## Greenhouse Reviews
 ### 1. Centralizes Recruitment with Intuitive Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the user experience of Greenhouse because it's very intuitive. That's something that I really like about it. I appreciate the shared visibility feature, which is important to me as a manager to have visibility into all the work being done. I also love the data, reporting, and analytics features within Greenhouse, which I definitely leverage to ensure we're making informed hiring decisions. Greenhouse makes it easy to show where things are blocked and where process improvements can be made.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I think the reporting can continue to be enhanced. Right now, it has primarily basic reporting functions. Oftentimes, I have to export the data and then kind of play around with it and filter it outside of the app. I would love to do more of it inside of the app or inside of the platform itself.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to centralize candidate tracking, providing full visibility into hiring. I love the data, reporting, and analytics features for informed decision-making.

 ### 2. Efficient Integrations, Clear Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like Greenhouse because it's really clear and has good integrations. Our tech team is able to set up integrations to our HRIS and our comms tool, which save us a lot of time and manual work.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Occasionally it's hard to find the new hire's profile if they have applied to multiple jobs. It would be great if duplicate profiles could be consolidated more clearly. This may also be our Talent team not using the tool optimally.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to facilitate the handoff of information from Talent to People Ops teams, and its integrations save us a lot of time and manual work.

 ### 3. Streamlined Recruitment Process with Robust Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I really enjoy the automated functions of Greenhouse, like having all of our scorecards being sent out and the updated reminders for our hiring managers. The setup was also simplistic, which allowed for an expedited process. I appreciate how quickly we can manage our applicant tracking system since we switched from a much smaller ATS. The automated scheduling function is particularly helpful as it allows us to focus less on scheduling candidates manually. I can send out a link to candidates who already have my calendar, streamlining the process not just for me but also for team interviews.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Not being able to manage your own number of interviews is frustrating. If I want to have only five interviews a day, I have to ask someone else to go into my settings and update that for me. It should be something that I can update in my own account settings. Also, not sending out the candidate invite automatically is a hassle. If I'm setting up the interview for the hiring managers, there should be an automated calendar invite sent out to the candidate. Having it be a two-step process when I'm managing so many different candidates, there are times where it gets missed, and then that candidate doesn't get the invite. It's just a hassle, and I end up having to apologize to the candidate and the hiring manager. It should just be one click.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to automate scheduling, review applicants timely, collect feedback for compliance, and manage recruitment efficiently. Its automated functions help focus less on scheduling, sending links to screen candidates, and managing interviews with team members easily.

 ### 4. Easy to Use with Strong AI/Intel Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Director, Americas Talent Acquisition - Sales, Services, & Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

It’s easy to use, and the AI/Intel features are good.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Search query for all applicants needs to be refined.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The candidate flow and pipeline generation are solid, and the scorecarding feature is also a strong addition.

 ### 5. Easy to Adapt, Excellent Referral Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

The best about Greenhouse the the tool is very simple to adapt. The features are excellent for making any referrals.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Dislike about Greenhouse is during my initial days I was unable to login to this application due to some security issues, later with Greehouse support I am able to use this application

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Greenhouse solving for me is referral of my friends in my company for open positions, for which I will be getting referral bonus if they got selected

 ### 6. Flexible Dashboards and White-Label Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ester P. | Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst | BR US, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Able to create different kinds of dashboards, detailed view of candidate and job pipeline, hability to implement changes according to company - white label.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Some changes need to be made, especially around forms. When we transfer a candidate to a different job, the forms they already filled out aren’t saved in their profile, which creates extra work and makes it harder to keep their information in one place.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting is fast, and I can connect directly with candidates on LinkedIn. I’m also able to create a CRM for prospects and build a pipeline even when we don’t have job openings yet. It keeps all the information for a role in one place, and it’s easy to use.

 ### 7. Centralized Hiring Hub with a Polished UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akira N. | Junior IT Technician

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the UI. It's really nice to look at. It's really easy to find all the information you need, and the layout just makes sense. I like the different levels of permissions that you can assign to users. There's a lot of tools and configurations that you can make to interviews and assigned users.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

We're using two email domains, and when we want to add a secondary domain to all our users in Greenhouse, it's a little annoying when they have to verify the secondary email before we can make it a primary email. I wish that as long as they just have one email verified, the secondary email can be just changed to the primary email instead of needing it to be verified. It also is a bother when you have to delete an email off of a deactivated user and you need to reach out to the support team to do that.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse offers one platform for collaboration, centralizing candidate information and streamlining our hiring process.

