During the implementation process, it was really easy to integrate with Salesforce through the Information Request forms via API hence allowing us to access any external database and synchronize this information, which is a huge difference for this type of solution as I might recall.

The product support turns out to be quite agile and open to improvements. In fact, every month they add new features to the platform, some of them have been extremely useful, such as the use of AI for automatic translations and SEO content creation.

Indeed, from the SEO point of view, we have total control over tags, content hierarchy, page loading times, image management and Google schema creation.
