**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I a Big Google fan , I am using google workspace from last 4 to 5 years, it helps me stay organize and aligned with multiple teams, working on data pipelines and reporting layers, I use Google sheets to validate sample datasets reconcile counts and share quick data checks with analysts before changes go to production, Google docs is where we maintain table definitions, ETL logic explanations and data quality rules and the live editing makes collaboration smooth during design discussions, drives permission control is useful when sharing sensitive warehouse documentation with the right team only. also the google meet is our primary meeting tool , its amaizing, has no time limit like other platforms. and also voice and audio quality is amazing with AI enhacements.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

when i use sheets for large datasets or complex formulas, performance can slow down. for deeper analysis, i still rely on warehouse like  bigquery rather than spreadsheets.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well the it solve the problem of seamless communication in all the conditions with google meet, and scattered documentation and communication in data projects, it creates a single place where business users, analyst and engineers can review definitions, approve changes and track updates, this reduces back and fourth emails and avoids confusion around schema changes or metric logic. google workspace is a strong collaboration platform for data warehouse work.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What makes Google Workspace great is how effortlessly it keeps my team on the same page. I can jump into a document with three other team member and edit in real time without any lag or version control nightmares. The fact that it lives entirely in the browser means i never have to worry about hitting save or losing my work if a laptop dies. It just works, anywhere, on any device.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The biggest headache is definitely offline mode as if my internet drops, trying to work on files gets incredibly clunky and unreliable. It’s also frustrating how quickly it eats up your computer's RAM when you have multiple tabs open.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace stops my team from emailing files back and forth, completely fixing the mess of having multiple versions of the same document. Also For me, it means I can switch from my laptop to my phone mid-project and keep working seamlessly. Having email, calendar, and chat all in one tab saves me a ton of time and keeps me organized without constant app-switching.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I like most about Google Workspace is that how everything works smoothly altogether in one place like Gmail, google drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet are easy to use and make collaboration very simple. The interface is easy to use and clean as well. It is so simple so even the new user can quickly learn and understand very easily. All apps are integrated with each other makes collaboration easy between team or multiple teams. It saves alot of time. the performance is very reliable as files loads quickly, real time editing works well. Overall it makes the work more efficient and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The things i dislike about Google workspace is that the pricing, when you talk about the advance features or higher storage plans needed, cost increases quickly and ROI not justified for small teams. Support could also be better but initial onboarding is easy. In term of AI capability still feel very basic and not feel completely integrated but just another software.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of using multiple tools and communication gaps by bringing email, documents, storage and meeting in just one place. It's very collaborative as well as the whole team can use and work on same file at the same time.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The most useful part of Google Workspace is the seamless integration between the different tools. Moving between Docs and Sheets, and having them work smoothly together, is a real advantage. The UI is clean and easy to read, which is a big bonus compared with rival platforms.

Performance is usually flawless, with very rare issues that lead to larger outages. That said, I can only recall two instances where I wasn’t able to work; both were wider issues and were resolved relatively quickly with support. This is another key benefit. Using a cloud platform means the impact of an outage can be greater, but it also means it’s handled by a large team at Google.

The Gemini integration is also great. It’s a useful AI tool for refining my day-to-day emails, and the deep research models help support my code and overall structure of work. I don’t have significant experience with the pricing side; however, my workplace continues to invest more into G suite, so the ROI should be strong for my business, which is a large utilities firm.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some functions aren’t as easy to use in Google Sheets, or simply don’t exist in the same way as they do on rival platforms. One thing that comes to mind is that Sheets doesn’t offer as many options to customise how data is presented. For example, when I create a pivot table with date-based data, rival tools will automatically group dates into weeks, months, quarters, and years, which really helps clean up large datasets. In Google Sheets, this kind of grouping isn’t as straightforward, and improving it would be a big upgrade to better match the benefits of rivals.

Another downside is the capacity limits. Google Sheets can only handle a certain amount of data. That’s fine for day-to-day tasks, but in my work, dealing with significantly larger datasets means we can’t rely solely on Google Sheets, and we still need a rival platform to support those tasks.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Google Workspace is solving for me is filling gaps in my knowledge through Gemini’s generative AI. Gemini also makes my day-to-day work noticeably smoother and faster. I no longer need to reach out to other parts of the business for general skills support, like coding and data work. That removes the wait time for other stakeholders and helps me get the right answers quickly to support my tasks and initiatives.