 ### 8. Efficient ATS with Room for Reporting Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron P. | Fitness Instructor

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like that Greenhouse saves time with scheduling, opening and closing jobs, and sending offer letters. It houses all recruiting data efficiently. Everything in Greenhouse is nuanced, and I appreciate the user-friendly interface. The permissions system is well thought out, with clear controls on who can see certain things. The clean display makes it easy to see what stage candidates are in the process.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The reporting could be better. Sometimes, it can be difficult to pull the info you need solely with one report. Data visualization could be improved, but I believe the team is already working on this. Having a dashboard that visualizes any reports we pull so that we don't have to do it in another system such as Excel or Google Sheets would be helpful.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse saves me time scheduling, managing jobs, sending offer letters, and storing recruiting data. It's user-friendly with nuanced permissions, and the clean display helps track candidate stages easily.

 ### 9. User-Friendly and Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I would say it seems fairly user friendly (still learning the product) but seems relatively easy to understand

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Few quirks - like duplicative sending of things to candidates (meeting request, and invite) and almost too many documents and videos to watch, just hard to navigate thru where to start

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse is the top ATS, and so it is hugely beneficial as we have a super high volume of candidates to hire for

 ### 10. Smart email notifications, easy scheduling, and automated reminders that keep interviews on track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I love the emails notifying me off my actions (moved to stage I schedule for, candidate has added availability), being able to request availability and suggest times, templates, and the automated scorecard reminders that prevent me from having to track down interviewers to submit, reminders to candidates about interviews (I don't think we've had one person miss an interview since, which used to happen frequently!) and the fact that candidates can record their names and enter their pronouns.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

When going to the Candidates page, it would be really nice to have a filter for not only searches assigned to me, but the stages alone that are assigned to me. Right now, it shows candidates in other stages that I do not schedule for such as recruiter screens, which I don't schedule for. It requires filtering by stages and clicking every single stage that I might schedule for.

I also wish there was an option to show candidates which interviewers have the suggested availability, because right now I suggest times that are combined for all interviewers on a loop, and the candidate might only select times that work for one interviewer, not realizing that the availability might only satisfy one interviewer.

It would also be nice to restrict availability entered to the timing of the interview (so they can't enter just 30 minutes if the interview time is listed as 45 minutes). DocuSign integration would be great as well. I also wish I could get reminders from Greenhouse about availability that I requested from a candidate that do not have a response for an allotted amount of time (i.e., you requested availability from Candidate A 3 days ago, but they have still not responded).

Another thing that would be great is being able to assign templates to specific stages of the search, as right now it always defaults to the initial interview and I need to remember to manually change it, sometimes forgetting and confusing the candidate.

Tokens:
One big thing missing from the tokens is adding the interviewer's job title, so in the confirmation email it lists the interviewer's name along with their job title.

For the external invite, it would be ideal if we could customize this so that either in the subject of body of the email, it says the org the interview is with, the interviewer(s) names (particularly handy for loops, where they might have 2+ interviews, it would make it easier for the candidate to know by looking at the calendar who they are meeting with) and the job title.

Another small thing is separating the tokens so that it does not automatically add the long teams link to the email. It just doesn't look super clean, and they should have the link in their actual invite. Another option would be to hyperlink the teams link so instead of Meeting Link: https:// ..... it says "Join Meeting" with the link hyperlinked to look cleaner.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual availability collection is one of the biggest (saves so much time and many back and forth emails), and sending invites (before, we did these manually - one internal and one external, so with loops it would be 4-10 manual calendar invites!). The candidate docs are helpful so I don't have to attach these manually to every invite, along with the scorecard. I no longer have to create a Teams form for feedback, circulate that on the internal interviews, and track down interviewer's to submit and compile into an excel sheet.

 ### 11. Powerful, Scalable ATS for Structured, Data-Driven Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse is a powerful and thoughtfully designed applicant tracking system that truly shines when it comes to structured, scalable hiring. Its interview scorecards, hiring workflows, and reporting tools make it easy to run fair, consistent, and data-driven recruiting processes. The platform integrates smoothly with a wide range of HR tools, and its API and automation options are especially strong for growing or enterprise teams.

The user interface is clean and intuitive for recruiters and hiring managers, and Greenhouse does a great job promoting best practices in inclusive and collaborative hiring. Features like interview kits, structured feedback, and DE&I reporting help teams stay aligned and reduce bias. Overall, Greenhouse is an excellent choice for companies that take hiring seriously and want a robust, long-term ATS solution.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse can feel overly complex and rigid, especially for smaller teams or companies with simpler hiring needs. The setup and customization process is time-consuming, and many workflows feel locked into Greenhouse’s “approved” way of hiring, which can be frustrating if your team prefers flexibility. Common changes often require admin access or workarounds that slow things down.

