## Google Workspace Reviews
  ### 1. Google Workspace: Flawless Real-Time Collaboration and Easy Admin Console

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afzal M. | Operations Manager Crypto, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

As an Operations Manager, Google Workspace is the absolute backbone of our daily collaboration. The real-time co-authoring in Docs and Sheets is flawless for our globally distributed team. Additionally, administering user accounts, setting up email aliases, and provisioning access during new employee onboarding is incredibly straightforward through the Admin console

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Managing permissions and folder structures in Google Shared Drives can quickly become an administrative mess as the company scales. It is way too easy for files to get orphaned, lost, or duplicated if strict naming conventions aren't enforced. Also, Google Meet can sometimes feel a bit resource-heavy and clunky during massive, company-wide all-hands calls

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely solves the problem of siloed communication and version control. Instead of emailing document attachments back and forth, our entire remote team works out of single, live documents. This benefits us by ensuring everyone is always looking at the most up-to-date operational data, drastically speeding up our internal workflows and decision-making

  ### 2. Excellent Value Modern Workspace With Great Features and Availability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikael F. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It covers everything I need from a modern workspace solution to a reasonable price. It's easy to understand the model, and the functionality and availability has been excellent. Their AI features are good, some say best in class.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Most integrations work but the Microsoft Word compatibility is sometimes wonky. The video meeting service in Google Workspace, Meet, is also not considered best-in-class, so you might look unprofessional if the counterparty is expecting a Teams or Zoom link.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace lets me work together with colleagues in a frictionless way, regardless of if it's on documents, messages or video. With gemini always in the background it's easy to work in a structured and aligned way.

  ### 3. All-in-One Suite with Seamless Email, Calendar, Files, and Single Sign-On

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwin R. | Mortgage Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

An all-in-one suite where I can email, manage my calendar, and access the files I need for work, both on my personal computer and on my workstation. Having a single account authorization, so I don’t have to keep entering password after password, is really helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I guess if you’re on a Microsoft machine, it won’t integrate with the system that well and may perform worse.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped solve my calendar needs, and it’s easy to use. I also like the AI proofreading. It makes it easier to onboard more people because they’re already familiar with Google. The pricing works well for us too, since we can add individual users through the dashboard as needed.

  ### 4. The Gold Standard for Modern Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M.Afiq.F R. | Civil Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love how seamlessly everything is connected. Having my email, calendar, and cloud storage integrated into one ecosystem makes it easy to switch between tasks without breaking my flow. The search functionality across Drive and Gmail is also top-tier, which makes finding what I need fast and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The notification system can get overwhelming when you’re included in a lot of shared documents. It can also be hard to keep a cluttered Google Drive organized unless you follow a very strict naming convention for folders and files.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the challenge of keeping our team cohesive in a hybrid work environment. By offering a centralized, cloud-based hub for all our assets, it makes sure everyone has access to the same information at the same time, no matter their physical location or time zone.

  ### 5. Efficient Calendar Sharing with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerri S. | Cashier, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love how other people can see what I'm doing on the calendar feature and the sharing access. Using Google Workspace as my calendar helps me keep my activities organized and informs my house manager and staff about my schedule. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I find adding things such as GIFs to the calendar lacking.

**Recommendations to others considering Google Workspace:**

I reccomend looking at other products similar before settling on one specific piece of software. There are some good features to Google Meet. Take the time to decide on a product before settling!!! There are many products such as Zoom and Cisco Webex that also do similar capabilities!!!

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace as my calendar to organize activities, informing my house manager and staff. It helps me manage timing circumstances efficiently.

  ### 6. Intuitive, Affordable Suite with Seamless Integration and Powerful Gemini AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It’s intuitive and universally recognized. It includes all the office tools we need and works very well across all our systems. Everything integrates with it, and for the business suite we get what we need at a very affordable cost.

Support is practically non-existent, but because it’s so intuitive, it’s still fairly easy to figure out during onboarding. The AI tools make up for that shortcoming for the most part, and Gemini is a leader in AI, which makes it a powerful tool that can handle just about everything we need and, again, is highly recognized. We also haven’t had any instances of it being down or causing technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace is powerful, but the least helpful part is how fragmented and confusing the administration experience can feel—especially around Drive permissions, Shared Drives, file ownership, and user access. For a small business, it can take too much time just to confirm who owns what, what’s shared externally, and whether files are actually organized the way they should be. Overall, the product works well, but cleanup, migration, and long-term file governance don’t feel as intuitive as they could. Support and onboarding documentation could also be more practical for real business setups, rather than coming across as geared toward generic use cases.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace helps us centralize business files, communication, and collaboration for our small team. It gives us a single place to keep project documents, client files, drawings, photos, vendor information, and internal records, rather than having everything scattered across individual computers, emails, and personal drives.

The biggest benefit is that everyone can access the most current version of our information from the shop, the office, or the field, without needing to constantly resend files. Shared Drives, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive support our daily operations, project coordination, file organization, and administrative work. It also improves onboarding and continuity, since company information can stay with the business instead of being tied to one person’s device or inbox.

