Web-based platform with a user-friendly interface allows the user access to a variety of features like unlimited folders and subfolders, universal content search, Solr OCR/text search inside an image, document versioning and restoration, granular access control and advanced document control feature.

Adopt a fast and powerful way to locate content and metadata. The document search engine provides an OCR search and an advanced document search on all attributes, making the process considerably effective and time-efficient.

Get audit and activity log of every action. A file and folder level audit trail is available. With this tracking who does what can be retrieved and exported for compliance and system monitoring.

Versioning of documents lets you maintain multiple copies of a document and keep track of every version made and notifies every user in the loop of the most up-to-date version.

Users can capture, view, retrieve, share and edit the document. Sharing with individuals and user groups. You can do a page-level sharing, split a document or merge two different documents in one, add comments and other additional information.

Documents can be tracked through a workflow. You can initiate a document first or a form first workflow. Workflow routing can be linear or parallel. After the final approval, a document can automatically be saved in the defined folder.

What do you like best about Discuss Greenbox?

It works really well and can be used for both personal and professional purpose as it is easy to use. It can store all types of files an can be shared easily which provides reliablity with file encryption. It make implementation of files backup simple and also its file explorer is well integrated. What do you dislike about Discuss Greenbox?

It's auto back-up does not work sometimes and I have to manually start it other than that there is nothing to dislike and is really good alternative cloud solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Discuss Greenbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

It make collabration easy and make documents accessible to everyone and has great sync capabilites. It also keeps files secure with its advanced encryption which is really reliable and offers peasce of mind. All of our team work remotely and it helps in sharing documents among them. In SAP inbuilt ‘Gos Attachment’ feature it stores the attachment while using Various transactions.

While attaching this document and storing into SAP memory it consumes more Space.

To Overcome this Space issue we have developed Green Box functionality and applied into few