The user experience for candidates and hiring managers can also feel clunky at times, with too many clicks and notifications. Reporting, while powerful, isn’t always intuitive and often requires significant configuration to get meaningful insights. On top of that, Greenhouse is expensive compared to many ATS alternatives, making it hard to justify for organizations that don’t fully use its advanced features.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse helps recruiters manage the full applicant lifecycle — from initial application to offer and onboarding — in a centralized system rather than spreadsheets or email threads. It keeps applicant data, statuses, and feedback all in one place to avoid chaos and information silos.

 ### 12. Robust Recruitment Tool with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendall S. | Research Associate, Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I love the reporting aspects in Greenhouse; I think they're fantastic, especially the ability to send them out easily. I love the automations throughout the entire program and platform. It's great that recruiting and Greenhouse are under the same umbrella, making it a quick switch between them. I also appreciate the ease of use and how quickly our end users can pick up on things. It allows us to reference back to any movement, find gaps, and address them efficiently. Quite frankly, we wouldn't be able to hire without it, and I consider it the best system on the market.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I'd love for the information to flow from the candidate's profile as well as the rec directly into the offer approval form, but it's a little bit tedious to have two tabs open in order to pull that information accurately. That would save our team a lot of time.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse ensures data integrity, facilitates collaboration, and prevents loss of documentation. It tracks EOC and automates sourcing and onboarding. It handles the entire recruitment process from posting positions to hiring efficiently.

 ### 13. Streamlined Hiring with Effortless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I appreciate the ease and clarity Greenhouse provides across regions, and the nice interface it offers for candidates. It's simple to navigate, and I really like the simplicity of posting roles and moving through the stages. The structured interviewing and seamless integrations are great features, and the candidate dashboards add a lot of value. Plus, the initial setup was easy!

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I'd like Greenhouse to increase the number of nudges it sends to hiring managers or interviewers when the process is going longer than the preferred internal timeline. If our internal timeline for all hires is two weeks and a particular process is extending beyond that, hiring managers should be nudged to ensure we are staying on track.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse for hiring talent globally. It offers ease of use, regional clarity, a nice candidate interface, and easy navigation. The simplicity of posting roles and structured interviewing, with seamless integrations and candidate dashboards, makes the process smooth.

 ### 14. Effortless Setup and Efficient Candidate Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raja B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I use Greenhouse for ATS. I find it easy to transfer candidate information to our HRIS system UKG. I really like how the design is easy to navigate and follow. The scheduling tools stand out for me because they allow me to schedule quickly and efficiently, which protects the candidate experience and lets me schedule more candidates at once. The initial setup of Greenhouse was also very easy. The team that helped us was amazing and made it simple, getting us set up on a timeline and letting us check off different points.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Updating an invite is bothersome. Often the Zoom link does not transfer over, causing confusion for interviewers and candidates. It would help if the Zoom link transferred over to Google Calendar and didn't generate a new link.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse streamlines candidate information transfer to our HRIS, UKG. I find the design easy to navigate, and the scheduling tools protect candidate experience by allowing efficient scheduling of more candidates at once.

 ### 15. Streamlined Interview Process with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa B. | Director of Field Enablement , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like Greenhouse for its ease of use. It's a hands-down, simple, easy platform that allows quick access to scorecards and helps me ensure I'm asking the same questions for the same individuals during interviews. It provides a great forum for typing notes and makes it easy to share notes with leadership and other individuals.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I would like a section where you can save commonly asked questions. So I could go and pull them down instead of having to go back to previous notes of other applicants.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse provides quick access to scorecards and resumes, ensuring I ask consistent questions. It also offers a great space for note-taking and easy sharing with leadership.

 ### 16. Greenhouse Review (Kidango Non-profit Recruitment)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Overall, this is a strong ATS platform for managing both external and internal candidates. The interface and overall user experience are clear, straightforward, and easy to navigate. I particularly appreciate the internal sourcing feature, which makes it simpler to identify and manage internal talent alongside external applicants.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

There have been UI and UX changes made without any communication. On top of that, our customer success manager rarely checks in with us, which leaves us feeling unsupported and out of the loop.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse helps centralize candidate information, manage end-to-end recruiting and tracking, oversee the offer process, and support scorecard management.