  ### 7. Streamlined Collaboration, Privacy Concerns Exist

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surafel T. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace for communication through emails, for storage with Google Drive, and for meetings with Google Meet. I use Google Calendar to schedule and manage my schedule, which is really helpful. The most prominent feature for me is the ability to work together with my teammates, with live editing especially in Google Spreadsheets. It's an amazing feature because it's essential for my project management work to coordinate across departments. This feature makes it easier to track projects since everyone can have access and edit at the same time. The setup was also extremely easy, it was essentially plug and play, which I found very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think the main drawback is the lack of privacy features and terms. It's hard, especially for my line of work in healthcare where privacy is a huge thing. So some work has to be done on other platforms.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to streamline communication via emails and manage schedules with Google Calendar. Live editing in Google Spreadsheets helps coordinate projects across teams, ensuring alignment and facilitating collaboration.

  ### 8. Cloud-Native Collaboration with Fast, Secure Search Across Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Akshay M. | Annotator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The best thing about Google Workplace is its cloud-native architecture, which makes real-time collaboration easy. I can search in the cloud for any keyword and find it across Gmail, Calendar, and other apps. Sharing files or information feels instant, with virtually no latency, and the security is also up to the mark.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

As Google workspace uses is on file formats when you import or export Office formats like Doc X or Excel format, everything caters when I have to work on something I need to open multiple tabs.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the Google workspace is hundred percent cloud waste, you can just create one link and add files to it and invite people to the link to share the data and everybody can work on the same thing and send the project. I like the feature which is 10 for me where Gemini can attend the meeting on your behalf when I am over Workd.

  ### 9. Straightforward, Consistent, and Seamlessly Integrated Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace is straightforward and, honestly, the best integrated workspace I know. I’ve used Google since I was a little kid, and now that I use it professionally and for education as well, it has stayed consistent. It’s never felt like they’ve made changes that are overly jarring or disruptive.

I regularly use Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gemini every day. Overall, the systems perform well, and I rarely run into issues or downtime, if ever. The pricing isn’t amazing, but it also isn’t terrible, and I’d say the ROI is definitely good.

I can’t really speak to support or onboarding since I haven’t had much experience with that. As for Gemini, they’ve done a solid job trying to integrate it into Gmail, and I do use the AI assistant when I’m drafting emails.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I don’t think the UI/UX is necessarily customizable enough, but that’s fine because it’s very clean overall. That said, I do feel like the integrations are a bit lacking. I’d like to see more pushed, explicit integrations and plugins with Gmail and Google Drive, but it doesn’t really seem like they want to give third-party plugins much attention.

Another big issue for me is support. Relying on forum boards for people who have questions feels like a lazy way to handle problems users might be running into. I understand that real customer support is unlocked through certain subscriptions, but in my opinion that’s not how it should work. I get that they’re a huge company, but that’s not an excuse or a cop-out for not offering real customer support for regular folks.

I also don’t love the pricing, especially with how things have been rolled out. They’ve started charging for things that feel essential, like storage and their AI models. I understand why they do it, but I’m still not a fan of the pricing. I’m lucky that I can get student pricing, but even then it’s not amazing. I think the essentials, including their AI models, should be free.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Google integrates its tools and creates an ecosystem within itself, having Google Drive alongside Gmail is a simple setup that makes everyday file management and sharing much easier. On the AI side, Gemini has helped me with projects where I needed AI assistance, which has been nice. I also understand it will keep improving, so I’m interested to see how it pans out over the next few years as AI continues to get better and better.

  ### 10. Effortless, Real-TimeWork Smarter, Stay Connected Collaboration in One Unified Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I appreciate most about Google Workspace is how effortlessly it brings everything together into one connected experience. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can collaborate, communicate, and manage work seamlessly within a single ecosystem. The real standout for me is how it keeps teams aligned in real time—whether it’s co-editing documents, sharing feedback instantly, or jumping into a meeting without friction. It creates a natural flow of work that feels less like using separate applications and more like working in one intelligent, unified environment.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One aspect I find less ideal about Google Workspace is that while the ecosystem is well integrated, some advanced features can feel a bit limited compared to more specialised tools, especially when handling complex data or large-scale workflows. Additionally, managing offline access or working with inconsistent internet connectivity can occasionally disrupt the otherwise smooth experience. A bit more depth and flexibility in certain applications would make it even more powerful for users with diverse or advanced needs.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the problem of disconnected tools by bringing communication, collaboration, and file management into one place. This helps me work faster, stay aligned with my team, and avoid confusion with real-time updates and shared access.

  ### 11. Streamlining Collaboration and Productivity Across Teams”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annarita D. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What stands out most about Google Workspace is how tightly integrated the ecosystem feels, with very little friction from one tool to the next.

Apps like Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar don’t come across as separate products stitched together; they function like one continuous workspace. I can move from an email thread straight into a shared Doc, edit in real time with other people, and trust that everything is automatically saved and easy to find in Drive—without having to think about file management.

Its biggest strength, for me, is collaboration. Having multiple people work in the same document or spreadsheet at the same time, along with comments, suggestions, and clear version history, makes teamwork feel transparent instead of chaotic. It also cuts down on the constant “which file is the latest version?” confusion that tends to happen with other setups.

I also appreciate that it’s browser-based and device-agnostic, so I can pick up work from anywhere without worrying about syncing issues or installing anything.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

A few things people commonly find frustrating about Google Workspace include performance and clutter. Apps like Gmail and Drive can start to feel heavy over time, especially with large accounts or lots of shared files, and the interfaces can become busy as more features get layered on top of each other.

Another issue is offline limitations. Offline mode exists, but it isn’t always seamless or as dependable as a fully local desktop workflow, particularly for more complex work in Sheets or Docs.

