But I believe they are aware and will make ammendments. **What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was dubious to begin with as I have tried almost every email marketing and communications software on AppSumo. I was not let down, the support so far are very communicative and helpful. I have found some small faults, and support has been very happy to assist and fix the issues. I have requested to have a new trigger added to the software to be able to have a date based trigger so that we can send emails to the client before their anniversary date. This would allow us continued communication with clients as well as not leave any money on the table for opportunities of continued work. So far no other email platform has this option enabled, so here is hoping GoZen Growth see an opportunity to go further than other platforms. All in all, I am very happy. Let's see if they add the date based trigger for sending emails before an anniversary/birthday date. :) ### 25. It has campaign and email marketing functionality as well as allows to segment contacts by different criteria. It also has sign-up forms. I will use it daily, as it is easy to implement and use. **What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?** It seems to be a but harder to integrate Microsoft emails. Support is responsive, but not immediate on a weekend. **What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending emails to prospects and customers after they gave permission to email them. And the cost benefit for us was excellent. We are using it for cold email outreach - we recently used to announce our new Podcast feature and the email tracking of opens and reads is very helpful. The sequencing of email campaigns is easy to set up and execute. We were using HubSpot and decided to switch to this platform based on its overall ease of use and its powerful features.