Google Workspace offers a complete set of office applications, and the ability to collaborate on a document is a real game changer. What I appreciate most is that documents are saved continuously, so I don’t have to worry about manual saves. The menus and functions are straightforward and easy to understand. Whether I’m using Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides, the UI feels consistent, generally the same, and nicely standardized across the apps.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some formatting issues can come up when you import documents from Microsoft, especially Excel. Also, some formulas in Excel do not work properly in Google Sheets. At times, if your document is large and contains many pages, tabs, and images, it can slow down quite a bit and take a bit longer to load.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, when I created a document or a spreadsheet, I had to start from scratch and slowly build up the content. Now, with the addition of Gemini AI, I can simply tell Gemini what I need, and it generates the content for me. This has saved me so much time compared with creating everything from the ground up. It also provide me more design ideas on how I want to present my contents.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I like how easy it is to collaborate with my colleagues and students. I like how efficient it is and I love how it integrates with Canvas. My favorite feature of Google Workspace is how one can force a copy with people/students/colleagues. I LOVE THAT. NEVER GET RID OF IT.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The biggest thing I don't like about Google Workspace is the design elements. The default templates in Google slides are ugly, Google drawings is a little worthless, and the stock images are not cute or creative at all. I think that teachers and students like to make pretty things, but people are turning to Canva for these things. If you want to get back to the cutting edge, I would make it cute again. Better templates, better colors, more like Canva.

The problems that Google Workspace is solving is "How can we collaborate on this email together?" I love the "@" building blocks that you can build within your document. I love Google vids. It's basic, but it solves the problem of "we are paying x amount of money to WeVideo, when we have the same thing for hardly any money over here."

Real-time collaboration is one of the biggest advantages. Multiple users can work on the same document at the same time, and features like auto-save and version history help improve productivity while reducing manual effort.

One drawback of Google Workspace is that some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, which can become expensive for organizations. Its offline functionality also feels limited compared with desktop-based tools. In addition, I’ve run into occasional compatibility issues when working with Microsoft Office files—especially those with complex formatting, macros, or large spreadsheets—when sharing and editing across different environments and teams.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I like Google Workspace because I collaborate a lot with others. That collaboration is real time and it works anywhere. I use Google Sheets, Documents, and Slides that update instantly for everyone. I don't have to worry about emailing files back and forth. It also provides great options for allowing others to view only, edit, and/or download. Google Workspace is very useful when I work in Teams with others. It also integrates well with Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, and other Docs. The price is great also!

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace works offline, but the experience isn't as seamless as the desktop apps. I've noticed that it lags more more when working offline. The drive organization can get messy and confusing when sharing between my drive, shared drives, and file shortcuts.

It allows me to access things if I switch devices or if my laptop isn't with me. It solves communication gaps as Meet, Chat, and Calendar work together so my meetings, messages, and files stay linked.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google has allowed our company to quickly and easily locate, share, organize, and use files, images, and other information across our remote-based company. 

Because all of our employees are familiar with Google, all of the applications in Google Workspace are easy to learn and seamlessly integrate with each other. We particularly use Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Gemini, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Slides.  For our marketing company, all of the assets we store on Google Drive have made it simple to communicate throughout our company and use assets for presentations and sales calls. 

While many coworkers use the AI Gemini, I use it very effectively to produce realistic AI images for marketing visuals and designs. 

There is no lag in use of any of the Google Apps, and files update within seconds on Google Drive. 

Our company also uses Monday.com, and Google Drive does seem to conflict when it comes to showing an updating non-Google file (such as a pdf). It treats it as though the file is deleted or in the trash instead of a file being updated; however, it's unclear whether this is a Monday.com issue or a Google Drive issue.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

While we have not used Google Meet recently, when we last used it several years ago, there was noticeable lags and glitches, which caused us to choose another video meeting platform. This could be due to too many team members being on the meeting at once. 

For what it does, the Google Workspace does seem to prove a great ROI for what we pay; however, we still do need to pay for better applications separate from the Workspace according to our needs. We would love the opportunity to use other apps in Google Workspace instead of our other applications that we pay separately for if the performance of the applications met our expectations. 

AI Gemini does seem to have issues making particular edits to image files after generating an image in the chat. However, it's not particularly

Google Workspace does continue to update its look and usability. I've never noticed it falling behind technologically. I rarely have suggestions or better ideas for it.