There’s also some rigidity in advanced use cases. For instance, Google Sheets is great for collaboration, but it can struggle compared to Excel when you’re dealing with very large datasets, complex modeling, or more advanced analytics.

Finally, organization can get messy at scale. Between Shared Drives, personal Drives, permissions, and links, things can quickly become confusing in larger organizations if there aren’t strong naming conventions and governance practices in place.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace mainly helps solve problems caused by fragmented communication, weak version control, and inefficient collaboration.

Before tools like this, teams often had files scattered across email threads, local folders, and multiple platforms. That made it easy to lose track of the “final” version, create duplicates, or redo work that someone had already completed. With Google Workspace, everything is centralized in Drive, which creates a clearer single source of truth for documents and files.

It also addresses real-time collaboration challenges. Instead of sending documents back and forth for edits, multiple people can work in Docs, Sheets, or Slides at the same time. This cuts down on delays and makes teamwork feel much more fluid. The built-in comments and suggestions also speed up feedback cycles and make changes easier to follow.

Another major issue it improves is coordination. Gmail, Calendar, Meet, and Chat are integrated, so scheduling meetings, joining calls, and following up on tasks can happen within one ecosystem rather than across disconnected tools.

For me personally, the biggest benefit is efficiency: I spend less time managing files and coordinating logistics, and more time actually doing the work. It also reduces friction when collaborating, because everyone stays aligned in the same workspace and can always see the latest version of everything.

  ### 13. Smooth experience for communication and teamwork

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace has been reliable for both personal use and collaborative work. Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Meet, and Calendar all work smoothly together, which makes my day-to-day workflow easier without needing a bunch of separate tools. The real-time collaboration in Docs and Sheets is probably the biggest advantage, since multiple people can work at the same time without the usual version confusion.

Getting started with Google Workspace was fairly straightforward since the interface is familiar and well documented. Most setup steps are guided properly, and there are plenty of help articles available when needed.

I also appreciate how accessible everything is across devices. Whether I’m on my laptop or my phone, files and conversations stay properly synced. The Google Meet integration with Calendar is especially convenient for scheduling and joining meetings quickly.

Another feature I’ve found genuinely useful is the broader ecosystem integration. Connecting Workspace with third-party tools, Chrome, Android devices, and other productivity apps is straightforward and usually works with minimal setup.

Performance has generally been stable, and storage management through Drive helps me keep files organized. The admin controls and sharing permissions are also helpful when working with teams or managing projects.

The newer AI features like smart suggestions in Gmail, document assistance, and meeting-related features are useful for saving time during everyday tasks. They’re not something I depend on heavily yet, but they do improve productivity in smaller ways.

One area that could still improve is pricing for smaller teams or individual users, since some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. Occasionally, Drive sync or permission settings can also be a bit confusing for new users.

Overall, it’s one of the most dependable productivity suites I’ve used, and something I’d feel comfortable recommending to others.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace is reliable overall, but some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can make it slightly expensive for smaller teams or individual users. Google Drive permissions and shared folder management can also become confusing sometimes when multiple people are collaborating across different accounts and folders.

The AI features are useful for productivity, but the experience still feels inconsistent across different Workspace apps. I’d also like to see better offline support and faster support response times for technical issues.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace helps keep communication, file storage, meetings, and collaboration in one ecosystem instead of using multiple separate tools. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, and Calendar work together smoothly, which makes managing projects and daily tasks much easier.

The real-time collaboration features are especially helpful because multiple people can work on documents, sheets, or presentations simultaneously without worrying about version conflicts. It has also improved accessibility since files and conversations stay synced across devices, making it easier to work remotely or while switching between laptop and mobile.

  ### 14. Streamlined Collaboration, Needs Improved Offline Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ikechukwu I. | Finance Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love the cloud-based nature of Google Workspace, which ensures easy collaboration since my teammates can sign in from anywhere, as long as I allow access. I appreciate that I can revoke access if someone leaves. The accessibility on both mobile and web platforms is great, and I really like that I can see real-time edits and edit history. Google Workspace streamlines communication and reduces duplication of effort, allowing me to focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than managing files. The initial setup was seamless, and it's been a good experience using it.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Advanced functionality in Sheets is needed. It can't handle large data sets as well as Microsoft Excel. Offline mode is unreliable, and that means that if you're without internet access, you can't really be sure of anything you do. File organization in Drive and better filtering for emails too. Setting the automatic filters can seem too complex at times.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace's cloud-based nature makes collaboration easy, as teammates can access it from anywhere. It improves accessibility on mobile and web, allowing for real-time edits and reducing duplicate efforts, letting me focus more on decision-making rather than file management.

  ### 15. All-in-One Google Workspace: Seamless Sharing, Meet, and Auto-Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Honestly, the best thing about it for me is that everything is contained in one site. For example, when I’m editing work in Docs, I can share the document instantly with my peers without having to download anything or worry about keeping versions updated. There’s even Google Meet built into the program, which is really useful during collaborative assignments. More than once, I’ve been saved from myself by its ability to automatically sync my phone and laptop.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The storage capacity limit is somewhat disappointing, especially knowing you only have 15 GB. With Google Drive, Gmail, and Photos all sharing that space, it fills up pretty quickly. Several times I wasn’t able to upload assignments because I ran out of storage. It’s also frustrating that offline access sometimes fails to sync with my data after I switch back online.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue this technology solves for me is collaboration. Before I learned how to use it properly, working on any group project was extremely chaotic: everyone would send their own version of the same document on WhatsApp, and it quickly became impossible to tell which file was the most up to date. Now, I just upload the document to Google Docs and give the other members access so we can all work on it together in real time.

