I find greytHR easy to navigate and use for the most part. It helps my company with HR tasks like managing leaves, attendance, and holidays. I appreciate being able to plan my holidays in advance using greytHR. I also like that it is linked with our office thumb sensors to monitor in and out times.

The Early Out, Late In features are extremely confusing when I am trying to ask for permissions.

GreytHR is a great application, and I find it better than other HR applications. I can view my leave balance, apply for leave, and check my payroll details, which makes it very convenient.

I appreciate how greytHR offers ease of use and understanding, making it simple to navigate and utilize for various HR operations such as attendance, leave balance, employee details, and onboarding. The process for enrolling new employees or adding them is straightforward and efficient, which greatly enhances administrative efficiency. Additionally, the simplicity and functionality of greytHR were significant factors in switching from our previous software, Zimyo. These attributes collectively contribute to my high likelihood of recommending greytHR to others.

I find the user interface of greytHR can be improved. There are instances where many features are buried within menus, making it challenging to find specific functions. Additionally, the advanced admin access can be confusing, particularly when it comes to editing rules. Although I haven't personally tried managing these features, observing their usage indicates their complexity.

I regularly use greytHR to apply leaves, check payslip and many other things. greytHR is integrated with outlook. So, can I get email for leaves update whether approve or not. Customer support is also up to the mark.

Most of the features are useful but there is no customize option to customize Home page.

It’s very easy to use, and whenever I need help, the support agent is there to assist without any delay.

They should keep more free features available.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual attendance and payslip management isn’t their strength because of errors, but it’s easy for me to track attendance and see punch-in and punch-out times.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

greytHR is incredibly easy to use, both for admins and employees. The dashboard is clean and intuitive and implementation was straightforward—we were up and running in just a few days. We use it almost daily for attendance, leave approvals and payroll processing. The mobile app is a big plus, especially for remote or on-the-go teams. It also handles statutory compliance automatically which saves us a lot of stress during audits.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

Customer support can sometimes be slow to respond, especially around month-end when many users need help. Also while it covers all core HR functions, the integrations with other tools (like accounting software or performance management systems) could be more seamless.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

greytHR has helped us eliminate a lot of manual, time-consuming HR tasks. Before using it we handled payroll and attendance in spreadsheets which led to frequent errors and delays. Now, everything from salary processing to leave tracking is automated and accurate. It also keeps us compliant with labor laws and statutory filings which used to be a major headache. Overall, it’s a centralised platform with improved accuracy, and given our HR team more time to focus on strategic tasks instead of just operations.