I like that Google Workspace is price effective and budget friendly, making it affordable for us. It's very useful in communications, with features like chats and emails. The integration with tools such as Jira and Slack, as well as other third-party applications, is very smooth, making it easy to manage domains and handle domain problems. I find it very easy to use and manage. Setting it up was straightforward, and it enhances our daily communications. Overall, Google Workspace supports our entire organization of around 40 people effectively, both in India and the US.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Yeah. It's quite, we can say, one of the improvements I can believe in, you know, in Google Chat, we are getting the messages. It is you know, forward the message is still there, but we need to, you know, Slack the groups and all these things. It is a little bit complex for us to sharing the images and all these things. So if, you know, have the better understanding to, you know, forwarding the messages and all these things, it will be the more accurate and more things will be the helpful for us.

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Google Workspace. Some advanced features in Docs, Sheets, and Slides are not as deep as desktop equivalents. Pricing can climb for larger organizations as you scale up users. Offline editing also requires a bit of setup. None of these are major issues, and the overall value of the suite easily makes up for them.

Google Workspace solves the problem of using too many disconnected tools for email, documents, calls, calendars, file storage, and chat. By bringing all of these into one integrated suite, our team collaborates faster and stays better connected. Real-time co-editing eliminates version control headaches in shared documents. Gmail, Meet, and Chat keep communication unified, whether we are sending messages, jumping on quick calls, or hosting video meetings. The admin console lets us manage users, roles, and permissions centrally, which has simplified onboarding and offboarding significantly. File sharing through Drive removes friction from collaboration with both internal teammates and external stakeholders. The result is less time spent juggling tools and more time spent on actual work.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I do a lot of reporting and analysis in Google Sheets.

Being able to link sheets easily and import data from one sheet to another makes it really useful for setting up reports. I can have variables and data flowing through without needing to update things in multiple places.

Apps Script also makes it easy to run APIs to refresh data, format reports, and automate other tasks. I have lots of small workflows set up that let colleagues refresh reports with the click of a button, as well as reports that automatically refresh at a specific time of day.

It’s also straightforward to set up external Python scripts that read from and write to Sheets for more complex data analysis.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It can be frustrating to import CSV files or Office files. Rather than double clicking to open the file, you need to make sure it's placed in a Drive folder, or import it to Google Workspace

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborative and automated data editing and reporting. Allows me to easily set things up, but then share them with other team members, without worrying about them using outdated versions/files.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I like most about Google Workspace is that all the tools work very well together and make daily work much faster. The interface is clean and easy to use, even for people who are not very accustomed to this type of platform. In our case, we use Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Meet a lot, and being able to have everything connected in one place greatly facilitates organization.

We have also done well with integrations and synchronization between devices. Video calls usually work stably, and collaborating on documents in real-time saves the team a lot of time. In terms of performance, we haven't had major problems, and everything usually loads quickly.

As for the price, I find it quite reasonable for everything it includes, especially for small or remote teams. Additionally, the AI features they have been adding to some tools are useful for quick tasks and productivity. The support and initial setup were also quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

What I like least about Google Workspace is that some advanced features are only available in more expensive plans, so sometimes you have to look for external tools for certain needs. There are also times when the organization of permissions in Drive can be a bit confusing, especially when working with many clients or shared folders.

In Google Meet, we have had some video calls where the resource consumption was quite high, especially with older equipment. And although the support works well, in some cases the responses could be a bit faster. Even so, overall the experience has been quite positive.

Google Workspace has helped us mainly to centralize team communication and work. Before, we used to waste a lot of time searching for files, sending different versions of documents, or holding meetings on separate platforms. Now practically everything is in the same ecosystem, and that makes work much more organized.

We also benefit greatly from being able to collaborate in real-time and access everything from any device. For a remote team or one that works from different locations, that makes a significant difference in daily productivity and coordination.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace provides a seamless ecosystem for team collaboration, which is absolutely critical during fast-paced events like hackathons or when coordinating hardware builds within a project hub. The real-time syncing in Google Docs and Sheets allows multiple developers to edit project documentation, track sensor data, and manage hardware component lists simultaneously without version conflicts. Google Drive is incredibly reliable for sharing large assets, such as Arduino libraries, CAD models, and circuit diagrams. I really don't like the fact that you are limited to just using Gemini for Google Workspace. We integrate these tools into our daily ops and SOPs, so it's important that they work seamlessly together. All of these services communicate with each other, so keeping things orderly is easy. We use these things on a daily basis and it's very easy to navigate. We manage tons of emails, documents, and sheets in Google Workspace and never have an issue with load times or searching for specific files. For the amount of tools we have access to, the price is unbeatable. Something in particular that helps with our heavy email workload is the AI summaries available with Gmail.