  ### 16. Google Workspace: A Daily QA Hub for Test Docs, Bug Tracking, and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

  ### 17. Intuitive Collaboration with Seamless GCal and Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren F. | Business Strategy Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Easy to share documents with colleagues for collaboration. UI is intuitive, you can always find the documents / types of documents you need. The suggested documents feature is also helpful as it knows what I've worked on recently. It integrates with GCal and email, so I can link documents in emails and to calendar invites with very little effort. Never experiences downtime or loading issues as long as I'm online.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Slides are just not as good as PPT, functionality-wise. Moving between Google Workspace and MSFT tools can be clunky.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team collaboration, creating materials quickly to share with my team and external parties. Keeping all documents of various types in one place.

  ### 18. Streamlined Integration, Minor Bug Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Head of Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I really like the Gemini meeting notes tool in Google Workspace. It's my favorite feature so far because it can summarize every conversation I choose with a transcript and summary. This lets me pull data into tools like Clod or ChatGPT to analyze further, which helps me create specific tasks or informs projects I'm working on with my AI tools. The clarity it provides leads to easy, actionable items after long meetings where things might get lost in translation or conversation, ensuring accountability as we push those items to the relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the initial setup for me was very easy, which was a great help.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think the Gemini, like, Copilot tools that are built into the specific, like, sheets and docs can be helpful, but I've had some buggy issues, especially with the sheets side of things. I wish that it was a little bit smarter in assisting. I think other AI tools have been better at creating, editing, and maintaining dynamic work.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace for its integration between email and documentation, and quick access to documents from various sources. It provides clarity and actionable items after meetings, preventing information from getting lost in translation.

  ### 19. One Place for Docs, Files, Collaboration, and Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fuad Al A. | Content Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love the simplicity of Google Workspace. I can write, edit, and share documents in real time using Google Docs. I can also store and organize files in Google Drive without worrying about losing anything. Everything stays synced automatically, meaning I always have the latest version of any file. Another point is that I can easily collaborate with my team. We can work on the same file at the same time, leave comments, and give feedback instantly. I appreciate how Google Workspace keeps everything in one connected system, avoiding any confusion with file versions. It's great that I don't need to ask my teammates to resend files repeatedly as Google Docs and Sheets always keep the latest updates. Teamwork is much smoother as I can work on documents with others in real time and see changes as they happen, which saves me a lot of time and reduces back-and-forth communication.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Sometimes, when many files are open or shared across teams, it becomes a bit difficult to quickly find the exact document I need. The search works, but it could be more precise in some cases. Besides, the interface inside Google Drive feels a little cluttered when there are too many folders and shared items. It takes some time to keep everything properly organized.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves file management and communication issues, ensuring everything is in one system and eliminating file version confusion. It enhances real-time collaboration with instant feedback, saving time and reducing back-and-forth communication.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajshree S. | Sales Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace offers a comprehensive suite of tools, including email, documents, storage, and meetings, under one roof. The ability to collaborate in real-time in documents, sheets, and slides eliminates delays in team collaboration. The integration of Gmail, Drive, and Calendar ensures seamless workflow.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The shared drives can get messy unless proper structure and naming conventions are used, especially in large teams. The advanced workflow and admin features, although available, can be somewhat restricted in the standard plans. Similarly, managing large numbers of files and documents requires proper organization to avoid chaos.

  ### 23. My Go-To for Seamless Document Sharing and Getting Things Done!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice M. | Associate Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It allows me to do everything I need and share documents seamlessly. I used to use Outlook (which I can't stand), and Google Workspace is my go to noe.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I am sure there are things that I could be doing that would simplify the way I do things, I just need to learn them. Which I am doing as time goes by, and I am learning new things all the time, I am just not a 'techy' person, and being from the 'old school' makes it harder to catch up on or learn all of the things I can do with Google Workspace.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to update spreadsheets in 'real time' and my cooworkers are able to see it in 'real time' as well. This allows for updates to be made and seen in a timely manner, which expedites a lot of our approval processes. It allows me to control the audtio/video recordings seamlessly, and share them accordingly. Sharing calendars with my co-workers lets me know when they are available to schedule meetings. Overall, Google Workspace has made my life easier and my workflow a lot more fluid than any of their competitors. Love it!

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It’s convenient to use and comes with many useful tools. It also supports multiple helpful integrations with other tools and provides reliable service. The pricing feels reasonable for the overall value (even though it’s not cheap), and it’s easy to jump in and start working with minimal to no onboarding. On top of that, the product includes top-notch AI capabilities built in.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some features differ from MS products, both in the UI and in overall capabilities. For example, Google Sheets isn’t the same as MS Excel, which can be a drawback for finance people who are used to Excel’s approach.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a good suite overall, and it brings almost all the capabilities I need together in one place.

What I like best about Google Workspace is how seamlessly it enables collaboration, keeping marketing campaigns and sales initiatives moving without delays or version confusion. Everything from email and calendar to documents and file sharing lives in one connected ecosystem, which increases efficiency and visibility across the team. For a small business, it delivers enterprise level functionality without unnecessary complexity.

