I used Gooten for POD for about 6 months...

All of a sudden multiple orders were not being pushed properly to Gooten.

I contacted customer support several times to try to fix the issue.

Following their instructions now my entire store will not connect with Gooten. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed asking for help but their support team is slow to respond and doesn't have any explanations nor solutions. Avoid at all cost...or it might cost you business. For the most part my experience with Gooten was good. Easy to use, pretty straightforward interface. I didn't have to google how to do something. The products seem to be good quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I created some Soda Can Sip glasses with zodiac signs printed in white on the glasses. A) It's hard to tell where the design is going to print when having a front and back side as opposed to a pattern. Printify actually shows you a mockup with exactly what the print will look like. B) When uploading the files for personalization, because the design is white you can't see it on the page. So I'm hoping everything will be correct. I started an online business with a different platform before this one, and soon I had realized that I didn't like the other one and found this platform. I am so far, very happy with the products and overall the platform itself. It's pretty straightforward on the web page and for navigating through your products or orders. You can also sync gooten with your Etsy stores if you sell on Etsy and sync your products. You can also sync shopify and various other websites.

On top of it all, Gooten does not require you to have to pay for your orders before receiving the money from wn order from another marketplace (selling) platform. Instead the money sent from the customer is automatically sent to Gooten and the selling platform(fees) and you get the remaining. I find it much less stressful for me, which really helps with the work/home life balance. I have already been recommending Gooten to some people I know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I keep having to re save my mock up images, specifically for my marketplace platforms like on Etsy through gooten. Often I have to downsize on my mockups but the website keeps reuploading the ones I removed. Is there anyway to fix this?

While very helpful, the support I receive takes more time than I would like. What has taken me days to figure out, with the helpful support team via email, could have been resolved within minutes with a quick phone call. I recognize there may be timezone/geographic elements that contribute to the length of time it takes to resolve issues I think there has to be a better way. I would like my products to arrive to my customers with more of my brand either on labels or receipts in the packaging... something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to connect my Shopify store, and it Gooten seems to have high quality products, though I haven't ordered samples yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Connecting multiple products under different categories to the same product photo is tedious and challenging. So if I want to sell a print, and put the same artwork on a calendar, or even different kinds of prints, I have to create the first product in Gooten, add the variants in Shopify (which means going back and forth to grab the SKUs and manually add descriptions), then return to Gooten and individually sync every product. I still don't know if it worked.....

It would be SO much better if I could just add products all at once with the same media file, and have a one-click sync button to my Shopify.

2. The file upload size requirements are not listed on the upload page, so I had to go look them up, which isn't a huge deal, but it could be better.

However, when I uploaded the files according to the 6500px by 6500px recommendation, it still showed a low resolution error. (I've contacted support, but since they don't have online chat, it takes a long time to get any answers!)

3. The initial media upload is fine aside from the low-res error (still in works), but when I sync additional products, I have to manually rotate and resize ALL of them.

4. Gooten could highly improve with a solid AI chatbot. It's very frustrating to either search through endless articles or wait a day or two for a response to a support ticket! The articles are not very detailed or helpful, as I've already spent several hours trying to resolve the issues on my own.

I feel like most of these issues would be easy fixes, and would greatly improve user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I chose Gooten as my print on demand partner for my small Etsy store as they had really nice designs and had production facilities outside of the US. Given I am based in the UK, I was looking for closer production houses to lower shipping fees. It is easy to use and easy to make designs.

I contacted customer support to find a list of designs that are printed in the UK itself and received a speedy response within one business day.

It is very easy to integrate these products to your Etsy account - which made it easy as a beginner to start out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, they have a standard shipping fee on products which I only realised after making the designs. This shipping fee is really high especially if making low margin products. This has meant I have had to consider other suppliers with lower fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My client has been learning mid-journey and she created some awesome images for me. They were so good I decided to create a 2025 marketing calendar for my business. It was very easy to upload my designs and see the mock-up. I also liked that I can link my Etsy store to their site. The shipping time to my country is very long and the charges are charged as imports, doubling the value.

Unfortunately, the prices charged are not so affordable and this is a big problem when importing to Brazil. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to put my designs on various products, which I can then offer for sale on my Etsy Shop. The pricing is very good enabling me to be able to make a profit when selling to my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that there is no phone assistance. One can only reach customer service via email. But with that said, they are very quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be a lot of product offerings for us to sell, and the connection to Shopify was easy to manage. It was easy to get a number of products up and available for sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the UX is good but could be improved. I think the shipping on one of our products was a bit slower than I would expect and it wasn't very clear the timing of shipping for the products ordered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
