"Excellent tool to easily find the vulnerable host within our network and best for firewall tuning"
5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

I like its ability to effectively assess network connections and IP behavior change to proactively identify vulnerabilities exploited by attackers. It protects us against malware and login attempts, even if it is not known, due to its behavior-based mode of operation. Compared to other tools it took us less time to set up IP scans and the process is much easier. The system is great and gives us great insights into threats targeting our endpoints. "The tool effectively manages vulnerabilities with bulk IP analysis for faster remediation of threats"
5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

I value its intelligent risk-based prioritization which allows us to focus first on the vulnerabilities that represent the greatest threat. The real-time updated list of IPs gives us the vulnerabilities that actually matter, not just a bloated list of CVEs. Its continuous monitoring of network connections and immediate visibility into critical endpoint exposure is an added value and effectively supports our remediation efforts. What do you dislike about GreyNoise?

There aren’t any features that I dislike, GreyNoise is very comprehensive in every aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

For the past 3 years we have been using GreyNoise to monitor our systems and what I like most about it is how it gives us strong visibility into what external IPs are doing before they teach deeper into our environment. I like the IP profile view which shows clear timelines and detailed tags which helps us to quickly understand intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for reducing false positives and alert fatigue"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

I use GreyNoise every day to cut down all the noise in my alerts. It quickly tells me if an IP is just a mass scanner or something I actually need to look into. This saves me hours that I used to waste on false positives. It is easy to set up, works smoothly with my existing tools, and the interface is simple to understand. I can cross check suspicious activity in seconds and focus only on real threats. The integrations with our security tools make the response process much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreyNoise?

A few advanced features are not easy to find, and occasionally it does not auto load data from our EDR, so I have to double check things myself. I would love clearer filtering options and maybe some AI features to help spot new threats faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is expensive but surprisingly the sandbox does work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

I am writing this as the air conditioning in our server room hums extremely loudly and is distracting. To be honest the sandbox did not crash on me when I was doing malware analysis which is good news since most of the tools I have worked with do and I have to restart everything. Also the summary output from the AI assistant is very readable and I no longer have to read through 100 logs which consumes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreyNoise?

The dark theme (dark mode) is always set back to bright white upon logging in and it is very frustrating so they should fix this bug as quickly as possible. The price point of this application is simply too high in comparison to what you receive and it appears that the developers broke the product into a number of different modules so they could charge you for each one individually. In addition it becomes extremely slow and cumbersome if you are trying to perform a series of complex or multi-query searches at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about GreyNoise?

What I like most is its ability to provide real-time protection against emerging threats and the superior capabilities to inspect incoming and outgoing traffic, as well as analyzing content downloaded or uploaded from online sources preventing malware and zero day exploits from spreading to our network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreyNoise?

It should support more file formats for IP analysis and file size limits needs to be increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
