"Budget-Friendly Church Management with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Gracely?

I appreciate how easy the interface of Gracely is. I really didn’t need a whole lot of training coming from other software. It's very intuitive and easy to follow up. When I had a question regarding the giving portal, Socrates was really quick to respond and get me all the information I needed, so their customer service was phenomenal. Gracely has made managing giving, tracking, and communication with our church easy on a budget, which is a top priority for us. What do you dislike about Gracely?

I haven't found anything that doesn't work well. They do seem to have a church chat portal that I would love to see go live. I tried to activate it, but it didn't appear to work. That's something I would see as an extra value. Our church being able to chat regarding prayer requests and other things happening in the church would be a huge benefit.
