I’ve known Adam since the very beginning of Great Recruiters, and it’s been incredible to watch what started as a smart idea turn into a platform that’s genuinely changing how our industry thinks about candidate experience.

What I appreciate most is that this isn’t just a “check-the-box” review tool. GreatRecruiters creates real visibility into the recruiter experience and holds teams accountable in a way that actually drives better behavior, not just better optics.

From a marketing lens, it’s a game-changer. Authentic feedback is one of the most powerful assets you can have, and GreatRecruiters makes it easy to capture, showcase, and learn from it. It strengthens your brand while also giving you clear direction on where to improve.

Adam and the team truly get this industry, and that’s the difference. This is a platform built by people who understand the nuance, not just the process.

I would like Great Recruiters to have more integrations so it is one less thing I have to manually login to and manage, but it's not a deal breaker.

I like that I can see real-life reviews through Great Recruiters. It makes it simple to send out requests to employees, saving me time from having to write or send messages manually for a review. It's nice to have Great Recruiters automatically send the messages, or I can simply add their information to send them myself. I love that I can track how far along I've come since I started. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

Great Recruiters scores off smiley faces than numbers. So sometimes people completing don't know that and might grade a little lower than they mean to. Because they have great experiences but the score doesn't always reflect it.

**What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great Recruiters allows me to get real feedback from employees or clients, helping me see areas for improvement. It simplifies requesting reviews by automatically sending messages, saving time and effort. It also lets me track my progress over time.

I use Great Recruiters to strengthen relationships with our clinicians and ensure high customer satisfaction. The platform provides a safe space for clinicians to give feedback, which boosts confidence and morale among recruiters when they receive top scores. I enjoy the fun aspects of reading reviews on my team of recruiters and watching our recruiter and company scores elevate every day. This has helped take pressure off the leadership team because instead of wondering if our customer base is happy, we can see it very easily over time. The initial setup of Great Recruiters was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

I think the app could have a better user experience with sort and filter features. There's no search tab to look for someone, and it doesn't save searches when you're on them. If you pull something up and try to go back, often the search is gone and it resets back to no filters.

I use Great Recruiters to strengthen clinician relationships and boost customer satisfaction. It provides a safe space for clinician feedback, increases recruiter confidence and morale, and eases leadership pressure by visibly tracking customer happiness over time.

I love how easy it is to use, how quickly reviews come in, and the credibility it adds to my conversations with new travelers. It’s not just a tool—it’s a competitive advantage.

The verification process for reviews can be a bit frustrating—for both recruiters and travelers. Even when someone leaves a great review, it doesn’t always count unless it’s verified or submitted through a specific link. This can be confusing, especially for clinicians who genuinely want to support their recruiter but don’t understand why their review isn’t showing up or helping with certification progress. Streamlining or simplifying that process would make a big difference in overall experience and engagement.

Great Recruiters solves the problem of transparency and trust in the staffing industry. It gives clinicians a real voice to share their experiences and gives recruiters like me real-time insight into how we’re doing. It’s helped me build credibility with new travelers, strengthened retention with current ones, and made it easier to stand out in a competitive market. It also helps leadership identify top performers and coaching opportunities across the team.

**What do you like best about Great Recruiters?**

This platform has taken my referrals to a next level.  The review process is not forced and I find the feedback to be more genuine overall.  Randomly having a 5 star review hit your inbox can change the entire outlook of your day.  It's empowering for the sales team overall,  we celebrate the tops reviews and use the lower reviews for continual training/education.  

I spent 10 years at a large company that did not use any software for reviews/referrals, outside of verbally asking candidates for feedback.  In two years working at a very small company who used Great Recruiters- my referrals more than doubled. Highly recommended

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

My peers know I'm often critical of most things or constantly looking to improve something.  I can honestly say, this is the first thing I have used in a 15 year recruiting career that I can't find a single thing I would change. 

The entire process is simple,  all the analytics are easily trackable on the dashboards, and it leads to referrals in a more organic way.

Before using Great Recruiters- I had no way of tracking my reviews and my referrals were more forced.

My love language is words of affirmation, so reading the impact contractors feel like you've made on them personally or their experience with our agency is so rewarding.

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

I wish there was more integration with our ATS and automated requests to review you as the recruiter were automated at certain stages of the recruitment process to start getting that feedback so we can real-time understand how we're impacting their experience. I also wish their was an Account Management/Program Management version as I build a lot of relationships with candidates on my contracts/accounts, but may not directly be their recruiter.

I wouldn't say it's solving any problems in particular, but rather helping our experienced and tenured recruitment team gain credibility in the industry they are working.

I like how candidates can give honest feedback and share their experience. Also like that auto emails are sent out asking candidates to take the survey and there is an option to resend/reminder/ask again to take the survey if they didn't already.

