Since moving to Google Calendar to manage my client meetings, it had been nothing but issues. Clients were missing meetings since they didn't get an email or text reminder about it. I tried a few other solutions, but none worked. Zapier sent the reminder using the client's time zone but the CST time. This led to clients logging in hours off of their actual meeting time. Calendly didn't allow me to schedule meetings, it was only for clients to do the scheduling (not how we work). Finally, something that simply looks at the calendar and sends a reminder. And if I use the client's time zone in my calendar, it will send them the reminder in their time zone, not mine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything I dislike so far. It is has been very set-it and forget-it. I don't have to maintain the app in any way so the only way I know it is going is that clients aren't missing their meetings! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
