I loved the UI and simplicity of how a normal non-tech person can easily use it, and it uses gpt 4 which is known for good reasoning capability. The app can also understand voice, which is a big plus from my side, as I prefer speaking more than typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I a topic-based conversation when I ask something which is not related to the topic it answers weirdly and makes answer from itself does not provide any correct explanation, sort of hallucinates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software is incredibly user-friendly. I've encountered no difficulties during testing and it's good to have for customer support purposes, especially for small and starting companies. Its time-saving and easy to customize as your chat assistance bot and the pricing is acceptable for the value and they free account which is good for testing, which I frequently use for personal matters.