Drive organization has to be deliberate and intentional to prevent things from turning into chaos. That said, there aren’t many advanced customization options to help you set it up the way you want.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace centralizes communication, documents, and scheduling into one connected system, eliminating version confusion and reducing back-and-forth across tools. It streamlines collaboration by allowing teams to work in real time, accelerating marketing execution and sales follow-up. ### 26. Effortless Collaboration with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harjoth S. | Business Lead, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace every day for professional communication and collaboration, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Meet. It lets multiple team members work on the same document in real time, which is especially helpful for content creation, reporting, and reviews. Features like commenting, version history, and sharing permissions make the collaboration process efficient and transparent. I also appreciate how Gmail integrates smoothly with Calendar and Drive, which helps me stay organized and manage tasks without constantly switching between tools. Because everything is cloud-based, I can access my files easily from different devices whenever I need to.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Working with very large spreadsheets or complex formulas in Google Sheets can sometimes feel limited compared to desktop alternatives. Also, offline access requires setup in advance, which can be inconvenient if not configured beforehand.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the challenge of fragmented communication and file management by bringing email, documents, meetings, and storage into one platform. It improves team collaboration, reduces version conflicts, and speeds up workflows. This has helped me work more efficiently with colleagues and maintain consistency across shared files and communications.

  ### 27. Comprehensive Suite with Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Galib S. | I'm a student right now., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace for document creation, file sharing, emails, and scheduling. Tools like Google Docs and Google Drive help me work efficiently, while Gmail assists in communication. I like that Google Workspace brings together Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Calendar in one place, all running on a browser without needing heavy software. What I like most about Google Workspace is its real-time collaboration; multiple people can work on the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation simultaneously. Everything is cloud-based, meaning it is accessible from any device anywhere, making everyday collaboration fast, reliable, and easy. The initial setup was quite easy for me, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Personally almost everything about Google Workspace works well for me but some things need improvement like Google Meet lacks control for large or complex meetings. Google Sheets falls short of analysis. Offline functionality is absent making the platform heavily dependent on a stable internet connection.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to solve the problem of disintegrated work. It centralizes Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, eliminating the need for heavy installations and enhancing productivity.

  ### 28. Google Drive Makes Real-Time Collaboration and File Organization Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlee H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Drive is the standout feature for me. It’s incredibly easy to organize files and collaborate with coworkers in real time. The ability to share documents, leave comments, and make live edits makes teamwork much more efficient and eliminates version-control issues.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One area I don’t find as useful yet is the Gemini features. While I see the potential for AI to support productivity, I’ve found that it doesn’t always align with my workflow or provide consistent value for my day-to-day tasks. I tend to rely more on my own processes and collaboration tools within Workspace. With continued improvements and refinement, I can see it becoming more helpful over time.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the challenge of organizing and accessing important documents in a centralized, digital environment. Instead of relying on physical folders or scattered files, everything is securely stored in Google Drive and easily accessible from anywhere. This has greatly improved efficiency, reduced the risk of lost documents, and made it easier to collaborate with my team. Having a single, organized space for all files keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures everyone is working from the most up-to-date information.

  ### 29. Google Workspace Streamlined My Workflow with Smart Email Triage and Seamless Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

As a CSM, Google Workspace has become the backbone of my daily workflow. Gmail's built-in labels and filters mean I can triage 50+ customer emails in minutes rather than losing track of follow-ups. Google Docs has replaced back-and-forth email chains - sharing a live document with a customer for QBR prep means we're both editing the same agenda in real time, cutting preparation time in half.

One unexpected benefit I've discovered is using Google Slides with 'Presenter View' during customer calls - being able to see my notes while the customer only sees the deck has made my demos noticeably smoother. I also didn't expect how powerful Google Meet's direct integration with Calendar would be: one-click joining and automatic dial-in links have eliminated the awkward 'can you send me the link?' moments before every call.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The main pain point I run into as a CSM is Google Meet's lack of advanced meeting management features compared to competitors. There's no native ability to set a structured agenda within the meeting itself or assign action items directly from the call - I have to switch to a separate Doc to capture these, which breaks the flow of customer conversations.

Google Drive's search can also be frustrating: when you have years of shared folders and customer documents, finding a specific file without remembering its exact name is hit or miss. A more intelligent, context-aware search (e.g. 'files I worked on with this person last month') would save real time.

Finally, Gmail's offline mode is unreliable. On low-connectivity days, like when travelling to customer sites, I've lost drafted emails or seen syncing issues that create unnecessary stress before important meetings. A more robust offline experience would go a long way for field-facing roles like mine.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before fully adopting Google Workspace, our team struggled with version control chaos - multiple versions of the same deck or proposal floating around in email threads, with no clear source of truth. Now, every customer-facing document lives in a shared Drive folder, co-edited in real time, which has essentially eliminated versioning errors and reduced the time spent on document consolidation by around 2-3 hours per week.
We also used to rely on separate tools for video calls, file sharing, and email. Switching between platforms mid-customer-call was clunky and unprofessional. With Google Workspace, everything is connected: I can jump from a Gmail thread to a Meet call to a shared Doc in seconds, which has made customer interactions feel much more seamless and prepared.
As a CSM managing 30+ accounts, one of my biggest challenges was keeping track of meeting notes and follow-ups. Using Google Docs templates for every customer call, automatically stored in the right Drive folder, means I spend less time on admin and more time on actual customer work. I'd estimate this saves me close to an hour a day that I can reinvest into proactive customer outreach.