 ### 17. Structured Interviewing with Simple, Intuitive Navigation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like how it is centered around structured interviewing. I appreciate the simple navigation as well.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

It is catching up with adoption of AI tooling. They held the top spot for awhile and then Ashby came out and Greenhouse is playing catchup.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are becoming an all-in-one ATS where you do not need other tools such as a sourcing CRM tool, scheduling tool, and more. Previously, you would need separate tools.

 ### 18. Solid ATS With Lots of Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like how flexible Greenhouse is when it comes to setting up every aspect, whether it be permissions or job-based.
The interface is generally easy enough to navigate that most new hiring managers need minimal training to get started.
The Greenhouse team is very helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help with any issues and suggest solutions.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The email relay they use has issues with ending up in spam and junk folders, this can be remedied but it does crop up again from time to time. It would seem something they should be working to fix given their competitors use a different system to prevent this.
It would benefit from a view as a feature so that you can easily see permission-level views, instead of needing to create an account to do so.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more organized hiring process.
Easily accessible records and reports to provide hiring insights and make various HR functions including submitting government documents easier

 ### 19. Efficient for Recruiting, Needs Better Dashboard Functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa I.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like that Greenhouse is easy to use and the fast customer support via live chat is impressive. I enjoy the job wrapping feature, particularly how well it works with LinkedIn and other job boards. The stage automation is another great feature as it speeds up our process significantly, moving pipeline communications and case studies along faster with less manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Dashboards and reporting are not 100% reliable. Dashboards require a lot of filtering to get to the view you actually wanna work on or share with other stakeholders. We cannot use it to track KPIs as there's still limitations in what we can actually add as a widget for custom reports.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse for pipeline tracking, job boards, and approvals tracking. It's easy to use with fast customer support and features like stage automation that speed up processes. Job wrapping works well with LinkedIn.

 ### 20. User-Friendly, Easy Candidate Filtering, and Helpful AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I love how user friendly it is and how I can see everything so easily. I love how I can also filter out candidates. The AI feature is also very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I wish there was an easier way to source or see how a candidates resume compares using a build in AI agent.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me stay organized by creating a dashboard of all my reqs.

 ### 21. Streamlined Recruiting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie W. | Front office team leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like Greenhouse for its simplicity. The scheduling feature is easy, and I really like the scorecard feature as well. The integrations are also great. These features help recruiters and managers know where they are in the process, understand the expectations, and make the whole process easier.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse is a little more expensive than other options, can feel process heavy at times, and there's definitely a learning curve to learning the system.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse streamlines the approval process, documents changes for future reference, and its scheduling and scorecard features help recruiters and managers track the process and expectations, making things easier.

 ### 22. Streamlines Hiring with Customizable Pipelines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tetiana M. | Recruitment Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like being able to easily customize the pipeline and the process for each role I'm working with in Greenhouse. It's really helpful to ensure that everything stays consistent and that each hiring management team is satisfied with the flow, the pipeline, and the process itself. Also, the team from Greenhouse was really helpful during the initial setup, which made the process enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Sometimes it shows potential duplicate warnings for irrelevant situations. We have people with the same name but with different phone numbers or emails, and the system still thinks it's a duplicate.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse saves all candidate information, aligning hiring management teams and ensuring a consistent flow in the pipeline. I can easily customize the pipeline and process for each role, which keeps everything consistent and satisfies the hiring teams.

 ### 23. Straightforward, Easy-to-Use UI That Keeps Hiring Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like that it's straightforward, and the UI is easy to use for the most part.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I think there are a lot of opportunities to incorporate more AI into the experience, particularly with screening resumes and being able to filter resumes based on application questions.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to effectively get a role out to the job market and be able to navigate potential talent easily - which is the crux of the work that I do for my team and company.

 ### 24. User-Friendly ATS with Room for Streamlining

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like how user-friendly Greenhouse is. It facilitates our hiring process and helps manage our pipeline for open roles effectively. I value the ability to manage candidates in each stage and track interviews efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The platform is user friendly but it can be quite cumbersome to set up an interview process. Scorecards can be a bit clunky as well. If you rate an attribute you are required to leave notes when sometimes you have notes already in another part of the scorecard. it can be a bit repetitive and unnecessary.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to facilitate our hiring process, managing our pipeline for open roles. It's user-friendly and lets us manage candidates in each stage and track interviews effectively.

