenged when and where to sign in each time.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me get the assigned task of recognizing the staff birthdays without walking around the office with a routing slip or trying to find who had it last.

 ### 8. Timely cards that reflect where we are today.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy C. | HR & Office Manager, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is easy to use. I send cards worldwide, and staff look forward to them. I even had a staff member in another country send me a get well card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The price per card could be lower. I did enroll in a 50-card deal that saved me money, so I appreciate that opportunity. The price point is about average for going into a store and then mailing a card.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to send cards worldwide and save on postage and time. I am also able to get other staff to sign the card.

 ### 9. Great product for the hybrid (and remote) workforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca J. | Human Resources Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Ease of use, great card options for every occasion

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I cannot think of any downsides at all - we've been very happy with our subscription. We recently renewed, and I expect we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In today's hybrid and remote work places, Group Greeting has made it easy to collaborate and recognize employee milestones !

 ### 10. Love group greeting!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rogan P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

How many amazing designs there are to pick from and how easy it is to send and keep track of who has signed the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing I can think of is allowing more characters in a signing.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to sign and send birthday cards to our team who is completely remote.

 ### 11. Not just for a pandemic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The number of people who can sign a card does not seem to be limited and there are many different options for the design of the card. Once you have created an account, all ther cards you sign, even the ones created by other people, are included, so you can track and remember them. The link for signing a card is a straightforward one - anyone can sign a card with not trouble, and the links can be forwarded far and wide. We first used it during the pandemic when everyone was at home, but have continued since.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The company sends me reminder emails more frequently than I would choose. On one occasion (only!) I ran out of space for the greeting I wanted to post for one of the people i knew well.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We first used it during the pandemic when everyone was at home, but have continued since.
Our organisation now has people across many different offices and many who are in the office only part of the time. GroupGreeting enables us to ocollect messages from people right across the organisation in one place without resorting to multiple cards, sticky notes or anything like that, and can keep track of who has been sent invitations to respond.

 ### 12. Great, simple to use platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

- We work partially remotely, so being able to get everyone (particularly those who wouldn't normally be able to) to sign a card easily is a great option

- Lots of choice for templates, but also the option to upload your own

- Really appreciate the built-in GIFs/stickers

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

- Could always do with more templates (not a criticism, but it would never go amiss)

- An easier way to create your own cards (through GroupGreeting itself) would be an interesting feature

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Makes it very easy to send a group message to someone (for example a farewell card) - which we'd otherwise have great difficulty doing

- Helps employees know they're valued at the business

 ### 13. Cards for co-workers in a global work enviroment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataysha D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

You can pick the time and date to send it. My team is global so this is an easy way to feel connected.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

None - yep not one of the articles for adding a gift card after creating a card has the right answer. I still cannot figure it out. I am sure you get some residual income from the attached gift cards. I tried for an hour and gave up. Make it easier - You created this site so you probably think it is easy. Have someone who knows nothing about your site create one and then try to add a gift card. I would love to hear that outcome.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping a global team feel connected.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Nataysha,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'd love to connect with you regarding your trouble with adding a gift card. Can you please reach out to support@groupgreeting.com?

 ### 14. The best service for any occasion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is extremely easy to use, very affordable, great for large groups, and have so many design options! I have used it for Birthdays, Retirements, Weddings, and to welcome new babies!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Everything is easy to use but sometimes moving text around can take a few tries to get it to look how I want.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows staff from various locations to be involved in something that would have been very limited if we used in person cards/

 ### 15. Always a reliable site for E-cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It has a large variety of cards available for many different occasions. Cards are easy to pay for, set up and the URL link is easy to share! I am always using this website for E-cards for Anniversary's, condolences, Goodbyes and Congratulations.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I cannot think of anything about Group Greeting that I dislike, except maybe that the funds are in USD? The price could be a little bit lower I guess. Giving a CAD currency option right off the bat would be great

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This website is solving a couple of problems; the first is, the shareable URL solves the issue of me having to go around with a physical card, it takes the pressure off of someone so that they can write in a more private setting. It also delivers the card on a set date, so it isnt forgotten!