  ### 30. Comprehensive Teaching Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shraddha S. | Global Coding Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I really like using Google Workspace for teaching, especially the Meet and Classroom features. Google Meet is great for taking and sharing classes, screen sharing, and recording sessions. It also feels like a mini learning LMS, allowing me to assign homework, share resources, and collect submissions while giving feedback. The platform helps me communicate professionally through Gmail, to schedule meetings and share reports under one roof. Additionally, it makes organizing and scaling workshops easy, and I love how it's a complete package for managing student interactions. The initial setup was very easy, and I find it's the easiest among others if you have Chrome and are signed in. It's like a one-stop-shop for all the features I need.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think there's no annotation part, like Zoom. It would be better with annotations. Students and teachers sometimes find it very difficult when teaching virtually. It's hard to point out mistakes without annotations. Also, they could add a file sharing feature in the chat box.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to teach, manage classes, collaborate, and scale my workflow. It helps with sharing screens, recording sessions, assigning homework, sharing resources, and communicating professionally through Gmail. It feels like a mini LMS, organizing everything under one platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shareare Khan S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I like most about Google Workspace is how smoothly I can use my email and tools across all devices. I can access my Workspace email from my Android phone, iPhone, desktop, and laptop without any issues. Everything stays synced in Gmail, which makes my work very easy and stress-free. This cross-device flexibility and reliability is honestly the best part for me.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Honestly, I don’t have many complaints about Google Workspace. Everything works smoothly for me. The only thing I would say is that the initial setup process could be a bit more simple and beginner-friendly. If the setup and domain configuration steps were slightly easier, it would be perfect. Other than that, I’m fully satisfied with it.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace is solving the problem of managing business communication professionally and efficiently. I now have a custom domain business email, which builds more trust and credibility. I can use it on all my devices phone, desktop, and laptop so I never miss any important emails. The real-time notifications and smart response features help me reply faster. It is combining many applications in one place that you can access from one Google account. You can easily access files and share them between applications. For example I can save files in my Google drive and access them to share via email. It also has additional security and Ai built in for assistance

  ### 33. Google Workspace Keeps Email, Files, and Collaboration Effortlessly Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne C. | Adjointe de direction – Présidence , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Honestly, Google Workspace makes everything so much easier to manage in one place, especially emails, files, and calendars.
I really like how simple it is to collaborate in real time without sending a million versions back and forth.
It just saves time and keeps everything organized, which is a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some downsides of Google Workspace are the cost, occasional bugs, and limited offline access.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the problem of scattered tools by bringing email, files, calendar, and docs into one place. It makes collaboration easy with real-time editing and sharing, so there’s no confusion with versions. For me, it saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes teamwork much smoother.

  ### 34. Efficient Centralization and Integration, but with Management Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Áquila T. | HEAD INFRASCTRUCTURE AND I.T., Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I like the agility of Google Workspace integration, especially because it is a Google tool, which provides integration with various other applications and data sources. Communication within the company becomes easier using Workspace. I also find Google Workspace very good for centralization, creating teams and users, as well as allowing different levels of access that I can ensure for my team. With the centralization of teams, I can create and share documents in a more controlled way, maintaining a history of changes that I can audit and verify if the information was shared or left the company. This centralization allows my team to work together with the same files on Google Drive. Furthermore, the initial setup of Google Workspace was very smooth, with plenty of documentation available, making the process simple.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Ah, within the Google admin panel, it could be a little easier to view the audits. I would also like to be able to control and access an employee's account without having to change their email, right? As a system administrator, I could have an easier way to access that person's Gmail, for example, or their Drive, sometimes to get a code, a token, something that arrived there, sometimes just to view some information, without having to literally change that person's password.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to manage email accounts and access, centralizing files and facilitating communication and collaboration between teams, reducing the need for meetings and calls.

  ### 35. Easy-to-Use Control Panel with Strong Security and Smooth Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Easy control panel with a side navigation to provision new email addresses for our staff and create free groups. Significantly easier to use than M365. Have also used their voice feature which worked fine. Integrates with most services and has 2FA and security policies. Easy to use on mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It can be pricey per user and adds up quickly once you have a few, they don't support different users on different pricing plans, so even if only a few users need higher level plans or more storage space you need to upgrade all which will be costly. I think it's overpriced for what they offer fundamentally which is hosted email and drive. Sharing folders in Drive is easier than M365 but still confusing with hierarchy of permissions.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email provisioning for our staff and external facing emails. Hosted documents with their Drive and giving users access to Docs and Excel to complete work and updating internal docs.

  ### 36. Comprehensive Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy L. | Therapist, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love that I can use Google Workspace to create multiple alias email addresses and have a professional domain name. I really like the features of Google Gemini, which help me create images and posts, and streamline my workflow. The Notebook is amazing for uploading videos from meetings or webinars, providing a text overview, and supporting mind maps, flashcards, and slide presentations. Google's AI in Docs is great for rephrasing or rewriting documents. I appreciate Google Vids for allowing me to upload scripts and pick templates to start creating presentations or videos. Having multiple services or apps in one place is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think there's something that I'm paying for about the vault or the security features that has not been very user friendly. Like, I haven't been able to figure that out. I've also had some challenges with trying to troubleshoot an incoming email. I think my emails may be bouncing back depending on what email address the person is using.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves emailing problems by allowing me to create multiple alias email addresses and maintain a professional domain. I love using Google Gemini for creating images and posts, which helps streamline my workflow. Notebook and Google Vids enhance my meetings and presentations, and Google Docs' AI rephrases documents nicely.

