One of the things I appreciate the most about the greenspace service is how easy it is to understand the platform, it is easy to understand and helps a lot when reviewing if what you see in therapy with the therapist is in line with what the patient's tests show. It provides our organization an ability to monitor client outcomes, how ell they are functioning, and real time data. Behavioral Health struggles to give a clear picture of client outcomes for those with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This also helps us to use measurement based care to demonstrate that behavioral health issuse need to be recognized as chronic diseases, like hypertension, diabetes, and asthma and often have better outcomes. We have one "Super - User" who understands all nuances of the system because she is the staff person interacting the most from an adminstrative standpoint with our patients.