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of GroupGreeting!

Regarding currency-- In your Account Settings, make sure your country is set as Canada. This will ensure the correct currency is shown at checkout!

**Reviewed by:** kelly S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the flezibility of the system. Being able to schedule cards our for the team is very eary. We have got alot of feedback that the team likes getting the cards and love to be able to congragulate or say Happy Birthday to their coleges that they do not see as we work from home. Its a great system to be able to jsut show someone that we care from far away

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing really the system is wondering and easy

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to put schedule cards to go out to the team and asking for \comments form other members of the team is great

 ### 17. Director of Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's easy to use, fun to deliver, and the personalization makes it feel both unique and personable.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The bulk card expiration is frustarting. We invested but we're a small team and weren't able to use them all.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a fully remote team and it's hard to celebrate our team birthdays from all across the country. This helps.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Riley,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Could you please reach out to our support team regarding your plan usage?

 ### 18. Bringing our company together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tessa B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is super easy to use, has lots of templates to choose from, and sharing is seamless. Our company has felt disjointed for a long time and taking a small step toward unity by sending birthday cards, anniversary cards, and "sorry for your loss" cards has been an easy segway to feeling closer as a group. I love that I don't have to manually send anything and that there's no limit on people signing!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish there were more cards included in the lower level packages, but overall we love GroupGreeting!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting addresses problems we've seen with disjointedness. Even something as small as a birthday or anniversary card is starting to bring our company together.

 ### 19. Easy and accessible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elba H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

Very convinient to reach friends and families online with greetings.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The paswords expired often and is not easy to set up a new one.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greeting and recognitions for the team : Anniveraries , B-days and othere celebrations. Very accessible from many placess.

 ### 20. Group Greeting is Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I have enjoyed the ease of selecting a card, signing it, inviting others to sign it and schedule the delivery in less time than I can drive to the store. I like being able to include funny memes. GroupGreeting has enabled our scattered team of remote workers to feel a little closer to one another.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes I wish for "prettier" cards. The variety has increased in the time I have been using GroupGreeting.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using GroupGreeting as our team of remote workers expanded and we did not all know each other. GroupGreeting gives us a way to interact and encourage each other outside of our typical tasks.

 ### 21. Easy to use, loved by the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We love that staff can add as simply or as complex as they want. The receiver loves getting to "open" a card, see notes, photos, and GIFs. There's a large selection of cards for many occasions. On day one, it was so easy to implement. We started with just 10 cards per year and now we're up to almost 100 per year.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

We wish there were some more non-English choices for more occassions. (You can upload your own cover, we just don't put that energy into it)

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We share birthday, sympathy, and celebration cards to our staff. GroupGreeting helps our staff had their messages to their coworkers.

 ### 22. User-friendly Group Greeting Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Libraries | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's a really intuitive, user-friendly way to collect greetings from a large group before passing them on to the recipient.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only downside is that they frequently end up in junk folders so we do tend to have to also send a nudge to the recipient telling them to look for the notification, which can spoil the surprise a little.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees and other related parties spread all over our jurisdiction and they are often not in the same place to be signing a shared card.

 ### 23. Best e-Card Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Instead of having a stack of cards for special occasions, Group Greetings meets all of my needs. Whether it's for a colleague across the country or family that's far away, it's easy to send a card for all important occasions. As a recipient of the card, it makes you feel special. The older I become the more important it is to be thought of; this is a wonderful way to maintain connection.

I also love that you can make it a group affair. Inviting others to sign the card just adds to the fun-value.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I don't have any downsides. I think the system is well designed and is easy to use.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition of special events like birthdays, work anniversaries, etc. helps to build culture and show you team that you really care about them.