  ### 37. Flexible Collaboration, Reliable Email, and Fair Pricing with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach Y. | Co Founder and VP of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace’s collaborative tools give my multi-unit restaurant team a lot of flexibility while also keeping everyone accountable.

Their email service is straightforward for both administrators and users across a wide range of technical experience. Uptime has been immaculate, and the pricing feels fair.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The services I use are all fantastic. My biggest gripe is with the services they don’t provide—specifically, e-sign tools.

I also find a lot of the AI suggestions and spreadsheet templates intrusive and unhelpful, though they’re a minor inconvenience overall.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the problem of being locked into an OS or relying only on local, machine-installed office software tools.

Google Workspace lets us collaborate as a team on spreadsheets, documents, menus, and presentations across different machines and from different locations.

  ### 38. So Intuitive It’s Become Part of My Daily Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I appreciate google workspace because it's SO intuitive. I've used it for the past 10 years (before that i was an outlook user) and I didn’t need much training or a demonstration to get comfortable, and now it’s just part of my daily workflow. It helps me stay organized without feeling like I’m managing a bunch of separate tools.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

My only opportunity is for myself to learn how to organize Drive better! It can turn into a rabbit hole pretty quickly. If things aren’t labeled and organized well, it’s easy to lose track of files. I’ve definitely spent more time searching than I’d like.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the collaboration I can get with Google workspace, especially across teams. Being able to edit documents together, leave comments, and instantly share updates keeps projects moving without delays. It’s made teamwork feel a lot more streamlined and less disjointed.

  ### 39. Collaboration with Google Workspace Feels Smooth.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj M. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace combines Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Meet under one roof. The ability to collaborate, comment, and share in real-time helps to eliminate confusion and delays. The integration of all these tools helps to make day-to-day activities more efficient and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The shared drives can become messy if proper governance is not followed. The advanced features of workflow automation, security, and administrative capabilities are limited in the lower-tier editions. The ability to manage large data sets with Google Sheets can also be limited compared to other analytics tools.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace helps to replace all these individual tools with one single workspace. This helps to make collaboration more efficient, increases visibility, and ensures everyone is working towards the same goals and deadlines.

  ### 40. Secure, Easy Access to Workspace Anywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Senior Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

There are so many things I like about Workspace, I'm not sure where to start. I think the ease of use is most beneficial to me in my work day. Being able to access my work securely on my devices while I am in the office, commuting, traveling, or at home is extremely important.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Sometimes when I am traveling, I do not have access to wifi (rarely) and forget to allow offline access to a certain document. As a fix, I use my phone to hotspot to my doc but that is slightly inconvenient.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Embedding Gemini in my accounts allows me access in any application. This has been a tremendous assistance with my daily work.

  ### 41. Easy to Navigate with All My Daily Tools in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It's got so many tools that I use daily. It's easy to navigate and keeps all of your data and documents in one spot. The tools are all really responsive and the Gemini AI agent is pretty good at supporting across the different tools.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The functionality isn't nearly as good if you're offline which is hard if you're working while on transport or remotely without internet. The tools are more basic than other similar ones like the Microsoft suite, but this can also be a positive.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings together a lot of the different programs I need to do my job. I'm able to meet with Google meet and know the recording and AI summary will be automatically sent to my email. I can share documents are work alongside my team seamlessly and don't have to send clunky documents back and forth anymore.

  ### 42. Fluid Integration, Quick Configurations

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love the interconnection with the different tools. With my Google Workspace email, I can access Gemini, Google Drive, and all my documents. The initial setup of Google Workspace was very easy and very fast.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It is direct communication because by email we communicate indirectly, asynchronously. But Google Meet Chat in comparison to that is a bit outdated. There is no mobile app, it is not super connected.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace for email communication and storage with Google Drive. I like the interconnection with the different tools, it allows me to have access to Gemini, Google Drive, and all my documents.

  ### 43. Smooth, Distraction-Free Workflow with Google Workspace.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rampukar R. | Frontend Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

In particular, Google Workspace is very handy when you need to keep your workflow going smoothly while being fully focused without any distractions. In other words, using the application will let you open a certain file, make changes to it, and then send out an updated document without any switching and uploading needed, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Sometimes a sudden wave of changes coming simultaneously from several users might make the document somewhat difficult to understand in terms of what exactly is going on.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key factor here, however, is the flow of activities – it feels like the whole process is taking place at once in a certain uninterrupted sequence without any breaks or shifts from one application to another.

  ### 44. User-Friendly, Affordable, and Seamlessly Integrated with Google Apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula M. | Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

User friendly and convenient. It interfaces with all of my Google apps. I can share files, documents, photos, almost anything I need to share. The price is affordable and it doesn't strain my budget. I have support for anything I don't understand or any technical issues. I love the built in AI performance features.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It doesn't interface with other platforms outside of Google.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to work seemlessly within the application and keep all of my information in one account. That saves me time and money. Being able to integrate my information into the application and connect it to other apps is helpful.

