The side menu that categorizes the variations of tickets (DM, email, text, live chat, etc.) is extremely helpful to have it all displayed on one page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that some of the platforms had a corresponding look to how it looks to the customer. For example, live chats and texts look just as though you are receiving/replying via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gorgias is a very user-friendly, easy platform to do customer service. Our team is able to manage all our channels through Gorgias which makes it so much easier to keep track of all our interactions iwth our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that has been an issue lately, is the fact that they've been having a glitch where email addresses get disconnected from Gorgias so we have to stay on top of all of our integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gorgias has helped our team save time & resources by centralizing all of our customer interactions (email/phone/social) in one spot! Robust analytics give us all the data we need to back up critical support decisions. We've automated a lot of our work in a "human" way by leveraging their powerful customer sentiment/intent AI! The best part about this company is that they are extremely passionate about innovation and are constantly tweaking features/hosting regular Townhalls to get live feedback from users. 10 stars all the way! The only downside is that sometimes emails get filtered out by their spam detection rules, so it's always best practice to check your spam folder to make sure no customer request has slipped through the cracks! I understand this is a work in progress and that the spam detection will get more sophisticated as more feedback is shared! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how responsive the team at Gorgias is. Whenever I have a question about the features or don't understand something about the tickets, I reach out to Help, and they are there with an answer right away. We previously used Zendesk for our customer support needs, and the experience with Gorgias has been top-notch. I can pull in more information about our customers from all channels and not just email. I dislike that setting up auto triggers is a bit manual and sometimes I have to play around with it a few times before I get the trigger I was hoping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
