Top Rated GoRetro Alternatives

We were looking for something to optimize our work, and my colleague suggested trying GoRetro. In the beginning I had my doubts since we were in "Storming" part of our teamwork, and our previous Retros were "intense". As a team, we decided to give it a go, and BAM. Everything clicked.
It's:
-easy to use
-functional
-instant use level - no learning curve
After that first Retro I ask my colleague - How much?
And he said free.
BAM x2
10/10, would recommend.
I think that we will implement it company wide (if it will go through security check at least) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. We have a security policy - either integration with AD or 2fa at least - It won't be used for any high level stuff
2. Some UI/UX tweaks would be nice, like info about merging card, number of votes available at the begging, info about multiple votes per one card per one peron, etc.
3. It would be nice to have some functionality and report like - list of tasks to address topics from retro (after voting) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great tool for my team to do Retros! The features are very useful like being able to limit number of votes, sorting cards by votes, and attaching "actions" to cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it was easier to share boards outside of teams, I don't think it's super intuitive. I also don't think the user experience for the left menu pane is well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoRetro.ai is a tool that is designed to help Agile teams to conduct retrospective meetings more efficiently. It allows teams to reflect on their work process, identify areas for improvement, and plan for future iterations. This can help teams to continuously improve their workflow and become more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few points which you can consider as a disadvantage of this tool -
* Some users might find it challenging to use the tool if they are not familiar with Agile methodologies or retrospective meetings.
* This tool may be less useful for teams that do not follow Agile methodologies. Additionally, the tool may not be suitable for all types of projects or teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team and I use GoRetro for team retrospectives at the end of each sprint. It allows writing feedback anonymously, commenting on the cards, "likes" and even gifs for a touch of humor. It does its job perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to say in terms of negative feedback. A small thing to be improved is that infinite "likes" are allowed per person for one specific card. This is just a minor improvement to be made, though, nothing bad, really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoRetro is a very to-the-point tool to manage retrospectives. We've configured it once (quickly) to suit our needs and never stopped using it. Over time we've seen the product grow and improve, and it was easy to reach out if we had issues or suggestions. The team often responds quickly with actual code changes, which gives us a lot of confidence in the product's reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Usability can be improved a little as sometimes functionality is hidden, and it's not easy for everyone to find a function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is clean and simple to use. The concepts map perfectly well to normal retro processes with the ability to customize just enough to fit everyone's needs. The interface offers a column approach where people can vote, comment and transform items into actionable items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The board, when you have too many items to display can get tedious to manage with long columns. There is a timeboxing option but it is completely manual and not bound to individual items but it's not that bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoRetro looks friendly and modern, it has all the tools and properties you would expect from any Retrospective tool and more, like the optional ice breaker activity at the beginning that worked in bringing us in the right mood Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most prominent dislikes we had with the tool was the cards grouping during the discussion phase, which were not ordered by most votes by default (although that could be done easily with the filter) but we seemed forced to stay in their respective columns, making it hard to find the cards to talk about first, having to skim through them all each time. The cards not being anonymous was also an annoyance as it felt it was influencing our votes, but I do not know if this could be fixed somehow and we just didn't spend time trying.
Finally, we didn't particularly like not knowing if someone was typing or how many votes anyone had left which forced us into external synchronization in the call chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is simple and easy to use. It has all the necessary features for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are not the things I dislike, but rather things I'd like to see in GoRetro.
I'd like to be able to download the list of action items in an excel format to copy and paste them into other sources (emails, confluence pages etc).
It would also be nice to have a possibility to compare Team Happiness Index of the previous retros with a current one in one table or window without the need to switch to the previous retro boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
