gradar is a web-based, analytical job evaluation system which is easy to use, reasonably priced and available to both firms and independent compensation consultants.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

gradar is a non-proprietary job grading system which can be licensed and used without mandatory consulting support from its vendor. Hence independent compensation consultants may ask their clients to obtain a license and continue with their consulting services without 3rd party interference.
gradar.com uses cutting-edge technology to deliver a secure, user friendly interface and a number of useful features in never before seen quality. The application is Made in Germany, hosted in Germany and thus subject to highest data privacy standards.
