What do you like best about Gorgias?

The most helpful thing about Gorgias is the smart macros that help you save time in a myriad of ways: shave off minutes with auto-tagging, etc. etc! The possibilities are endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

I think I would like to be able to save my preferred reporting in terms of statistics. It's all there, easy to access, but each month it take a lot of steps to get just the reports I need for the business. It'd be awesome if it was just there, saved for me. What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I love how easy Gorgias is to use. I love being able to have several email inboxes in one place. This is one of the best things about you. I haven't used a competitor to compare to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

The changing of the chat bot turn on the button's location. It added some extra steps in and we've had issues getting it turned off. We would like to see improvements with where that button is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Easy to use interface, navigation is quick with few bugs. Team easily adapted to the software quickly , the support has been great and really responsive to help guide you to a resolve or set up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Roadmap items seems slow to resolve and set up, regardless of hundreds of upvotes. An auto-merge would be really useful for my team to not have to merge tickets manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I haven't been using Gorgias for very long, but so far I find that it is very easy to jump into and very user friendly. I love that messages from different platforms can all come into it and be answered there (chat, email, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

The only thing that I find confusing is the timeline on open tickets. I get confused about which response is the most current. I am getting more familiar with the application and having less trouble, but at first that was a bit time consuming trying to figure out which was the most recent response by looking at the date and time on each interaction. What do you like best about Gorgias?

I love that there were in-depth explanations during training as well as lots of visuals to reference. I also love that you can go back and rewatch any trainings you feel you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, the only thing I disliked was the initial influx of tickets when we did the transfer from our previous provider to Gorgias. Other than that, everything else is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I found that Gorgias user experience was extremely easy to learn and found their customer service to be kind and patient with any questions I had. The design of the site was also very aesthetically pleasing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