 ### 24. Easy and convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I appreciate that cards can be created in advance. We have a lot of people on our team, so I like to premake birthday cards on the first of the month, then set them up to be deployed on a certain date and time.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The price per card, and the business discounting doesn't work for our uses.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us the opportunity to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries within the team, all in one place. Our team works remotely, so it is crutial that we sent out digital cards.

 ### 25. Found during Covid and kept it going! We love Group Greeting!

So easy to use! easy to send cards and implementation is a breeze!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

So many choices, it is never a bad thing!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Covid grew our workforce to mostly remote, it fit our way to celebrate wins, big and small.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Cost efficient, easy to use and site has various cards to choose from

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't experienced any downside to using the site, my suggestion would be to that most of the cards are too cartoony and not business like

having to mail out physical cards to employees working from home

 ### 27. I use Group Greeting for all my work celebrations!

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's so easy to set up a card for multiple individuals in various places to sign! Our team is no longer in one office with any regularity, so it's been a great tool to help our colleagues feel connected while we're physically apart.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes it's difficult to find just the right theme for the card you want to send, but that's no different than one's experience in a card shop.

It's keeping us from feeling disconnected despite that we're usually physically apart.

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I've used GroupGreeting for years and found it to be very helpful for sending birthday cards to my remotely distributed team. I also get automated reminders about birthdays on the team each year so I don't miss sending out greetings each time. I think my team really likes the cards we make together, they are easy to customize and personalize. Their customer support has been very helpful in the few times I had any issues.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I like the variety of products to choose from, but sometimes I feel that there are too many variations to sift through when choosing a card for a particular occaision. This is a minor complaint.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a distributed team with members around the world, so signing a card in person and then mailing it is not an option. With GroupGreeting, I can share a link with the team, they all sign, and the GroupGreeting handles the delivery. GroupGreeting also reminds me when birthdays are coming up so I don't forget - I find it very helpful!

 ### 46. Great, easy option to share encouraging words

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

My organization uses these cards to collaborate and share encouraging words with others. This is a much better option than a typical e-greeting card because multiple people can sign it from a link.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The price of $4.99 per card feels steep. That's also not a way to set up cards for multiple people at once. This is cumbersome when you need to create 5-10 at once.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows multiple people to contribute instead of just the sender.

 ### 47. Super convenient and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that the website is intuitive and easy to use, and there's tons of options for greeting card design.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be awesome if we could download the card after creating it and getting signatures.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a staff member goes on sick leave, we can easily get a get well card to them. In a post-COVID world, we now have hybrid work options, so sending an e-Card is much easier than circulating a physical card for everyone to sign.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!

Once the card is delivered, a link to download the PDF becomes available below the card. Some recipients as well as card senders will choose to print out the PDF, but most just save it as a digital keepsake. We format the PDF to be 2 card pages per PDF page because it makes the file size much smaller and easier to store as a digital keepsake.

If you'd like to preview the PDF, you may go directly to the card link and click the Preview Card button. This will show how the delivered card will appear to the recipient. Please note this view is only available to you as the card creator when you're logged into your account. Then click the PDF icon below the card image to download the PDF version.

 ### 49. Easy way to get everyone to sign

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We use GroupGreeting for work anniversary, birthday and other cards to be sent to colleagues. It saves so much time shopping, going around with the card for everyone to sign, and getting it done and to the recipient. There's a great selection of cards. The package deals make the cards more affordable and we save a tree by not printing the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There's not anything to dislike. We really have no complaints.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps us from having to leave the office to go shopping for a card (and the gas to get there). It includes everyone, even someone who might be out of town or working from home.

 ### 50. Incredible tool: easy and fun to use

I have also used GroupGreeting to send cards with signers across a whole variety of organizations. Group Greeting takes the old method of passing around a paper card to a whole new level.

Engaging a mostly Work from Home workforce. GroupGreeting helps us stay connected and show we care even when we don't see each other.
