It is very easy to use and google workspace consists apps like Gmail,Docs,Sheets,Slides,Meet etc. which require minimal learning curve and easy navigation for tasks like editing documents,creating ppts etc.Quick setup process for businesses and individual. 24/7 support available by chat,email,phone also.I will use frequently in my day to day taks.We can easily integrate any 3rd party apps like zoom,salesforce etc into google workspace. Offline mode use is not that great. It is sometimes cumbersome to manage very large files(especially with drive).Sometimes it is very hard to find some features which are hidden.Free storage limit is 15 gb only. Google cloud function is a fantastic serverless computing service, that I've found useful for handling event-driven tasks. The simplicity is what I like most, without worrying about managing servers, just write your function, deploy and leave the rest to Google to handle it. It's extraordinary for lightweight tasks like processing real time events, automating workflow or integrating with other GC services. Altough with all the postives, there are few drawbacks too. There is a long learning curve for someone wants to try. It's easy to set up simple functions, but things are tricky when it comes to managing complex project. Debugging and logging system is functional but clunky at times. Their support team is extremely bad - they make you repeat yourself over and over again. Even when they tranfer you to another agent.
The last example is they decline to flip the switch and change our declared country to US because we have users logging in from other countries (they said they'd be doing that if we didn't have people remote). Honestly, in 21st century and how spread remote teams are and what Google says they stand for, I cant understand this logic at all. We are incorporated in the US, pay taxes in the US and 100% of our revenue is in the US. (Funny thing - they tell me that I can create a new workspace and migrate everything.) Google Workspace is helpful in many ways. It helps to keep work and access to other programs that integrate with work in one place. In additon, integrating other Google programs, such as Google Docs, Drive, Email, and Chat, helps to get work completed and share with appropriate contacts. I have found this website to be easy to use and navigate, even though I have not used it before.
