The team is also very responsive to our needs, and they continue to add new features that enhance the product, including new partnerships and third-party integrations such as Descartes OCR for denied party screening and new bank and identity verification tools. **What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?** As with any new software rollout, there’s a learning curve. That isn’t a specific downside to Graphite; I think any new product of this type would come with a similar adjustment period. It's also great because different departments of the company have access to it at the same, which clearly improve collaboration (we look at the same tool, the same page, and that's great!) **What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?** One thing that could definitely be improved is the flexibility of the platform - for example, we're using it for big contracts as well as very small ones and some of my points of contact don't always understand why they have to share so much information just to be onboarded for a small payment for example. Another thing that can go with the above would maybe to improve the automated communication because our vendors may easily miss it or not trust this tool - for example in France, Graphite isn't really known and this process is often for the vendors. **What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall I think it's great to have a tool centralizing everything. We are now able to ask additional questions for compliance purposes, including workforce labor and data privacy questions.
