I love that g reminders syncs with my google calendar making it easy to get updated on confirmations or cancellations. G reminders has saved me so much time from reaching out individually to each client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using this product for about 2 years. In that time they have rolled out several important features that have made communicating with our clients so much easier including API and the ability to charge clients after appointments are complete. In the last two years, we have only had one service interruption when they were switching servers, which lasted for maybe 24 hours. Customer service is also very easy to get in touch with. I would like to have more account wide templates to trigger reminders, but really this isn't much of an issue. I should really just be more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
