What do you like best about goTom?

It is a platform that drives us to be able to have better Technological development in that one of the activities that we want to carry out and have monitored permanently has an excellent interface since it is unique in each of its services in the system and to be able to manage immediately each of what we plan without inconvenience. What do you dislike about goTom?

It is software with a great mechanism to handle, it is nice to work with Gotom because it is a protection tool for what we want to do, but I would like its cost to decrease in order to work more reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is goTom solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about goTom?

What I like about this, besides that it is easy to use, it has many features that I can use for my kind of work. It includes inventory, rating, trafficking, revenue reports which are fantastic because they do our job so much easier! I was delighted when we found out that this software exists. What do you dislike about goTom?

The service was good. I didn't have any nasty comments about it. Everything works well as of now. They improved a lot over the past year, I must say. It is an excellent improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about goTom?

It is an intuitive system and very easy to use, and in our case they have integration with our finance system which make the invoicing process much faster and with no mistakes. I really like too the order management feature because there we can have full control of our campaigns and if there is a change in an order or reservation we can do it with in a few clicks. What do you dislike about goTom?

I personally do not have much complaints about the system, it is a great improvement from what we had before, and we see how is helping our growing digital division. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is goTom solving and how is that benefiting you?

An "order Management" system, is a great step ahead from only having a CRM, there is a big difference because they understand and have implemented workflows and aspects of the digital advertising business that you know only if you have experience in the industry, a normal CRM doest not have all of this. They do include a CRM module where you can manage contacts, activities and task but it’s also a step ahead because it’s capable to handle commissions for media agencies (important for revenue reports).

Main benefits are the speed that we have, overview of our business, and and very specific reports that allow us to see every product or to evaluate the performance of our sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about goTom?

the structure of gotom is simple and easy to use, the gotom contains not only a booking system but also its own CRM, the task functions are very helpful and important for everyday, the statistics function is also an important component and very helpful, gotom is a complete solution tool, I can recommend the system to anyone who needs an order management system in digital business, through the statistics function in gotom I also learned some new applications and functions in Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the customer data is not clear, that means: you dont see more information like address when selecting in campaigns or in the customer search, the costs are relatively high, everything which one must have additionally in the tool one pays after expenditure, that is basically completely clear however nevertheless the costs for my opinion are for service which should be furnished high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about goTom?

goTom offers a simple, understandable architecture. It is extremely user-friendly and a campaign can be set up with just a few clicks.

goTom gives us the possibility to view all campaign information (forecasts, reports, statistics, programmatic deals and much more) in one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that can be judged badly. There is only potential for optimisation.

We were able to automate manual tasks with goTom and became more efficient in handling digital campaigns. Our biggest advantage is the automation of our campaign billing and the interface to our ad servers. What do you like best about goTom?

I like the fact, that I can register our campaigns clearly and always be reminded of the services. Like that everything happens at the right time snd nothing gets forgotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about goTom?

It's a bit of a hassle to get back to the dashboard. Most of the time I just open a new tab, but then I have so many tabs open. It would be easier to use if you simply get on the dashboard at any point without getting another tab open, because everything will be saved anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We regularly book placements on our website. I can now easily create these as campaigns, insert images and documents that belong to it and always know what's going on. Everyone in the team has access to it, which makes things a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
