What I like best about GoZen Content.ai is its ability to generate content quickly and efficiently. This tool saves me a lot of time when writing and provides many useful suggestions for my articles. One thing I am not satisfied with is that the output languages are quite limited. Currently, the tool does not support Vietnamese, which reduces its usability for content creators in the Vietnamese market. I can't say what Content.ai is the best AI-tool I've ever used, but it helps me a lot - no doubt. Thanks to ready-made templates I don't have to write my own prompts, just choose right one, provide details - and Content.ai do the rest. There are more than 50 templates. I do some SMM things on everyday basis, so my favorites templates related to Facebook/Google Ads.

Another great tool is "Blog Wizard" which helps to write a whole blog article step-by-step. Meta-tags, keywords, article structure - everything in just several clicks. And "Keyword Idea" can find right keywords with their difficulty score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a "Image Generator" tool, but image quality is poor. Despite using various variations of the prompt I was unable to obtain a satisfactory result. And there are to few settings for image generation. This section needs real upgrade, it's much ore comfortable to do text and image generations in one service.

Sometimes it's unclear where Content.ai stores generated data. I made some keyword researches and couldn't find them next day. Same happened with images - I didn't save them into a "collection" and they disappeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite the promising interface, the tool falls short in delivering actual blog post content. I bought it hoping it would help me create posts, but I only get suggestions on what to write about, not the content itself. This makes it less useful for someone who struggles with content creation. That's not to say features are lacking, there are many! But i like how you can use just a few, or it's your bag use them all! As with any new tool it takes some getting used to, but now it supports my workflow, helping me generate ideas and organise them making it a decent tool for my creative process. What I dislike is that it can sometimes produce repetitive results during ideation. From time to time I find myself needing to rephrase prompts which ends up taking more time. I especially liked the many use cases it can be used for. I use it to write social posts and blog posts. I even introduced it to my 78-year-old mother, who runs a Poshmark storefront. I was helping her to write product descriptions when I found Content.ai. While testing out the product description feature we were amazed at how easily the AI generates accurate product description with just the brand name and model. The ability to adjust the tone is a fantastic feature that lets us quickly tailor the descriptions perfectly to target different audiences perfectly. I began using Content.ai when it first came out. It was my intention to incorporate it into solo ventures. However, I was unable to add members to my team. That was a little frustrating. I reached out to customer support for a solution but although the support team was very responsive I was never able to resolve the issue. I really like their fair and honest pricing--it shines out against the competition. I really do enjoy the NLP features as well which helps with writing long-form SEO content. Getting a business integrated with GoZen is incredibly simple as well. Implementing it is pretty straight forward.

I also really enjoy how nice the customer support is to work with--all my questions have been answered pretty fast.
