Don't waste your time using this thing. It takes hours to deliver, says it has the items and then come to find out it doesn't. The UI experience is terrible, along with the customer service. **What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not and I refuse to use it anymore and I had several friends who got poached from Uber to work here and they all left after telling me what a hot mess the company was internally. ### 4. There is less availability of fresh fruits and vegetables, and I would leave that to in person shopping. **What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I was dogsitting and didn't want to leave the dog alone to go grocery shopping, it was convenient to order snacks for a movie night on GoPuff! The prices for the food are mostly the same as directly in the supermarket. We need some food in the office - especially for fresh fruit this is a great service. We usually have to reach a minimum order value, which unfortunately keeps rising. **What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very pleasant to have fresh food (especially fruit) in the company. With this delivery service this is possible - we simply order online or via the app and get everything delivered on time. We do not need a direct supplier from the fruit shop to provide fresh fruit and food to our employees and customers. ### 21.