 ### 25. Highly Customizable and Robust ATS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam Y. | People Technology Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I appreciate Greenhouse for its customizability and the robustness of the system. I love the ability to customize our requisition forms and candidate intake details. It integrates well with other platforms and HRIS systems, which I find invaluable. Overall, I think it's an excellent platform that performs well for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The ability to have individual requisition forms, right now if you have one req, it's the same template for all req forms. I wish you could individualize each req form, so they can be specific to each employment type (Agency Contractors, Full-time etc)

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse allows us to manage all our incoming candidates and job requisitions. The system's customizability and robustness, along with its integration with other platforms and HRIS systems, enhance our recruitment processes.

 ### 26. Modern and Intuitive Solution for Recruiting & Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the look and feel of Greenhouse; it has a very modern look to the system, especially the user interface for applicants and new hires. It's quick to learn, and it's easy and intuitive to complete the fields and the e-signature forms.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The system allows you to configure the tools but does not allow for very much customization. We had to re-work our process to fit the Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding set up. The Greenhouse Recruiting side was more difficult and complex.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse solves consistency and compliance issues and ensures data accuracy. I find it easy to use with a modern, intuitive interface that's quick to learn, making recruiting and onboarding straightforward.

 ### 27. Efficient Recruiting Tool with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like Greenhouse because its design is simple and easy to use. It's well integrated with LinkedIn and other job boards, which makes the process smoother. I also appreciate the new talent matching search engine that can filter the best candidates for us, along with the new fraud detection system. These features save me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

A more detailed candidate filter system maybe

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse for managing candidate applications and the interview process. It saves me a lot of time with its simple design, easy integration with LinkedIn, talent matching search engine, and fraud detection system.

 ### 28. Eases Hiring Processes with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha W. | Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like how easy it is to integrate different apps on Greenhouse, such as Google Calendar, DocuSign, and Assure Hire, which helps streamline the offer process and scheduling interviews for different candidates in different jobs. I also find the support helpful when issues arise. The initial setup of Greenhouse was pretty easy, and we've had no problems with it so far.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Sometimes creating user permissions can be a little bit difficult. I think having one admin being able to edit the site admin's permissions would make it a little bit easier than sending in a ticket to Greenhouse.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 29. Effortless Hiring with Robust Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny J.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like that Greenhouse offers robust APIs that integrate well with our tech stack, making it easy to automate workflows and pull hiring data. The APIs also allow us to report metrics to leadership and seamlessly integrate with Workday, our system of record. I appreciate that we can centrally pull all of the Greenhouse data into Snowflake for intelligent reporting and insights. Additionally, the initial setup was made easy by the tech team assigned to us, with pre-built templates and a proper structure around setup and migration.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I think it would be great if Greenhouse had an agent to provide insights as an out of the box capability. That way, we wouldn't need all the engineering effort around building pipelines and dashboards.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse provides a platform to host our career site, manage candidates through the hiring pipeline, and offers robust APIs for seamless integration and intelligent reporting.

 ### 30. Efficient Candidate Management, Cumbersome Settings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the customizable scorecards in Greenhouse, which help preload all of our interview questions. This feature ensures we hit the right questions during the interview process. The initial setup of Greenhouse was also pretty easy from what I remember.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

So the settings are a bit cumbersome, and it can take a while to find the exact option you're looking for. I would put more features behind an advanced toggle or somehow highlight the most commonly used settings.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to handle many applications efficiently, filtering through them to find the right candidate. It streamlines interviewing by tracking scorecards and moving candidates through the process.

 ### 31. A Reliable and Easy-to-Use ATS for End-to-End Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivananda G. | Talent Acquisition Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse is very intuitive and easy to operate as an ATS. I really like the end-to-end workflow from requisition creation, approvals, and candidate applications to sourcing and managing interviews. It’s seamless to export candidate profiles directly from LinkedIn into Greenhouse, and the offer process is simple and efficient. I also appreciate the flexibility to customize or add fields based on regional requirements, and the dashboard provides clear, actionable data for quick insights.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I see an opportunity to improve the search functionality so it can retrieve more relevant candidate results from the entire database. Enhancing keyword matching and filtering would make it even more effective for recruiters handling large volumes of profiles.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse helps reduce duplication of candidate profiles and streamlines the entire hiring process. The automation in offer generation, especially with customizable component fields, saves significant time and minimizes manual errors. Overall, it’s made recruiting faster, more accurate, and easier to manage at scale.

