I have used various platforms for Print on Demand (POD) over the last few years, and Gooten has been by far the easiest to figure out, and the quality of the products is better than any others I've tried. I am an artist and have attempted to use other services to help me sell my art on printed porducts. Printify and printful were the previous services that I used. Unfortunately, the quality control just was not there and my customers received misprinted items. Gooten has already demonstrated a commitment to quality control and good business practices that gives me peace of mind as i try to work on other areas of my business. I started using Gooten to expand my creative designs onto more products and create more variety in my shop. So far I have been very pleased at how easy it is to create a new product and get it listed to my shop page. Ordering is seamless, so far each order that has been placed in my online shop have been taken care of in a timely matter and with little to no manual action on my part. Wish there were more mock up photos for a lot of their products, mock ups are super important, and i have had to purchase mock ups from other vendors, yet it is hard to ensure they are just right with the actual product Gooten has. Also the hold time fo r approval on items ordered seems long and a few times i have stressed that the order would be late causing a dissatisfied customer. They are not the cheapest with certain items. Other services offer better prices in some cases, though you may need to have a monthly subscription to really take advantage of savings with Gootens competitors (so this negative, in a way, is a positive.
