It only has one calendar in Outlook for all my technicians' jobs.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

The automatic reminders sent to us and the customers is great. The fact of if the clients need to cancel and reschedule, they can do it themselves on this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing this app is lacking is to be able to add a second number, for like a spouse etc, to the reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also wanted to let you know (if you aren't already aware) that you can create Group appointments in GoReminders which would allow you to add two different people from the same household to an appointment so they're both updated! See the link for additional info on Group appointments and as always feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or additional feedback!

What do you like best about GoReminders?

That this can be customized to send out reminder messages to appointees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's no way of restructuring the layout of the time (vertically rather than horizontally) so that the full name of the appointees can be seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

This tool is very helpful when it comes to communicating with customers. We have had many fewer missed appointments. It gives us a professional look and helps us communicate with the staff that will be conducting the appointment. It's easy to use and it keeps us organized! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