 ### 32. Intuitive ATS with Great Integration and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I find Greenhouse incredibly user-friendly, which stands out compared to other similar software like Workday and Taleo. Its intuitive interface significantly reduces the ramp-up time for our TA team, making onboarding much quicker and more seamless. I appreciate the excellent support team, consisting of chat and assigned customer success managers, who are consistently responsive to immediate concerns. The product team is impressive, constantly iterating and rolling out new features that enhance the usability of Greenhouse for talent acquisition teams. Moreover, Greenhouse integrates effectively with other platforms within our tech stack, such as Calendly, BrightHire, and UKG, which streamlines various processes such as scheduling and interview management. Overall, Greenhouse makes the application process easy for candidates and simplifies our recruiting efforts across the organization.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Some features are not currently built into Greenhouse. I want a feature that allows copying permissions from one user to another, which would streamline the process of managing user roles. Additionally, the lack of capability to revise referral links and the limited fields available for API connections are constraints that need attention. The integration with Calendly could be enhanced to allow scheduling directly from the candidate view instead of just the candidate pipeline view. Also, the filters in the candidate search/application review section need to be more effective, which would improve the overall recruitment workflow.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse for easy candidate application processes, seamless integrations with platforms, and it provides an intuitive user interface for quicker team ramp-up. The platform's support is responsive, and continuous improvements by the product team enhance its value.

 ### 33. Greenhouse is a powerful ATS, it excels in flexibility, collaboration & data-driven decision-making.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

User-Friendly Interface: Greenhouse boasts an intuitive interface that is easy to navigate, making it accessible for both HR teams and hiring managers. The dashboard provides a clear overview of the recruitment pipeline, which enhances visibility and management.

Customizable Workflows: One of Greenhouse’s standout features is its customizable workflows. Organizations can tailor their hiring processes to fit specific needs, allowing for various stages of interviews and assessments. This flexibility can significantly improve candidate experience and collaboration among team members.

Collaboration Tools: The platform encourages collaboration among hiring teams through features like shared notes, feedback forms, and interview scorecards. This functionality promotes a more cohesive hiring process and ensures that all team members are aligned on candidate evaluations.

Integrations: Greenhouse integrates seamlessly with a variety of HR tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms, which helps streamline the recruitment process further. This connectivity is a significant advantage for organizations looking to build an efficient tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The reporting capabilities could be more advanced, especially for detailed or custom metrics. The mobile app needs to be improved. It offers very little functionality. It's hard to navigate and the usability is very limited.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks, Greenhouse helps reduce time-to-hire, making the recruitment process more efficient.

 ### 34. Greenhouse is my top ATS choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica L. | Global Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse has become an indispensable part of our tech stack. Even as a small team with a heavy workload, we’re able to move fast and perform at a high level - thanks in large part to tools like Greenhouse that support our agility and impact as a Talent Acquisition team.

It’s a powerhouse (in the best way). The platform is flexible and packed with functionality, so whenever we run into a challenge or want to try something new, there’s almost always a way to make it happen within Greenhouse. It’s definitely built for teams that move fast and need systems that can keep up.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

We’ve identified a few areas where Greenhouse could be fine-tuned to better align with our specific business needs. These aren’t major platform issues - more so nuanced use cases that, if addressed, would help us get even more value from an already strong system.

While we don’t have an ongoing need or the bandwidth to regularly engage with the advanced support options Greenhouse offers, we would really benefit from a deeper system review 2-3x per year. These periodic check-ins would help us optimize our setup and ensure we’re staying current with new features and platform improvements.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re excited about the new scheduling features and would love to see even more nuanced options. The AI scorecard tool has been a game changer - great at turning shorthand into clear feedback. Pipeline visuals keep us on track across roles, and more automation to keep candidates warm in earlier stages would be a big win. Greenhouse supports nearly our entire recruiting process - we’re constantly finding new ways to get value from it. We take a high-touch approach with candidates, so we’re selective about automation, but we’re all for anything that reduces manual overhead. Greenhouse powers nearly our entire recruiting process, and we’re always finding new ways to get value from it.