Support could be a little better - it's hard to get a real person to talk to. That being said, we rarely require support for anything within Google Workspace.

The real-time collaboration is what makes it stand out. Multiple people can be in the same doc or sheet at once, making edits, leaving comments, and actually getting work done without stepping on each other’s toes. It removes the whole “final_v3_updated” version chaos completely. Everything being automatically saved and synced is a huge plus too. Google Sheets can slow down with really large datasets. It’s not a dealbreaker, but you definitely feel it once you start pushing it. Also, while it’s great for collaboration, it’s not as powerful as Excel for more complex data work. It’s basically eliminated a lot of inefficiencies around file sharing and team coordination. No more sending attachments back and forth or wondering if you’re looking at the latest version. Everything lives in one place and updates in real time. Integrations with tools like Zapier, Slack, and HubSpot also help connect everything, so workflows feel a lot more automated and less manual. These are my day to day things, so the flow is very much so permanent and solid. I also setup Slack notifications to fill out a rows in a spreadsheet, love that. For anything thats more trickier there's always scripts, which are powerhouses on its own.

If your team works collaboratively, this is a no-brainer. I know there are other tools/services, but nothing beats it. It’s easy to get started, and the value shows pretty quickly. If you’re doing super heavy data analysis, you might still need Excel, but for most use cases, this covers everything. Day-to-day, it’s just easy to use. The interface is clean, navigation makes sense, and everything being connected actually improves how you work. It’s one of those tools that you don’t really think about because it just works. Love how it also manages to surprise me "oh, I can do this as well" - kinda "didn't know I needed it, but it's great!"

Overall, very positive experience.

I've nothing major I'd say that I dislike about it. I'm not a big fan of AI in general, so I don't really utilize that option. 

As for pricing, support, onboarding, roi, everything is top notch, smooth experience, and timely!

We used to rely on Monday.com for project tracking, but it honestly felt like a glorified spreadsheet with extra layers and extra cost. We were paying for something we could replicate pretty easily. When we switched fully into Google Workspace, mainly Drive, Docs, and Sheets, we simplified everything. Instead of juggling tools, we now manage projects directly in Sheets using color coding, filters, and simple structures. It is faster, more flexible, and does not require constant maintenance. We struggled with scattered information and tool fatigue. Now, everything lives in one place under the same domain and is instantly accessible to the team. File sharing is seamless, permissions are easy to manage, and there is no confusion about versions.

One underrated benefit is notifications in Docs and Sheets. Being able to get notified when someone edits or updates something keeps everyone in sync, without extras slack messages

The result has been both time and cost savings. We eliminated a paid tool, reduced workflow friction, and made collaboration more natural. It is not just cheaper, it is actually more efficient for how we work day to day.

I like how everything within Google Workspace seamlessly interconnects, including apps needed to run my day to day business. For performance I cannot fault it, it is a lot easier to use especially when out and about visiting clients or from the airport departure lounge.  

As a sole trader without an in-house tech team, I have found Google Workspace's Customer Service and tech teams a fantastic help. For example, when I transitioned my business domain over they were able to talk me through all the necessary steps on the telephone without making me feel awkward for not knowing, and the same when I needed help setting up and integrating with the TidyCal and Mailchimp applications.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I find printing a document from the Google applications within Workspace not as easy or simple as with other applications. If you want to print in landscape rather than portrait, this is an issue. 

Gemini Ai has been hit and miss, compared to other applications, so I now give this a wide berth.  If the information it provided was more accurate I might be prepared to use it again.

Since switching to Google Workspace, there has been no need for expensive software licenses and e-mail hosting fees as it is all included in one subscription taken each month. This has made it more cost effective. 

The team at Google Workspace are very good at keeping me updated on what is changing when within the service plan and how it affects my business.  When I have needed to switch between the difference service plans so I can work on something in particular for a client with for example Notebook LM, this has been possible with ease. This is something of paramount importance to my business as a sole trader, without it I would be lost and paying an IT technician very expensive fees for the same service.

