What do you like best about Gorgias?

Not only has Gorgias developed a platform that adds ease and efficiency into answering customer tickets, chats, and calls, but it has robust tracking, tagging, and reporting tools that allows my team to show the value we bring through customer support. What do you like best about Gorgias?

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I love that our CS team can use Gorgias for email, SMS and Voice communications. It keeps track of our communication in an easy to find manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Voice kept recordings for longer than 6 months and I wish Voice had an option to forward calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I love the fact it is easy to navigate. The macros are simple to use. It flows nicely between active emails and snoozed emails. I like being able to see email history as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

The only thing I dislike is the multiple "refresh to update" notifications I get throughout the day. It does not happen frequently but when it does it can happen too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I love how seamless it is to quickly resolve customer issues. I also love that I don't have to leave the platform to refund customers. Everything that I need is within Gorgias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been able to combine multiple communication channels into one place which helps to streamline our processes. I was able to shut down multiple platforms and apps as well. What do you like best about Gorgias?