 ### 35. Powerful Integrations and Automation That Streamline Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Talent Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I love the many different integrations it offers with other software as well as the automation

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

It is a bit tricky to learn the system if you are new, but that being said, nothing a quick demo cant fix

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Greenhouse our metrics and data were almost nonexistent, now we have comprehensive data points which is easily accessible. Reporting is a breeze and identifying blockers is done in a matter of seconds

 ### 36. Efficient Recruitment with Stellar AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the AI functionalities in Greenhouse as they help support efficiency in recruitment. The product is constantly updated in both its UI and features, which is great. It's clean, easy to use, and makes our job easier. The AI also aids in creating candidate questions for interview kits and summarizing notes and scorecards for candidate feedback.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

One thing that specifically stands out to me is being able to copy and paste multiple interview questions into an interview kit. It is now done manually, one by one question. I also believe there should be a way to export interview kits/questions from previous jobs so that you're able to export and bulk paste them into a new job.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse allows us to manage candidates from end to end in the recruitment cycle. It helps with scheduling, managing offers, building reports, and candidate communication. AI functionalities enhance efficiency by creating interview questions and summarizing feedback, making it easy to use and improving our workflow.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse offers a robust structured hiring framework with an extensive integration ecosystem that streamlines recruitment. While the implementation requires a dedicated setup, the high frequency of use is supported by reliable customer support. Despite its complexity, the platform’s ease of use improves significantly once the initial learning curve is mastered.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The steep learning curve and complex UI make it difficult for occasional users to navigate without extensive training.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse solves hiring bias and process fragmentation by enforcing a structured, scorecard-based evaluation system. This benefits you by ensuring data-driven, objective decisions and a consistent candidate experience. Its automated workflows and deep integrations eliminate manual admin tasks, significantly reducing time-to-hire. Ultimately, it provides the actionable analytics needed to optimize your recruitment pipeline and secure higher-quality talen

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh A. | Director, HRBP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Application process is straight forward for candidates. Clean UI. Stage transition is easy. Admin management is easy.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

Reporting and analytics need to be evolved.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring at scale but with high quality. And the organization for structured interviews.

 ### 39. User friendly with all the right integrations in place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Being able to access all candidates at one place regardless of their source.
Scheduling becomes super easy while keeping every stakeholder in the loop and being able to see their calendar, including the hiring managers, interviewers.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The formatting for the invites or emails is time taking. Copied text easily loses the formatting when inputted into the ATS.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in accessing all the applications in one place. We usually post our roles to multiple job boards and the tracking link features makes it super easy to track the source of candidate application.

 ### 40. Intuitive, Well-Structured Hiring Workflow That Keeps Everyone Aligned

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

What I like most about Greenhouse is how intuitive and well-structured the platform is. It makes the hiring process clear and organized without feeling rigid, which helps both recruiters and candidates stay aligned. I also appreciate how easy it is to track each stage of the process and collaborate with different stakeholders, all in one place. Overall, it feels like a tool designed to support real workflows, not just enforce process.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

One thing I dislike is that some parts of the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for users who don’t work with the tool on a daily basis. There are also moments where certain actions require more clicks than expected, which can slow things down slightly. While nothing is a major blocker, there’s room to make some workflows more streamlined and user-friendly.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse helps solve the complexity of managing the full hiring process in a structured and transparent way. For our team, this means we can track candidates through every stage, maintain consistent communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It also centralizes feedback from different interviewers, making decision-making faster and more data-driven. The biggest benefit is that it reduces manual coordination and errors, allowing us to focus on evaluating talent rather than chasing spreadsheets or emails.

 ### 41. Greenhouse Streamlines from Recruiting to onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naincy S. | Assistant Manager- HR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Greenhouse is very good for the recruiters and I will specially recommend to those who run their consultancy and have alot of recruiters.
So recruiters this helps us to source a profile and to release a offer letter after that, it makes so smoother for all HRs who want to have their database with them so they don't need to call and shortlist again and again.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I won't say much about disliking this product but it should be more easy to use for new users as we had to give a lot of training to make them understand

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is beneficial for all HRs there as it solves our problem to make any sheet and we have our own database for recruitment

 ### 42. Easy Setup and Flexible Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilir H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I find Greenhouse easy to use and appreciate its flexibility. Coming from a dev team, I particularly value the integrations with our website, as it allows us to easily integrate job listings and application processes. The initial setup was very easy and understandable, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I find email templates hard to set up.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse for adding jobs and completing the whole hiring process. It integrates easily with our website for job listings and applications, making it easy to use and flexible.

 ### 43. Very Clear, Easy to Navigate, and Simple to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

Very clear and easy to navigate. Easy to learn and teach.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

My only criticism would be, still receiving emails about candidates that are not relevant to me and no one seems to know why

Greenhouse has helped move us from an out of date ATS to a modern one. Candidate profiles and all tools that come with are easy to navigate

 ### 44. Easy Interview Scheduling with Calendar Invites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

The most helpful tool for me in Greenhouse is the ability to share suggested interview times directly on the interviewer’s calendar.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

If we want to schedule a conversation after a candidate has accepted our offer, I wish we could still schedule it even though they’re marked as hired.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with syncing calendars, gathering scorecards, and automating forms for candidates to complete.