It is also user friendly without any of the complicated jargon that those of us not in the technological fields do not understand.

Also, the business option is cheap (I don't know the cost, I'm not in administration).

Unbeatable IAM. The collaboration side is honestly unmatched. Having multiple people in the same doc or sheet at the same time works exactly the way you’d expect, no version conflicts and no “who has the file open” nonsense.

In my opinion, Gmail is still the best email client out there. And the fact that everything just works together (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet) without you having to think about it is a big deal. Since it’s all in the browser, it works on any device, and you don’t have to mess around with installs or licences on every machine.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The admin console can feel like a maze. Settings are spread across different sections, and it’s not always clear where a particular option lives. I’ve definitely spent more time than I’d like clicking around to find a specific policy or setting. Once you learn where everything is, it’s fine, but the learning curve is real.

Sheets also still isn’t quite at Excel’s level for heavier data work. For 90% of what I need it’s fine, but if you’re doing anything more power-user-y, you’ll notice the gap.

One thing I’d say about Google Workspace is that whenever you think of a feature, it's just there. Anything you need to do, Google has a tool for it.

Also, if you're sending a quick calendar invite, adding guests to a meeting, collaborating on a spreadsheet, or putting together a presentation -- it just works perfectly. It doesn't lag at all, which is huge. I really like the UI, but honestly, it might just be that I’ve used it for so long that it feels like home.

Honestly, it’s getting a little expensive. I get why, but when you look at competitors like Zoho, they’re just far more affordable for what you’re getting. My other big issue is the admin side of things. There are so many policies everywhere that it makes it a headache to change anything. It feels like you have to go in and tweak a policy for every little move you make in the workspace. I’m just not a fan of that -- it should be a lot easier for an admin to get things done without jumping through so many hoops.

One of the biggest problems Google Workspace is solving, I think, is that it keeps things organized and in one place, so the team isn't scattered. I love how easy the UI is across most of the applications. Google Sheets is fantastic and really versatile. The dropdown tabs are my favourite feature, and they make organising both work and personal projects a breeze.

As a graphic designer, I also enjoy the product illustrations that pop up from time to time to highlight new features. The platform integrates really well with my workflow, and the applications feel quick, with no lag.

We use Google Drive to organise and share our files, which saves us a lot of time. Gemini has also been really helpful in the media viewer, especially for things like generating a transcript for a video.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

There are a few things that Google could do better. For example, Google Slides can be a pain to work with sometimes. Although it’s more collaborative than programs like PowerPoint, it’s frustrating that it doesn’t have as many design features, such as a lack of animations and effects.

It can also be difficult to find past presentations I’ve worked on if there isn’t a shortcut link saved to Drive. There’s also an annoying zoom issue: when I try to zoom in on a slide, the top and side panels zoom in as well, which can be really frustrating. It's also extreamly tedius to import videos and apply playback settings. 

Gmail is another platform that needs work. Parts of it feel modern and accessible, but other areas seem very dated. For example, it can be hard to keep track of an email thread sometimes because everything appears in the wrong order and gets very confusing. That said, the overall dashboard when I log in is lovely.

The one thing that feels a little clunky is in the admin console. When trying to manage new users or existing users and switching different plans that would be more effective cost savings wise. It's not really clear how to do that or what is the best way to do that. So just a more easy to use billing admin console would be helpful to choose and select the correct option for our company.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The most helpful aspect of Google Workspace is the flexibility to adapt to the project needs or goals. Depending on what I'm trying to accomplish, there's a different program or platform that I can use to find the right integration, the right plugin, or the right brainstorming canvas to get it done. Plus everything in my house and workspace, from smart speakers to calendars and beyond, are already connected to the Google ecosystem, so everything is seamless.

What makes the suite so effective is how each app has a clear purpose but still plays well with the others. Google Docs is my starting point for most written work, with real-time collaboration and commenting that make feedback rounds painless. Sheets handles everything from content calendars to budget tracking, and Slides is quick and reliable for building decks multiple people can edit at once. Gmail anchors my daily workflow, and its tight integration with Calendar and Meet makes moving from an email thread to a scheduled call effortless.

Google Drive is the backbone that keeps everything accessible, with folder structures and permission settings flexible enough for both internal and external collaboration. The extras round things out nicely too, from Google Forms for quick surveys to the Workspace Marketplace, which adds another layer of flexibility with add-ons that plug directly into the apps I already use.