  ### 45. Effortless Email, Document and Calendar Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace for my email and calendar and team documents. I really like Google Workspace because the email is seamless and easy to use, and the calendar events are easy to add and locate. The team documents are easy to access via Google Drive. Google sheets is very handy as well. It's easy to integrate all your documents together. I much prefer it to Outlook. I really enjoy the email simplicity and the ability to easily manage my calendar. Google Workspace feels very familiar for those who typically use the Google/Gmail platform for their home needs. I really like being able to access my work email on a non-work device if needed. When I had to set up my email and calendar, it was very easy to do. I appreciate the two factor authentication as well, helps everything feel secure. I integrate my google calendar with Slack. Google Workspace is very quick to launch and rarely has outages or issues. The predictive text on the emails is really a time saver as well.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Sheets can be laggy at times, and occasionally it even locks me out. That said, I previously used Outlook, and overall I find Google Workspace a lot better.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Google Workspace seamless for email, and the calendar is straightforward to manage. Creating and adding events is very easy, and everything feels intuitive. Team documents are also simple to access, which makes collaboration feel effortless and keeps work moving smoothly. Sheets are easy to use. Overall, it feels familiar, and I prefer it over Outlook.

  ### 46. Seamless Integration Makes Google Workspace a Must-Have

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah P. | Adminstrative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google workspace is really helpful for our workflow due to having everything in one placeI love how Google Workspace integrates all the Google products/apps, like our calendar, Google drive, Google Chat, Google meet - making it really nice and efficient. I can create an event in my calendar, and the Google Meet link is automatically added, which is a great help. It's really convenient to get pop-up reminders in my calendar about Google Meet invites, and I can easily add the link in a chat when I'm chatting with someone to start a Google Meet session. We love the chat feature and it's so nice how you can share items from your email to chat. Also convenient is having chat and gmail in one app on the phone. Google has made a lot of updates recently, especially with AI. Having the AI "help me write feature" is huge!! It saves us so much writing and responding to emails and have allowed us to send more professional emails with less typo. I ove how they now include Gemini in google workspace- life changing for us and is like an additional team member. The seamlessness of how all products work together really pushes us to use Google products because it's more effective and productive. I also appreciate the wide range of tools Google has, allowing us to do everything integrated.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I'm not the biggest fan of Google Drive. I don't like the way it saves things, in terms of categorizing and being able to find things easily.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves integration issues with seamless tools like Google Meet and Calendar, making scheduling and chatting easy. It's more effective and productive, syncing well together.

  ### 47. Seamless Collaboration and Anywhere Access with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** corentin T. | Banquier, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I like most about Google Workspace is how smoothly everything works together. Apps like Docs, Drive, and Gmail are fully connected, so collaboration is fast and simple. Real-time editing is a big advantage, and being cloud-based means you can access your work from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One downside of Google Workspace is that it can feel limited for advanced tasks. For example, Google Sheets isn’t as powerful as Excel for complex data work, and Google Docs can struggle with detailed formatting.

Offline use is another weak point—it works, but not always reliably. And since everything is cloud-based, you’re dependent on a stable internet connection. Privacy concerns also come up for some users, since data is stored on Google’s servers.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace mainly solves the problem of fragmented work files, communication, and collaboration all used to live in separate tools and versions.

It brings everything into one place, so instead of emailing attachments back and forth, you can co-edit documents in real time, store them in the cloud, and access them anywhere. That reduces confusion, saves time, and avoids version issues.

For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency: faster collaboration, fewer repetitive tasks, and the ability to work from any device without worrying about losing files.

  ### 48. Streamlines Document Organization, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I appreciate Google Workspace for keeping our documents organized and making it easy to collaborate on Word and Excel files. I especially like how simple it is to edit documents. The folder structure and shared drives for different departments are very useful and help keep everything in the right place. It was also very easy to set up because the platform is user-friendly. The UX is much better compared with Teams, and the integrations feel stronger than with other systems. On top of that, the price point is nice. Support or onboarding is almost not necessary due to how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

We used to have all of our digital assets, like pictures and photography, on Google, but we found a better service specific for media libraries. Also, the AI options are not very helpful at the moment.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to organize our assets and documents, allowing easy collaboration on Word and Excel files, and maintaining an archive for our stuff. It is also a very secure way to store our documents and share them only with the right people.

  ### 49. Easy-to-Use Workspace That Unifies Apps and Streamlines Your Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio R. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

This workspace allows me to see all my work created with any of the multiple apps it includes. It also enables smoother integration between them, no matter which sources I’m working with. The ease of use helps beginners integrate it into their daily workflow with minimal knowledge, and it helps me catch back up with the rhythm of my work.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

In some cases, it has trouble with external sources or apps; however, it’s easy to find an app that allows integration with this environment.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my daily work depends on files, presentations, emails, meetings, and more, and this is largely solved by the Google Workspace environment. It makes it easy to work with any team member in the same file or on the same project, check in for updates, and restore a previous version when needed.

  ### 50. Essential Tool for Collaborative Education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Millizen María C. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

In my school, both students and teachers use Google Workspace for all our work, which facilitates collaborative work in creating lesson plans, assessments, and document records. I like that it has applications that cover all our digital work tool needs, which is very useful for our work as teachers and administrators of educational centers. Additionally, having Google Drive to archive and organize all my work in one place is the most useful. I appreciate the ease of access from any device and the integration of tools like Google Classroom, which are ready to work with our academic documents. Although it was a transitional change at the beginning, the initial setup was easy and quick thanks to the Office-like interfaces in all its applications.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Keep is not that useful for me. Google Forms should have new integrations with Gemini and a more fun interface. Animation features cannot be integrated into Google Forms or made more visually appealing for students, which I think causes a bit of stress for students when they see it.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace facilitates collaborative work in creating lesson plans and assessments. It integrates necessary digital tools for teachers and administrators, and allows archiving and organizing work with Google Drive. It offers easy access from any device and is integrated with Google Classroom.
