Takes a little bit of time to get used to all of the capabilities because there really is so much. I don't really think it's a negative but it did take me a little time to learn everything. What problems is Ground Administrative Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the program really helps you manage a business. IT can keep track of so much data and puts it into a format that is easy to read and relate to. It really makes it easy to see the big picture and get a grasp of what is going on. So far it has been a great product and I'm sure there will be more to come.