The ecosystem connection is what really sets it apart. Because my phone, smart speakers, home devices, and work tools all run through Google, I can move between personal and professional tasks without friction, which lets me focus on the actual work.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The least helpful thing about Google Workspace is probably the clash with Apple. The only thing I'm more integrated or connected with is my iPhone and Apple ecosystem, which typically has outperformed Google products and systems, so I'm left wishing that either the two would become one, or that Google would make up enough progress to take the lead.

This friction shows up in small but constant ways. Calendar syncing between Google and Apple Calendar can be delayed or inconsistent, and contacts do not always stay aligned across platforms. Gmail on iOS works well as a standalone app, but it does not integrate with native iOS features as smoothly as Apple Mail does, which means losing some of the quick actions and widgets I rely on elsewhere. File handoffs between Google Drive and iCloud also require more steps than moving between native Apple apps.

Beyond the cross-platform issues, there are a few places where Google Workspace itself could improve. Google Docs and Slides still lag behind dedicated tools when it comes to design flexibility and formatting precision, which can be limiting for polished external-facing materials. Offline access has improved but still feels less reliable than working in a native desktop app. And while the sheer number of apps is a strength, it can also create decision fatigue when two or three tools overlap in function, such as Keep versus Tasks versus Docs checklists.

Overall, the suite is strong, but tighter integration with Apple's ecosystem and a few refinements to the core apps would go a long way toward making it feel truly seamless.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving a multitude of issues, primarily by offering every system I could possibly need to get work done. Whether it's communicating in Gmail, organizing and sending files in Drive, jotting thoughts on Docs, gathering data in Sheets, etc., it's benefiting me by having every angle of work covered. Additionally, Gemini has been one of the most consistent AI systems, in where other programs and apps may have their "moment" so to speak, but Gemini has been more reliable.

Beyond covering the basics, Google Workspace solves the problem of fragmented collaboration. Instead of emailing attachments back and forth and losing track of versions, everything lives in a shared space where multiple people can work at once and see changes in real time. That alone cuts down on confusion and speeds up turnaround on team projects. It also removes the barrier of needing specific software installed, since everything runs in the browser and syncs across devices automatically.

Gemini adds another layer by handling quick writing support, summarizing long threads, and helping draft content without pulling me out of the app I'm already working in. Having a dependable AI built directly into the tools I use every day saves time that would otherwise go toward switching between platforms or copy-pasting between tabs.
The overall benefit is that I spend less time managing tools and more time doing the work itself. Everything I need is in one place, it's accessible anywhere, and the pieces talk to each other, which lets me focus on output instead of logistics.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I really like that it has so many useful tools for day-to-day tasks. For example, Google Drive is excellent because it allows you to store your files in the cloud and thus not lose them; also, if you change phones, your data is not lost. I also find its suite of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations very good, as it allows you to work remotely from any device, even from your cell phone. This is very useful because it avoids having to always work on a computer.

Another thing I really like is Gemini, because it helps make work faster and more efficient: it is very good at searching for information, solving problems, and, from what I've seen, also in generating images and videos. Additionally, I highlight its ease of integration, as it is available on any device and even has a web version. The implementation seems very simple to me, because I can use several tools together and that makes my work easier. I use this platform daily because it has daily use functions, like email and Google cloud, which are very important in my routine.

My professional experience with Google Workspace is very extensive, as this platform brings together several integrated tools in one space. At work, I use Drive a lot to back up documents, as well as to manage activities with Google Workspace. I also frequently use the productivity suite to create documents, and Gemini helps me a lot with questions and problems that arise in my work. I really like the platform because it is very easy to use and allows you to manage many things: from the permissions and functions given to each user to a wide customization of each account.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Something I see as a bit lacking is that their support service is very complicated, as I have to access a help section, then look at related articles, and then search for more options to open a live chat with a Google support representative, and sometimes they don't completely solve the problem. I would like them to implement a faster support option and allow requesting a call to a phone number you enter or have that live chat option but make it more accessible for users.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to always have my files stored in the cloud to avoid losing them if my devices get damaged. It also helps me to have a productivity suite like documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, which I can access and work on from any device. The advantage is that they are saved in the cloud and I can share them with my colleagues to work collaboratively on the same document.