The candidate can give unsolicited honest feedback. I've had a few reviews of negative feedback that had nothing to do with my fault or a situation I was not involved with, but I got a negative score and then other people can see that. I know this has nothing to with Great Recruiters, but at times this can be frustrating.

Great Recruiters is a valuable tool, but the timing of its review requests could be improved. Asking for feedback immediately after presenting a client can lead to inaccurate reviews, as the recruiter hasn’t had a chance to build a relationship yet. Reviews should be based on actual working experiences rather than first impressions.

Additionally, when a candidate is transferred to a new recruiter due to staff changes, they may already feel frustrated about the transition. Requesting a review too soon in these cases can result in feedback that doesn’t reflect the new recruiter’s efforts or professionalism. Adjusting the timing of review requests—so they come after a meaningful engagement—would lead to more accurate and constructive feedback for both recruiters and clients

Great Recruiters is very helpful in catching feedback in real time from candidates. I enjoy being able to hear about their experience and using that feedback to improve my process. Additionally, I like that it provides candidates a space to provide referrals, so that we can continue to help others in their search.

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

I enjoy the platform however I've found that when a review goes over a certain character limit, it tends to cut off in the graphic and doesn't show the whole review when you choose to post to social media. I wish there was an option to decrease the size of the review so that all of it fits.

**What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great Recruiters is helping our organization receive feedback on how we're doing as recruiters and allowing candidates to have a platform to tell us what they think about the process. It has benefitted me by providing constructive feedback that helps to improve my process. The feedback I used to hear the most is about follow-up, so in turn I have been making a note to follow up with all candidates I have submitted for positions by the end of the week even if I do not have an update. I find that people appreciate hearing back even if it isn't much information.

The ease of collecting the feedback has made this integration so easy for the team.

We have not found anything we dislike at this time! Maybe a little more customization here and there but that's typical with any tool.

I love Great Recruiter's ability to auto-generate reviews. I also love the recruiter page that gives candidates an idea of who their recruiter is, and other experiences that recruiter has provided.

Most of the challenges I've run into are more relative to using the system on our end, not necessarily the platform itself.

A huge plus, is that the start up & website is super easy to navigate & very user friendly!

What I appreciate most is how easy it is for nurses to leave feedback after their assignments. Great Recruiters has been a great tool as a recruiter to have. It not only provides a platform for candidates to share there experience working with me, but also holds me accountable as a recruiter to create the best experience for my candidates. I like the metrics side of it as well and the competitive edge it provides as a recruiter too! The platform itself has been extremely user friendly and I can't think of anything I would necessarily change on it!

**What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?**

Like I mentioned, the accountability piece is so helpful. Of course, the downsize in recruiting, is even when a situation is completely out of my hands as a recruiter, the candidate can take that frustration out on a review. The only downside to it, is having a couple reviews out there representing myself and our team in a situation out of our control. It's part of the business and still so helpful to receive that feedback!

I think people can naturally have a hesitancy to using a recruiter from an agency if they haven't previously or have had a negative experience. Great Recruiters allows candidates to see for themselves feedback from many others who have worked with me in their job search and I am able to build that trust to continue to provide a positive candidate experience.

One of the many things I like about GR is the seamless integration with our ATS.  Once it's set--up (which is pretty easy), we just go about our daily lives, and GR is sending out review requests, bringing us reviews and referrals along with them, and collecting/updating our statistics and dashboards.   It's easy and very valued by our recruiters, who enjoy working hard to get those 5-star reviews!   The software is very stable, and GR's support has always been terrific.

At first, some recruiters are a little intimidated about having a review.  but once they get some good ones, they're hooked!

Within minutes, my recruiters were getting quality feedback!  This is completely different than a manager saying what needs to improve.  The candidates have a delicate approach and provide specifics to get better (at the desk-level), which is great!  The team...Adam, Laura, and David are all top-notch to work with as well and the implementation is extremely easy!  Within a week, we had hundreds of reviews....and are even seeing our 3rd Party Reviews (Google, etc.) starting to drastically improve!  We are loving the product and can see it benefiting us for a while!  To add another benefit that I was skeptical about, we are seeing referrals sky-rocket!  They started coming in immediately, which in a tight-labor market (we are in the IT Staffing space), this has helped tremendously as well!

My only regret, is not implementing it sooner.

It was great being able to build a portfolio of reviews highlighting my performance so that I can utlilize that with customers to gain trust. Hearing any feedback that could help me improve where I may have been scored slightly under 5 is helpful for me to make adjustments to my recruiting process to ensure I am providing top notch service

My only downsides were when texting the link out the reviews come in unsolicited which then made it a 2 step process for my candidate b/c they had to go back into verify it.  The only other thing I saw was the referrals I have gotten from it have not been solid like the typical referrals I get directly from my candidates.