 ### 45. Customizable and Intuitive Recruiting Solution with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenden M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I use Greenhouse primarily for both external and internal recruiting. It helps us streamline our job postings and provides more access to the candidates we are searching for, along with reporting capabilities that go beyond typical expectations in an ATS. I love how customizable and intuitive it is. Despite our company's industry not being unique, the way we do business is, and Greenhouse allows us to create postings and add custom data that’s unique and important to us. Even out of the box, it gets new users up and running quickly, and they offer a simple way to add our own unique questions and workflows without over-complicating things. They also provide a very detailed step-by-step guide to help set up the account. I appreciate that support through a dedicated representative who reviews my setup weekly.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

There's only a couple things that come to mind. 1) There is a bit of a learning curve. Some of the features can be a bit confusing for people who aren't too familiar with the system yet. 2) Where there are a decent amount of customizable features, I could see some companies feeling limited who want to really have full control over every little feature/display, etc.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse streamlines our job postings, expands our candidate access, and offers advanced reporting capabilities.

 ### 46. Greenhouse Keeps Hiring Organized and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radulescu I. | Team Leader Recruitment Operations , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

What I like best about Greenhouse is how easy it makes my day-to-day work. From managing candidates to collecting feedback and tracking progress, everything feels organized and efficient. It allows me to focus more on candidate experience rather than manual processes.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

One thing I find challenging about Greenhouse is that some workflows can feel slightly rigid, especially when hiring processes need to be adapted quickly. While structure is a strength, more flexibility in certain stages would make it even more efficient.

If I had to point out something, I would say that reporting can sometimes require extra configuration to extract very specific insights. It’s powerful, but not always immediately intuitive for complex analytics.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse solves the problem of fragmented and unstructured hiring processes. By centralizing candidate data, communication and feedback in one platform.

 ### 47. Seamless Candidate Tracking, Needs Better CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra M. | Talent Acquisition Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the ease of use with Greenhouse. I've used other applicant tracking systems (ATSs) where the platform is clunky and doesn't flow with your process. Greenhouse isn't that way and makes it easy to customize to your company's process.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

The analytics of Greenhouse could be improved, but I know they are coming up with an upgrade to their analytics soon. I also think their CRM is not great. The campaigning feature is not good.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Greenhouse to keep track of all candidates in our interview process. It’s easy to use and can be customized to fit our company’s process, unlike other ATSs which can be clunky.

 ### 48. Great Organization, Needs Improved Scheduling

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I like the organization of how to set up a job in Greenhouse. I also like that my candidate pages are organized with sections like application, scorecard, and activity feed. It makes it a lot easier to follow along and find candidates' information or their current status in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I am not happy with how scheduling works in Greenhouse; it needs improvement. I wish there were options for selecting 'alternate' interviewers rather than 'and.' It would also be great to have templates for candidate calendar invites instead of generic ones with no customization. I am also disappointed that email templates don't allow bolding or changing fonts.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse organizes applicants, jobs, and interviewers, making candidate pages clear with applications, scorecards, and activity feeds. It simplifies following along and finding candidate information or status in the pipeline.

 ### 49. Effortless Hiring with User-Friendly Greenhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhoshana B. | Corporate Recruiter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

I find Greenhouse to be very user-friendly. I just started using it and it has been very easy to understand. If I get stuck somewhere, there are so many tools to help and guide me. Navigating my pipeline has been very easy, and I love that I can see everything so easily. It was very easy and straightforward to set up. Compared to Paylocity, where things weren't easy to see just at a snapshot, Greenhouse is much better.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

There is nothing I dislike about Greenhouse.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenhouse helps with the hiring timeline and is user-friendly. Navigating my pipeline is easy, and I can see everything clearly, unlike Paylocity.

 ### 50. Pipeline View Makes It Easy to See Every Candidate at a Glance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenhouse?**

The pipeline feature, I like that you can see everything laid out right in front of you. I like that you can easily see both your own candidates and everyone else's as well.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse?**

I feel like sometimes there are a lot of buttons that need to be pressed to get back to one spot. It's repetitive.

**What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate experience. I believe it is easy to use for both me, as the recruiter, as well as the candidates that are booking through Greenhouse. It also integrates well with Metaview.
