It also helps reduce mistakes, typos or wrong numbers, that can easily happen when copying info by hand, which often cause bigger problems down the line. Graip is extremely easy to use on an everyday basis. Even without much training or background, the interface feels user-friendly. It’s designed for everyday use, so you don’t need to be an expert to get through it quickly. It really decreases manual work. As for how it works with our system (S4), I don’t know all the technical details, but it’s integrated nicely. You just drag and drop the invoice file into Graip, and then it automatically pulls the info from the document and updates it in S/4. It only takes a few simple steps and some waiting time, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. In addition, it works well not only with English but also with Latvian, which eliminates the need for translation. Overall, it’s a solid tool that makes invoice uploading much easier and more accurate. My key like points: Easy in implementation A gamechanger for everyday uploading the documents, can invest this time in something more valuable. Decrease the number of mistakes **What do you dislike about Graip.AI?** Several times I met a problem where the system didn’t upload a file I dropped or stopped processing it midway. However, it’s not a major issue because you can simply reload the page and try again. Even if the progress resets, the system usually completes the upload within a few more minutes. **What problems is Graip.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves a lot of time and is quite effective at uploading invoice items automatically. Overall, it gives you time to prioritize the issues that need your attention, not to spend time on "monkey job". It significantly reduces the number of errors and typos, meaning fewer mistakes appear in the final system and less manual correction is needed. While some errors still occur, they are much fewer compared to manually entering all the information. Also, want to highlight that the tool is very easy to use and intuitive. It doesn’t take long to understand the key features and functions you’ll be working with. ### 5.
