As others have said the connection process is awful. Once I connect to one pump, disconnect and try again I can't. Says it's paired shows it can see it but says at the top of the screen that nothings are connected. Makes my life a nightmare on site. Definitely not a network or phone issue as other apps download without a problem. App tries to connect to pump but closes as pump data download reaches 95%. Unable to access pump settings. Used to work but now crashes when data download is almost complete. Also disconnects from the dongle. Overall completely unreliable. Pity as it used to be a useful tool.
