It's effective as it organizes cases making people efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to install and maintain, efficient and time-saving and solves the issue of tedious data entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grids?

Related to fields are not as easy to lookup as Salesforce and pulling unrelated objects has been a slight issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
