What do you like best about Greenshades?

Easy to update with our payroll software. Also easy for employees to login with phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenshades?

Support is often time slow to respond or need to find multiple people to problem solve. I also wish that the onboarding workflows and employee portal had more options. Feel like you can't do a lot or create extra line items in the employee portal. Would love to add something as simple as 'nickname' to their page. Benefit enrollment is also such a pain point.
